The inventory is constantly changing and the prices, for the most part, offer great savings. Items should be checked over to ensure they are complete but only rarely do I find a piece missing. The management and staff are great. They are always busy but very helpful. I shop there regularly.and have gotten some amazing deals.

Super expensive for used furniture. Prices are comparable to buying new items online. Good for home improvement items (paint, lights, cabinets) but not much else

Very rarely do I leave empty handed. The staff are friendly and it’s fun to find something nice to take home

Always hard to know what you will find here its always a mixture of items that are in great condition and really old like maybe came from somebodys house after passing away The items are generally cleaned but I havent had much luck in finding much here. The team of staff are always friendly and willing to help especially with moving bigger items.

Horrible customer service and communication. Not sure the people running the store know how to collect/price items for individuals in need.

If I could give this place negative stars I would but one star will have to do. Went for the first and last time, 80 percent of the items there belong in the trash including the furniture which they sell that look very worn, some of them with stains and rips. The few items that I saw that may have been worth buying were overpriced, almost same as retail. All the staff there looked like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there, which probably explains a why I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I’m not surprised if I had to work there, I’d be miserable too!

I love ReStore! The staff is ALWAYS helpful. They even bring furniture out to your car if its too heavy! If you like something you better get it quickly - because it wont be there tomorrow!!

I rarely post any feedback... but I must say, I don’t get the negative reviews... the staff in this store has ALWAYS been very accommodating for me.. they remember my name each time I visit.. I agree with the other posting that this place is fun and great if you like the DIY projects! They are always changing items because the turn over is quick...they are a little selective on their donations which I think is great because you don’t need to root through junk! Keep up the great work ladies, your cause is honorable!

The profits go to Habitat for Humanity, which is a great thing.It makes sense to check the deals vs new (some are better than others), and to stop by occasionally to see what is in stock. Overall, this is a really cool place, and if you have a home project in mind, or are looking to redecorate, its definitely worth stopping by.

This is a great little place. You never know which gems are there. Today there was a sewing machine cabinet, solid wood, for $25. With a little bit of sanding and some paint and a little finish itll be spectacular

Unlike several other restores this one does not offer returns. Also the prices are incredibly high. They are charging more than antique stores and could be matched to retail. The building materials are slim to none. This store focuses on furniture.

The manager is terrible there. Went in for some restoration projects. She was horrible to her staff yelling at them from across the room. Poor guy had something in his hands and couldnt answer his radio, she yelled, you should put it down and answer your radio then! From across like 40 feet. Also, she said they dont negotiate but then gave deals to an Asian woman who pulled out a wad of cash in the end to pay. Terrible person. Tall slender white woman with long dark hair, dont know her name.

Never know what you will find. Purchased some cherry kitchen cabinets and reworked them for a custom wet bar. Purchased the mini fridge three also.

This store misses the point of a ReStore. Pricing so close to new or more than 5 times other ReStore defeats the purpose. Its not their location that keeps sales low, its their prices. Im always annoyed I make the drive too this store thinking they would have improved. Always better prices and better selection at the Chantilly ReStore.

Courteous folks directed me to the drop-off door and helped me unload from the car. I have also found nice items while shopping there.

While I didnt buy anything from this locale, the selection was very nice. This was our first visit and there were several offerings that I would have picked up for personal projects had I not been looking for something specific. Staff was friendly and store was clean; however, dont let your kids run around, there are tools and other hardware that could tip/fall or otherwise harm children or those that dont pay attention.

Good place to make donations of tools and building materials. Not a bad place to find building items for projects.

This place has everything from plumbing and light fixtures to couches and headboards and wall units.. It is hit or miss. Just keep going back. New stuff daily. Prices are not as low as most thrift shops but for the price the quality is significantly better. Money raised goes to habitat for humanity.

Found a great stuffs here. Well irganized shelves help found what we wanted easy.

I have always been a huge fan of the ReStore, ever since volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Houston TX, 18 years ago. I have shopped and purchased many things from tools to furniture to appliances at ReStores from the Houston area, the LA area and San Francisco. I have never seen a ReStore with such a poor selection of overpriced items as this. It is one of the larger facilities Ive been to, but was entirely a disappointment. I have been 3 times over 2 months, just in case Id been in on a down cycle, but I will not return. Most of the items should be in the trash, and all of the prices are ridiculously close to retail-new for used items with a no return policy. Truly not in the spirit of ReStores Ive become accustomed to.

Great variety of furniture and major appliances. Not as many boxes of random, often wonderful, odds and ends.

They had a wide variety of cabinets,couches and shelving units. There were a number of home improvement items as well (such has door nobs ,hinged and paint ).

Great staff but not much better prices than buying new!

Has a wide variety of products and is clean. However, I noticed most products were priced pretty high even if they were damaged.

Store hours on door say open till 7pm M-F Open till 5pm on Sat. Went to store at 5:10 on a Friday and several employees were there working and they would not let me in. Other customers were coming to the door also.
