Always a very cordial interaction. Dr. Brown is phenomenal and has great bedside manner. I always feel confident in his advice, hes well knowledgeable and always carries a smile. The other hygienists and assistants are wonderful and very kind.

Has rescheduled my appointment for work done 3 times now. While he is very efficient at his job. If you say a patient needs 3 appointments to get all work done dont do 1 appointment and then reschedule the next one twice. You let me know today saying you are shutting the office the day of my appointment. This is very unprofessional, and with deep cavities they can get deeper. If I have to have a root canal on that left side you guys are paying for it cavities eat up decalcified teeth. If there was a no stars I would use it.

He’s knowledgeable, and so is the staff, and there’s never been any pressure to do anything that isn’t necessary, like I’ve heard about at other dental practices. Fantastic Dentist - and literally the best medical office and staff Ive ever known. This is not an exaggeration.

I came in because of tooth pain. The dentist said I needed a root canal and then pressured me into having him perform it. Down playing the need for a specialist and saying things like “I don’t know when they can get you in.” He used my pain to pad his bottom line because it turns out he missed the fourth root on my molar. A year later significantly more competent professionals are having to retreat the same tooth and fight significant bone loss.There are simply too many quality dentists to waste your time here.

Dr Brown is Awesome! I have been going to him for awhile and he is great at what he does. My daughter had a severe toothache and he came in on his day off to take care of her and I had a issue with one of my teeth another time and he came in on a Sunday to quickly take care of my tooth! He goes above a beyond and is great! If you want a greatly skilled and caring dentist go to him, you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter went to get her eyebrows done and we could CLEARLY see the difference between the eyebrows. One was squared and the other one was round. The lady was really firm and aggressive while doing the eyebrows, like, REALLY AGGRESSIVE I even have some lines on my face because of the thread. Never coming back here

He tries to make it as pleasant or at least as not as painful as possible he explains what hes doing every step of the way he checks with you to make sure youre okay and he works very quickly and he does an amazingly good job. Doctor Brown recently did a dental implant for me and I cant stop smiling about it. I highly recommend him. Firstly because Dr. Brown is a dentist and specializes in all aspects of dentistry and has done so for many years. Secondly Dr. Brown has state of the art equipment (specifically lasers) I refused to go to anyone who performed this procedure with out one. Thirdly Cascade dental has an amazing staff. The women that run Cascade dental are incredibly talented. They provide excellent consultation and advice. Doctor Brown would ask for everyones opinion on shape and shade of the implant before it was unanimously agreed on. Lastly DR Brown is a perfectionist he sent my implant back to the lab to make sure it was as perfect as possible before the final placement. I was very pleased to come on here and see so many people giving DR. Brown excellent reviews. If you need a dental implant by all means have Cascade dental do it.

Dr. Brown knows me and (this part is a deal breaker for me) listens to me about my concerns. Symptoms are an important part of diagnosis, not just the X-ray. Then he talks through options. As he does know me he remembers those problem areas even when they are not the focus of the visit to make sure we stay ahead of complications.The hygienists, assistants, office manager, oh, and dentist are super friendly and helpful. They are great to fit me in when I have a problem (because really, when else would you need an appointment quick?) They have evening hours that actually work around my impossible schedule. They have found me dark glasses when I came to an appointment with a migraine. The amazing office managers work with me during my open enrollment at work to help me get the best dental insurance to cover what I need. Well beyond the job title. Seriously, this is a full service dental office. 🦷

Im over 60 years old Ive been having dental work done since I was a kid. Many traumatic experiences which does not excite me to go to a dentist. I got fed up with my previous dentist incompetent staff and feeling like all I was good for was a new crown molding and the associated cost never had a cavity filled by the the dentist I was seeing before it was always a crown. When questioned about their treatment and why it was always a crown they had no good answer for me. Many mistakes and damage to my mouth and redo of the work which I was charged for again. Having worked in a medical environment and knowing sterile technique they had none especially after they dropped the crown on the floor picked it up did not reglove or wash and went straight to my mouth. Total frustration. At the prompting of my spouse she encouraged me to get a new doctor and try it again. I was talking to a good friend and ask him who he used entrusted his experience. He recommended Jerry. Could not recent before 9 which was no problem left a message and they called me right at 9. They took care of my paperwork for a new patient my insurance which is half the battle. Jerry came up to the front they had little change an appointment schedules they took me right while I was standing there did did an excellent teeth cleaning and did not rough me up like Ive had in the past. Jerry came out introduced himself said we can bump up our schedule and put you in within an hour went to my office came back and they were ready to go. Jerry did a thorough check out of my previous work made some recommendations and then went to work on my immediate problem of losing part of a filling while flossing my teeth. The address to situation found something else next to the tooth he was working on said lets take care of you at the same time so we dont have to numb your mouth twice. The speed at which he work was impressive Ill have to say Ive never spent such a short time in the chair for 2 cavities in my life. He assessed all the previous work for the past 40 years that had been done on me and made some for the recommendations. I was also impressed as he was working on me that he told me every move he was making and what he was about to do and why. A first in my experience. I walked out to the front counter to check out talk to the office staff they gave me a rundown of what they did why they did it what it was going to cost me and what they would like to do for the continuing program to get me up to date. I was impressed they probably didnt realize it but I was emotionally overcome by it all. I told the staff I was grateful for their service to me. I own my own company have had many employees so I know when I say these guys know what theyre doing and have a great bedside manner. And they know theyre sterile technique. Jerry remark on how they clean their building regularly so no other germs can be passed on to their patients. so if you want an honest caring dentist and staff look no further the doctor Jerry Brown.

My sister used to work here and while she did my wife and I went in to have work done. The dentist, Dr Brown, told us as long as we have insurance the rest will be covered. We asked a few more times to make sure we would be taken care of. We were assured the dentist does this often for family members. Not the case. Emily, the office manager here, sent us to collections (which literally quadrupled the amount that Dr Brown told us would be covered.)If you decide to go here make sure everything you talk about with the dentist is in writing. EMILY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL! She wont allow you to speak to the dentist and wont relay any messages. My advice: Steer clear of this dentist office.

I wont go into too much detail but long story short, they made one of my teeth go absessed because they tried to save it then when I brought up my concerns that I didnt think it was fixed properly they tried to schedule me for a crowning. Went to my new dentist to find out through xray that if I had crowned it, I would have destroyed my sinus cavity.Theyre mean, greedy and unsympathetic about financial concerns. I had more issues, but this one could have actually put me in the hospital.Go elsewhere.

I like Cascade. The people there are always pleasant and professional, and I am never scolded about brushing and flossing. The people who work there seem happy, everything is neat and clean, and I never have to wait very long. Dr Brown explains everything very thoroughly and suggests options.

Dr. Brown literally saved my teeth. His knowledge and experience was the reason I switched over from my old family dentist. I had been going there for years, and instead of treating my gum disease, they never got down to the problem at its source. This lack of care only let my gingivitis spread. Dr. Brown took the time and helped me bring my gums back to good health and Ive been a loyal patient ever since. I would trust my teeth with no one else and give my full recommendation that anyone else needing an amazing dentist, needs to be seen by Dr. Brown.

I probably should wait to write this review until I am not fuming mad, but since its fresh on my mind. I have been a cascade dental patient for years. Mostly due to my wife likes Dr Brown, she has anxiety going to the dentist and Dr Brown is very patient with her (no pun intended but I like it anyway). To his credit, Dr Brown is a good dentist, knows his trade and is kind and friendly. But seriously it is about time to resolve the office problems. My wife may be able to wait patiently for time in the chair, but I have to take time away from work, and I hate spending 55 mins sitting in the waiting room listening to 3-4 office ladies giggle and chat while I wait on the one single dental hygienist doing a cleaning. Finally just had to leave as I cannot afford a 2 hour lunch, and this is the third time this has happened to me in recent years. Sad to say I am done going there, as I cannot take a half day off to get a dental cleaning. Gave them 2 stars because as I said the dentist is pretty good, but since 90% of what I am there for is the hygienist cleaning and that is always way over scheduled and behind even when I pick the early appt, there is no way I would give more than that. Seriously guys hire a few more dental hygienists and get rid of one or 2 offices assistants and help people get back to their day in a timely manner. No one likes being at the dentist for 2 hours to get their teeth cleaned.

I am THE WORST dental patient in the world! I have panic and anxiety and CRAZY written all over my face on a good day! Add cavities and a guy with a drill to that and things get really interesting really quick!! Once, about 10 years ago, I thought I could do better!! I was sooo wrong!! This other dentist, that I have repressed from my memory, tried to tell me I need 3 root canals! When he told me he could sedate me I reluctantly agreed to do it. After a really bad experience and this dentist losing all his cool and calling me some not so nice names at a really elevated tone, I went back to Dr. Brown so he could fix the damage to the one root canal and do the other two. Long story short... I never had to get the other two root canals!! And Dr. Brown has never verbally assaulted me!! And I even jumped to the point of hitting him in the face! He would have had a pass!!

HORRIBLE dentist to work with. We were told we would be billed a certain amount and they completely lied. We tried to get a hold of them for a year with no response and then they sent us to collections and tripled the bill. We even drove to the office during business hours and they were still closed. DONT go here! DONT believe anything they tell you!

The whole staff is super friendly. Dr Brown truly perfoms painless dental work. My 4 year old daughter got 2 fillings done and never once made a peep other than to laugh and be silly. I got 2 fillings done and didnt feel a thing...not even the shots to numb. It was a very pleasant experience and my daighter loved going to get an ice cream cone after that was gifted to her by Dr. Brown! I highly recommend!!
