I attended this place for 4 months and was treated rudely on numerous occasions. Look. I understand a business that’s busy or even “understaffed” but the complete lack of care and overall level of service provided was below stAndard and down right offensive at times I will be filing a report and I have taken my findings to the News-Press of Ft Myer. Some actual details of proof of this actual eyewitness account of MINE the counselor there by the name of Joslyn, there must be more training for these workers as it’s not helpful and in some cases even a detriment to our recovery… As well this is a very serious time for patients dealing with addiction it’s another PANDEMIC THE OPIOD PANDEMIC but yet at this establishment patients such as myself treated poorly. As if all this wasn’t maddening enough I am a U.S Army Vet served at Ft Campbell KY in the 101st airborne and yet I feel as if I am a sickness to your “nurses” I don’t expect any response my counselor was Maria and she was lovely but the “nurses”at the windows pharmacy is horrendous.

Dont go to this clinic! If you transfer from another clinic they WILL NOT honor your previous take homes. They have a high number of false positive drug screens. Im currently waiting to dose because the only nurse is on vacation and now the director forgot the code to the safe so we have to wait 4 hours here to dose , or not dose. AVOID

This place started out great. Gave me a chance to start a normal sober life. As soon as I was stable and started to build a life for myself and my family they completely took it all. Never once had a positive drug screen. They took all my take homes from me because they never entered me in to earn them due to COVID I was given them. As soon as COVID was over they were gone with our warning. I lost my job I am now losing everything I have worked so hard for. I am sorry I ever started here. If I wasn’t this strong I would have relapsed. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the absolute best methadone clinic Ive been to, and Ive been to four different clinics over the years. Ive always felt respected and cared for by the staff. If you are looking for an answer to opiate addiction, youve hit the jackpot!

If you abide by the program here you can really get clean and stay clean. I have been here for 2 years now and I have been clean for long enough to be at phase 6, I believe. The place is usually pretty tidy, inside and outside. They used to offer coffee daily but have changed it to 3 days a week. The nurses are great especially Arianna and Sam. They are really what kept me going strong when I was thinking about leaving this clinic due to a dispute with the old director. They are just the sweetest nurses that are also knowledgeable. Also, the doctor is really nice. I have never felt weird or less than when I see him. He really makes me feel comfortable and listens to me. The only thing about the staff that drives me nuts is the revolving door of counselors. They are constantly changing and there isn’t a single counselor left from when I first started going. If you are looking for a good clinic to get clean at this is a great place to go. The lines are almost non existent, no body hangs out front and makes it look like a methadone clinic, the hours of operation are descent, and the nurses and the doctor are absolutely great. If you are trying to get clean, good luck you can do it!

Were in a time where looking for the best and least expensive feel good medicines could be the results of that one broken bone or injuries do to an automobile accident. Sometimes we find that letting go of these feelgoods can be difficult without help from a specialty known as an addiction specialist. Lee County Treatment Center in Lehigh Acres, Florida has one of the best programs to help us let go and lead a productive and healthy life. Give them a try. You might have found a better feel good. Sobriety and happiness. Your friends and family will thank you.

This is the best clinic you will find anywhere in the area. No loitering, clean, counselors who sincerely wish to help you and even the nurses are angels. Even the doctor is an understanding, unintimidating guy. I think this will be a part of my life forever and I hope its always with them. I promise you..... here, addicts are treated more like human beings than people who are legally prescribed pain meds. And after almost 2 years, I see them as friends. People who care for your well being. That doesnt mean if you mess up there arent consequences. But if this is what you want, dont mess up. And come to this clinic. One million times more professional, quicker ......and cleaner than Par. God I hope I never have to go there! Thank you New Season!

The employees are friendly and amazing BUT the director is NOT there to help. I have seen her lock the door on multiple occasions 5 minutes before the clinic closes with people outside BEGGING her to let them in. The only thing between that patients sobriety and relapse was her and that door. She changes rules on a whim. She’s not there half the time and is too busy micro managing things to fix bigger problems. On multiple occasions they have run out of methadone tablets, either forcing patients to go to Sarasota or Naples. Instead of making sure THAT part is run smoothly, she’s busy locking doors at 8:55. She claims that the reason why take homes aren’t to be handed out on the weekend is because of lack of nurses but there’s a 45 minute wait during the weekend and one nurse while during the weekday at 6 am there are 3 nurses. Makes no sense. The place would be a lot better with someone that was actually there to help patients.

Very helpful very good counselors some of the nurses could be more helpful but overall a great experience exactly what they said they offered only problem I have noticed is some of the patients treated like a revolving door and not using it for what its for but using it as a crutch until they can get to their next fix I believe thats when some of the bad reviews come
