I have been to this office many times and for the most part have been treated with respect and prompt service. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is they just close whenever they want. Most people showing up at an asap office are not exactly happy so I have respect for the men and women of asap.

The class was cool, the teacher is very strict about cell phones so dont have yours out or you will be dismissed from the class. Just go and do what you are suppose to do.

I completed a 12 week course of asap in2007. I moved to Baltimore. I picked Leesburg because it was a quiet little town and not to far. Big mistake. I started this back in March. It should have been a simple monitor case for my breathalyser. Now Im doing 4 weeks of asap. Stay out of Leesburg its a racket hidden in mountains of incompetents.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They preach about not having to chase you down and making sure all of their requests are done promptly. Yet when you have done everything requested, and are ready to move on with your life, they drag their feet for weeks before they take action. We pay enough in my opinion for them to a) have a telephone system that isnt older than I am, b) competent case workers who can find the documentation they so heavily rely on, and c) actually showing a little compassion once in awhile.I would like to know who the supervisor is because this racket is ridiculous. I have waited over a week now trying to get the paperwork to get my license back. I need to move on with my life and drive again.

I was trying to get in contact with My case manager Jessicas Medinos or whatever was incredibly rude and unapologetic of making mistakes. I had finished the 6 month requirement for the ignition interlock and was starting the process of getting it removed. She tried to tell me I was unlicensed or something from may to August even though Ive had my ROL since march. She was obviously looking at someone elses file then proceed to scream at me and accuse me of calling her a liar then promptly said Ive worked here for years. I dont need this! Then slammed the phone down and refused to take my calls.This is where it gets good..Stacy, I believe another case manager, called me back saying she had just sent off the electronic request to have my ignition interlock removed this Friday. It makes me so sad when companys and businesses are ruined by one single person with a giant and useless ego.

Really not an experience that anyone should have to deal with, because It lacks improper instructions and alcoholism treatment.

They dont communicate. They make a lot of mistakes. They dont help you out or reach out to you.
