I was nervous to come in after I realized my usual person no longer worked here (although it’s been a while since I’ve come in). I was happily surprised by an even kinder staff and a friendlier atmosphere than I remembered! Linda was my massage therapist on my visit yesterday, and she ensured that I felt safe and secure after a year and a half of me not being able to come in for a massage. Excellent facility and wonderful staff!

Amy did any amazing job! She was thoughtful the entire experience asking if the pressure was right and gave me some stretch tips for my back that I can do from home. Great service and I’ll definitely be back 😊

Chrissy or Christy was exceptional in her job. She applied the right amount of pressure and I experienced a relaxation I hadn’t felt in a long time. But… I never got my full 90 minutes that I paid for. She was 9 minutes late in starting (she even announced the 6:39 start time). Then she stopped early, too. By the time she had left the room, the clock read 7:54. That’s at least 15 minutes I never got from my 1.5 hour session. I’m very disappointed in this. Do I get a refund from the already high price they charge?

Amanda did an amazing job! After searching for the right therapist for months she addressed and fixed some of my issues in just one session. I can’t wait to go back and get another massage from her. She is knowledgeable and very great at what she does.

Rachel was very courteous and professional . She began with a scalp massage that was very tension relieving . She was gentle as she moved my problem extremities yet firm to target areas of tightness. She informed me of additional therapy enhancements that I will try next time . Very enjoyable / therapeutic massage !

Gina called and offered $65 massage when I called to accept the offer Sabrina the office manager said it was $70 and Gina was new. I asked if the rate I was quoted could be offered and Sabrina was VERY RUDE and said no. Not only was I disappointed but took my business and hard cash somewhere else! If you value customer service do not give them your service.

I so look forward to my massage with Lucy. I led an active life and have arthritis in my hips. Lucy listens and modifies the massage based on my needs. Wonderful.

Facility was super great at check in, and ensuring safety for covid protocols. Amanda my massage therapist was wonderful! Asked questions and really wanted to help flush out areas of toxins and relax the muscles! Very knowledgeable and loved her job!

I am in shock! This is my first bad review ever! I called to cancel my facial because the night before I had some emergency dental work done. I could not call last night due to them being closed so I called same day but morning. I would be completely fine with accepting charge if I just canceled out of no where but this was an emergency. They said I would be charged if they could not fill it and could not or would do anything due to corporate policies. They are all individually owned and truly could have handled this better and tried to help someone. All I heard was this is corporate policy and look in your contract. So I asked for corporate number - they dont have it. I asked to speak to General Manager or Owner they are both out of the country. Is this is what business has come to???? Corporate polices over paying customers? DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS LOCATION!!

Amanda is really great if you need something specific worked on. My shoulder was bothering me and she really worked it over and now I feel much better! If you like firm to deep pressure I would highly recommend!

I am usually the first to rave about my membership at massage envy but I was so upset after my last experience this week that I really might have to drive 30 minutes to go to a different one. I was having a really bad week and just wanted to relax so I went in after work on Thursday. The massage therapist was very obviously also not having a good day and just wanting to get through the service (I’m going to guess I was her last one) typically I get asked if I’m wanting to relax or if I’m wanting a deeper massage but she was very very short so when she asked me what type of tension I told her medium and that I was just wanting to relax nothing deep at all. The whole massage was just awful and from the beginning I was just waiting for it to end. It was very very painful especially on my neck and I know that I had some knots that needed to be worked on but that wasn’t what I was want that day like I expressed. I was jumping the whole time and had tears in my eyes. The rest of the body was worked on for a couple of seconds. It was no big deal and I left even though I was very disappointed and sad that I didn’t get to relax like I was looking forward to. Wel since then I haven’t been able to turn my neck without a sharp pain and went to the emergency chiropractor today and was told I have a pinched nerve from her going way to hard.Don’t recommend this location

I went for my first massage in 7+ years today, I went after my doctor and I have been trying to figure how to get rid of these chronic tension headaches I’ve been having for well over a year now. I explained the headaches to Kendra and all the tension I hold in my neck & shoulders. She spent a majority of the 60min massage concentrating on my neck and shoulders and it was absolutely breath taking!! Definitely a magical experience to feel all that pressure I’ve had for so long just melt away. She used just great techniques with just the right amount of pressure in each spot. I also paid extra for 10 minutes of the rapid tension relief and that is hands down the best machine I’ve ever felt before. I highly recommend that treatment for tight tension spots. Amazing. I was so impressed with the facility, cleanliness, professionalism and communication that signed up for a membership and look forward to my next massage with Kendra!!!

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Amanda at Lenexa is PHENOMENAL! I have a degenerative disc and arthritis in my neck that contributes to muscle spasms and chronic migraines. She helps me so much!

Sad to post a negative review- This particular experience was almost like a joke. I almost stopped it a few times and said what is going on. The welcome by the therapist was cold and not friendly, the massage itself was awful. She asked where I wanted focus and I asked for a head massage and lots on my shoulders and instead she focused on areas like the bones in my hip and hand ? And my shin bone ? and the tendons in my ankle (ouch). She was very obviously in a hurry and every movement was quick and NOT RELAXING. My 90 minute massage was barely over an hour. I rarely make time to treat myself and when I do it takes a lot to actually do it. This was so terribly disappointing and a large waste of time.I’ve had a good experience before with different therapists but this was insanely awful.

Amanda at this location is amazing, she is very communicative and checks in to see what you want worked on. She also reads the client well and will meet you where you are talkative-wise. If you want to converse she will, but if you want silence, shell do that, too! This location is also VERY Covid aware and I had no fears about being there. Highly recommend this location and Amanda.

I had a massage at the Lenexa/Overland Park location today. Amanda was my massage therapist. She was very good at spotting theareas that needed work. She used just the right firmness for my troubled spots. I definitely felt better after my massage. I would highly recommend Amanda for your next massage.

Sarah gave an excellent deep tissue full body massage. It was our first session together and she listened to what I liked and didnt like. She was just delightful. I liked the massage so much, I booked her every 3 weeks for the next 6 months!

Sarah is the absolute greatest massage therapist I have EVER had! She is phenomenal!! I have a headache that NEVER comes below an 8 and she gets it below that and able 2 sleep better afterwards. Sarah explains what she is going to do and why and what the benefits are from what she’s about to do and you can really feel the difference after.

I have monthly subscription for massages. I had an appointment set for weeks. I got a call that they need to cancel, then tried to sell me a 90 minute massage. What?? Totally unacceptable

I had a very good experience with my therapist, Bekka. She really knows what she is doing, she listens, and is willing to answer any and all questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend her, as well as this location!

My massage was great but the table was really hot ended up getting sick to my stomach. Maybe the tables should be a little cooler and have you turn it up if the client wants it. My therapist turned it down when I asked but i was really wiped out after it. It won’t change my mind about coming back I will just tell them to turn it off together.

Finally found a great massage therapist Robert... I call him my 2nd husband lol ladies and gents if you need someone to be able to do a really good deep tissue massage he is the man to see. He is located on west 87th in Lenexa.

Both my husband and I see massage therapist, Kay, and we love her. We have been going to her for several years now and she has done wonders for both of us. We see her once a month and always look forward to our appointments.
