This place is amazing . I arrived to this place with Headaches and body pain and walked out feeling amazing. Karina is the best god bless her hands . She is a true healer. I would recommend Karina 100% .

Have been here a few times over the last 4 years. So has my family & friends based on my referral. Never had any issues. Massages are amazing. So are the other service. I see people commenting about them not answering the phone. The thing is, this is a small spa. They have few employees. They focus on the customers there rather than stop and go to answer the phone. Imagine them stopping your massage, that you’re on the clock for, to answer the phone. Thats not very relaxing for you. They do an amazing job helping you relax.

My first time for 50min deep tissue and I was completely satisfied!! The professionalism and care that I was given was nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much for a great beginning to my birthday. 💋

We did a whole family Spa Day with Maite today! My husband & I did a couples massage, then I did a facial with microdermabrasion while my husband did a body scrub, and my son did a facial. All of the services were amazing! Everything that I asked for attention on was addressed...the massages and the facials where done with detail. Maite did amazing stretches for my sciatica and worked out all of the tension on my upper back! Felt absolute euphoria afterwards! We will definitely be back for more treatments! My face has not felt this smooth in a long time! Thank you Maite!! Phenomenal job today!!

I haven’t been inside to experience how the massage to be or their service but what I can say is that the hours aren’t accurate 😂I’ve been stopping by 5-6pm and it’s closed. I’ve called and no response back or answer...so I can’t figure it out on how to receive their service.

1st massage for 30min, $35; focus on the upper part of the body such as my back, was great!2nd massage: 1-hour massage, I fell asleep when the music stopped, woke up. The lady took forever on one leg. Maybe 10 minutes.I might just get the 30min because I get better results than the 1 hr.The space is clean and inviting. I will try facial & 20 min massage next. If I am not content, I wont come back.

We have tried most places in the Fort Myers area that offer couples massages. We found this place with a groupon a year or two ago. It is definitely the best experience we have had and is worth the drive (20 minutes or so). This is our go-to spot for special occasions or just to relax. Their gift certificates also have made great gifts for our friends. I highly recommend scheduling a massage and trying this place out. Today is Valentines Day and we are off for another couples massage!

I took my wife for a surprise massage at this spa for her birthday. I have to say that they are very professional and caring. They even took the time to explain ways for my wife to help herself with pain. She was very pleased and so was I.

Recently had a couples massage here. It was my first massage and in my opinion lool Ha Spa set the bar really high for future massages! Upon entering the spa the staff make you feel very comfortable. The couples massage was super professional and very relaxing. Hope to visit again on a future vacation. If youre in the area, dont hesitate to stop by!

Got a couples massage from Groupon that expires today (5/15). My boyfriend and I have called multiple times in advanced and have left messages and have not received a call back to set up an appointment or even them answering the phone in general. We live in a different city so over the phone is the only way to make an appointment. We never got a call back even though their voicemail says they will as soon as possible. It is now the day it expires and have yet to get a hold of them or a call back. That is $60 that I am out of. Very disappointed because we were excited to go.

SO glad we found Lool Ha Spa! Maite & Luis were friendly & very professional. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable, especially if you visit their website for coupons and deals. Be sure to tip well - they deserve it! They do such a wonderful job, my husband and I dont plan on going anywhere else for massages.

My husband and I were planning our wedding anniversary weekend when I saw their couples massage special on Groupon. Ive never used Groupon so I called Lool Ha first to ask about openings, the staff was very friendly and offered me a spot and said they would honor the online discount and do a hot stone massage for FREE! It was wonderful. It does not look like much from the outside but on the inside it is a small very clean and comfortable parlor. The two women that work there are very nice, respectful and professional. My husband and I had a wonderful first time massage experience here and since its so local we will be going back very soon!
