Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at Lifestyle Massage and Bodyworks. I scheduled an appointment with Naomi for a massage. I did request firm pressure but the pressure was on and off. The part that I am the most unhappy about is that she pulled on my ears, upward, sideways and downwards. I have had a few massages before and no therapist has ever done that. I have had some ear ringing that I had managed to get under control but after that manipulation it has gotten worse. I will not be returning.

I have been a client for years and cant say enough great things about this company. Every massage therapist is very qualified and very caring about the needs of each patient. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

I highly recommend Massage from Bre! She is extremely intuitive and knew exactly what my body needed! We discussed my needs at the very start, and she exceeds my expectations every time! I walk away from each session feeling centered, pain-free, and a renewed sense of calm. Her personality sets you at ease immediately and her wealth of knowledge of the body comes through as she works with you. I can’t say enough about her and her work! Glad I found her!

This clinic has everything that you are looking for!!! Each therapist has different techniques to help you along your healing journey, they all have great knowledge of the body, and have AMAZING ENERGY!! Professionalism and cleanliness is 10/10. Highly recommended if you ask me💛

Mary Beth is the only person I have gone to for massages for the past 5 years with good reason. She is THE BEST. Shes been doing this for nearly ten years and you can tell. She not only is amazing at what she does, she will bring some sunshine to your day every time you see her.

I had my first massage from Bre Tedesco, LMT this evening and it was literally the best/most helpful massage I’ve ever had! She used lots of different types of therapies and I actually felt better immediately after! She definitely worked her magic on me. I HIGHLY recommend her. It’s a beautiful facility and the other staff are very kin, genuine, and friendly!

I have been getting massages for many years on a consistent basis and it is clear that Cynthia knows her stuff. Her hands were able to feel the problem spots and she implemented multiple massage techniques to address each issue individually. Cynthia is amazing at what she does and it is quite apparent she actually cares about people and takes her job to help and heal people seriously. She is a rare gem and I highly recommend her! Overall, the business seems to be run well. Its always very clean and well organized and they have taken all the necessary steps to prevent the spread of CV-19. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Ive had many massages over the years, being almost 40, but Ive never had one that left me feeling this amazing. I only wish I had found this place sooner.My wife went first (a few weeks ago), due to a recommendation from a good friend of ours, and she came home and told me that I HAD to go experience it for myself, and that she had already booked a massage for me. What is a guy to do?So now Im hooked. Were both going back in a month for another round of amazing relaxation! You can do 60, 90, or 120 minutes. We both did 90 to try it out the first time. I found out that 2 hours was an option when I was booking my next visit, and I jumped on it!

Ive had a few massages with them and have loved every single one. Mary Beth was super professional, kind and made me feel comfortable at all times. Another therapist did some cupping on me during a session which I was skeptic about doing but it ended up really helping my upper traps & neck. My most recent massage was with Cynthia who really took her time to target the places that I needed relief from pain in. I was very impressed with each visit and the muscle knowledge each therapist had and also the exercises I was sent home with in order to stay loose. I will be going back for sure!
