This was a great place to get in and out pretty quick. The ladies running the location were happy and fun and very informative they explained the process to my kids and I didnt have to do anything else they are definitely where I am going if I have to get tested again.

Instead of making me click on the link to get my covid results and fill out my info please send me the results directly via email. Also, every time i go back to take another covid test I have to fill out the same info all over again a few weeks later. other than that things are great with this company.

Very pleased with PD. The team here in Lehi is quick, professional, and easy to work with. My only suggestion is they need to organize traffic better. On the note of traffic, get there early! It took me maybe 20 minutes to get my test and result. A friend that got there later was in line for over an 1.5 hour. Perhaps the middle of the day is better, but who knows.

Disappointed and upset. My father went here, arriving at 9:00, and had to wait for so long by the time he got tested it was passed the 10:30 cutoff. We thought it would be fine, but not only the info they send to check the test results say the information is incorrect, they also gave it a wrong date of birth (even though he gave the correct one to them on the day and on the preregistration form). Now, he had to miss his flight, and even though they pride themselves on an under an hour email response (the only way to contact them since calling is useless) we have been waiting for the past 5 hours for any answer back, any help. I feel as if that 125$ was just wasted on a test and empty promises

I got the rapid antigen test and they told me the results before I left. Verbal confirmation was nice however I need a physical confirmation that it was negative. They told me they would send an email with the results that day. It is now the day after and still no email. I have reached out to their support with no response. The only experience has been very difficult.

Been through this testing site a couple times. They are very fast and accommodating. Nice staff. Got my results back the same evening. There is usually a line of cars but the staff does everything they can to speed up the process.

Been here twice now and both times the staff has been fast and friendly. Would recommend.

They close 45 minutes early on a whim, dont care how long or how far you drove or if you pre-registered. Dont waste your time if you can test elsewhere

So impressed with this place! Got my results just a couple hrs after the 24hr mark. I was very nervous about results because of a time sensitive situation. I emailed them twice and got a response almost immediately! They quickly fixed a date of birth typo and when I requested an update, I received a personal email with my results. 100000% recommended

Seriously the friendliest staff! They put me right at ease and explained everything really well. I got my test results the next evening (a Saturday). After everyone elses not so pheasant experiences Ive heard from other places, Im really impressed!

Fast service and quick results

Absolutely a scam. My husband went on a Tuesday to get a test. They promised results in 24-36 hours. 72 hours later, the test came back inconclusive. That day I went to get a test. 96 hours later it also came back inconclusive. It has now been a week and no results. A week of quarantine, a week of not sending kids to school or going to work. These are people’s lives. A business this incompetent has no business controlling lives this way. Please, please take your business elsewhere.
