This is my 3rd or 4th visit. Im so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of this office. I never feel hurried and have all my questions answered. The front desk ladies and nurses always pleasant and helpful. Dr Jaindl asks and listens. TY everyone great visit ♥️

Great doctor.....took time to explain what was wrong with my sinuses and getting ready to set up appointment to correct my problem....the staff is great too!

Got there early was able to get right in. Dr came in shortly thereafter. Listened to what I had to say. Checked things out and prescribed what I should do and I was out of there in a timely manor. I was impressed.

The ENT Receptionist sent me all necessary documents via email. The registration process was smooth and easy. I was given a convenient appointment date & time asap. All staff members were friendly and professional. Dr. Jaindl assessed my issue, treated the diagnosis, and I was on my way. I was impressed with the cost for service; very reasonable as a cash paying patient. I also respect the fact that Dr. Jaindl served this country honorably as a US Army Veteran. I have had issues with my tonsils, sinus drainage, and ear infections pretty much my entire life. I took my time researching doctors and Dr. Jaindl had the best reviews by far. My experience was not as stellar as it seems everyone else has had and here is why. I was very anxious going to an ENT for the first time and honestly had no idea what to expect. The ladies that work there were extremely kind and a pleasure to work with, but once the doctor came in he was not wearing a mask and then told me I didnt have to wear mine. This made me uncomfortable and I should have asked him to put one on, but I felt pressured and followed his directive. That shouldnt be a situation I was put in. He seemed to not really listen to the issues but rather fixated on one thing I said. I mentioned this was my first time trying to come to an ENT with my issues and he laughed and said that is probably good or else I wouldnt have come. I was then told me he was going to spray some stuff in my nose to open up my nostrils. As my nostrils went numb and I felt it in the back of my throat I immediately felt like I should have been told more about what was going to be done. He knew I was anxious and had no idea what to expect and I dont feel like I was taken seriously. I should have left and followed my gut, but this was just my experience. I hope if you go your experience is more like the other reviews.

We had gone previously to a doctor we were told was the best in the area because due to the ear problems my husband had we needed the best! Though with that Dr. it felt like doom and gloom and quite honestly we didn’t want a second round of that so we waited a while and then decided to go with a different Dr. so we went with Dr. Jaindl At South FL Ear, Nose, and Throat and he’s the best in our book because he got right to business and restored the quality of life to my husband. He still has a lot to go but it was a great start! Also, loved his painting of surgeons guided by the hands of Jesus. 💗 I would recommend this place to anyone and especially if you have been to “the best” but lost hope it is time to schedule an appointment with the literal bestie. I already started referring him to my family and friends. 😊

From the beginning to the end of the appointment, it was wonderful. The staff , including Dr. Jaindl, was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. I dislike going to doctors, but felt so comfortable and calm seeing Dr. Jaindl. It was a wonderful experience, and would definitely refer others there.

We are new to the area and when my husband needed to see an ENT for a ear infection, we chose this practice based on several of the reviews we read. We agree with the reviews as we were very satisfied with the patient experience. The doctor took his time examining my husband, asking questions, etc. Staff was courteous and the wait time was on point. We highly recommend Dr. Jaindls practice.

Warm and friendly greeting upon entering, with a quick signing in process. Having the forms already completed with their online service was extremely easy and convenient. The waiting area is decorated in a lovely harbor view creating a calming atmosphere. The only complaint I would have would be the hour long wait time and magazines that expired a year ago. Once back in the exam room, it was full speed ahead, doctor was there within minutes, offering a study handshake an maintaining eye contact and he was able to give me a suitable diagnosis with a well balanced treatment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would return to South Florida Ear, Nose and Throat, as well as offer recommendations to all of my friends and family.

Ordered a CT scan and allergy panel right off the bat.Ive had chronic inflammation for years and within 2 months I feel normal again.Dr Jaindls staff are wonderful everyone I have spoken to, very helpful and informative.

One of the best doctor experiences I’ve ever had unbelievably nice staff and the Dr Michael was thorough and patient.

They dont work with my insurance and waited until i paid for 3 appointments and waited over a month to hear if i was eligible for a procedure to fix a deviated septum. They called back and said sorry we dont work with your insurance, i wouldnt have even followed through with one appointment if i had known that from the start. I wouldve went somewhere that did, and not wasted $225.

Yesterday was my first visit to the office of Dr. Michael Jaindl. The office staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Then, meeting Dr. Jaindl was a joy. He listened to my concerns and asked me questions which lead me to realize that other symptoms that I am experiencing are possibly caused by my hearing loss. He explained to me the type of hearing loss that I may be experiencing. Now, sending me for tests to pinpoint a valid diagnosis.

Staff. Was on point and they know what their doing.Dr Jaindl I cant say enough great things about him.The 1 thing that stands out is its very rare to find a doctorThat cares about his patients. He will be my ENT forever!

I have a lot issues with my ears since almost two months. I have different treatment for ear infections by my internist doctor. And she referred to the ear doctors specialist. She send me to another doctor and I read very bad review about that doctor in my area. So i Google it which kind of doctor can i go. I was very sick with my ears and i was praying what place I can go. I found doctor Michael jandl with a very good review for his patients. I was amazed when I got to his office and I saw a picture of jesus christ with doctors make a surgery. The people in this people are very nice. The doctor jandl was very kind and knowledgeable about my situation and fix the problem in my first visit. I live in cape coral and I drive to Lehigh acres to see this doctor. It is the best decision I take. I recommend him to every patient that are in pain and have wrong diagnosis from different doctors.

Dr. Jaindl was very professional and was able to solve the issue for my daughter very quickly. He was very patient with her and explained everything in a way that took away any fear that she might have. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaindl.

Literally have called everyday up to 5 times a day. In hold for an hour sometimes before giving up. Have not been able to reach anyone to schedule an appointment yet. Cant imagine what would happen if I was a patient with a post op emergency. Not a good start

Dr. Jaindl is a conscientious doctor. He always takes the time to try and find out about whatever problem l may be experiencing with my ear, sinus, or throat. He looks for solutions, in order to give the correct treatment. He also have a great staff, with excellent service. After my visits, l always leave feeling blessed.
