Theyve spent a lot of money lately to include a trampoline area and upgrade the locker rooms, but the cardio and weight room is still very lacking. They dont maintain the equipment and a large portion of them are either completely inoperable or are malfunctioning. The hours are more restrictive than most gyms as well. It is obvious that their target customers are basketball and volleyball leagues and community events. That is a fine business model, but they should stop advertising as a workout facility if they arent willing to maintain their equipment. If you are looking for a place to play basketball XSI will be less crowded than other gyms in the area, but if you are looking for aerobic or weight machines, Id suggest spending your money somewhere else.
