Professionalism, friendly, clean, calm atmosphere. Attentive to the level of comfort. Nate asked my concerns at the beginning of the session and by the end of the session I felt relieved. Will be coming back long term to relieve those big painful knots.

The lady at the front desk was rude on the phone and in person. My guest also mentioned the attitude and it took away from the relaxing experience we were seeking. The massage was fine, but the overall experience wasn’t enjoyable.

The reason I give them one star is for the practice especially the woman who is at the front desk and checks in. Originally my appointment was at 11:00, at 10:40 they called and said you had an app at 10:30 but you can still come we have a break between appointments. They only gave me 40 mins message and charged me 130 for an hour message without telling me upfront. She was a fraud and very rude and unprofessional. But DENISE who gave me the message was very good and professional.I would never go back to that place ever again.

I had a massage with Darnell yesterday and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. Im a super active person and lift/run every day, so being able to walk out of there feeling completely relaxed was amazing. I had specific areas that I wanted him to work on and he went above and beyond to do so! He also gave me advice on what areas I should be foam rolling more. I will definitely be back soon!!

Jason is an amazing massage therapist. He always puts me at ease, while working hard to break down the knots in my muscle caused from a repetitive strain injury. Ill walk in feeling so much tension and tightness in my back, shoulders and arms and walk out feeling looser. Despite the discomfort you may feel from a deep tissue massage, I actually look forward to my visits because I know Ill feel better as a result and it is doing my body good. I highly recommend Massage Hope for any type of massage therapy needed and Jason, in particular.

It is all about the massage therapist in writing this review. It was my first time with Wendy and she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She worked on my problem areas of my neck and lower back. I felt so much better after my one hour session. We talked a lot on some other options with the use of CBD and other essential oils during future sessions. A very good massage therapist and who was very open to answering my many questions. I will be back.

I experienced my first visit with Massage Hope today with Mandy as my massage therapist. The experience was great from the time I entered the establishment through checkout. Mandy has skillful hands and easily located all of my trouble spots and used a variety of techniques to work them out. She was a perfect combination of therapeutic-detailed work while still being relaxing. I loved that the table was warm and the lights dimmed to be more relaxing. All in all a fantastic experience. I was looking for a massage therapist in the Loudoun County area and came across Massage Hope. I decided to give it a try and book a session. I am glad I did. Stephanie was more than friendly to book my session. I needed a sports massage after having stiffness and sore muscles for the past couple of days. Joanna was awesome she targeted all my pain and sore muscles and I walked out feeling so relieved and relaxed. Joanna is very friendly and I will be back!!!!

I have now been twice for a prenatal massage with Kelly and with Danita. Both therapists are absolutely amazing!! They both worked magic and my tension headaches, sciatic pain, and general aches and pains were gone afterwards. Could not recommend this place more. Go!

Jason was awesome. I had let them know what my issue was in advance - lower back issues. Jason did some physical observation, then started manipulating, and stretching my body like never before. Both, he and I got a workout. This was more like physical therapy. He was really into exploring what was the source of my issues, and correcting them. This wasn’t going to be fixed in one appointment, but I knew I was in good, professional hands with Jason. I already feel more loose. Made my next appointment with Jason in 3 days. I went for a massage yesterday with Danita and she was amazing. I recently had PRP in my shoulder and have been having significant pain and stiffness. Danita heard my issues and was able to get my back some of the mobility I lost through the stiffness. I may need a few more sessions with her but I highly recommend the team at Massage Hope. I enjoyed the brighter color scheme, professional and tidy room setup, the presentation of products, and the super friendly front desk staff Stephanie. They also check as your message progresses as to whether the pressure is at the correct level for you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the staff is very courteous.

Amanda has been a life-saver for me and if I could give her more stars I would. I have a bad herniated disc in my neck and issues with my hips that give me terrible spasms to the point where it looks like Im having a seizure. Ive been getting very little help from doctors over these past three years and my life has been miserable as a result. But, seeing Amanda twice a week has given me a new lease on life! The constant pain I was in has receded and I can actually enjoy my life and the spasms have greatly reduced in frequency.I highly recommend Amanda, she has a very calming and grounded healing energy that allows you to relax into her work and a very intuitive process that is collaborative and customized to your individual physical state. You feel the progress with her after every session and whats great is her work is gently effective, so there are little no lingering effects of muscle agitation that normally would come from working damaged or strained muscles.So many massages in the past felt nice, but didnt progress things for me and in some cases made things worse. Amandas work is so much better than that and I am deeply grateful that Ive had the opportunity to work with her. My only regret is that I didnt know about this place sooner!Again, I highly recommend giving her and the other great therapists at Massage Hope a try! Shes changed my life!!!

Im a massage therapist in another establishment, not related to Massage Hope. (Who better to get a review from, than another therapist?!)I hadnt had a massage in about 5 months. I am veteran to the profession, at the end of her career. I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of tightness; quite damaged! I saw Jason today. I was VERY impressed with Jasons work. He is very strong!!! I asked him to, beat me up! He did so. It was painful but I left, much looser and with much less pain and tension. My range of motion was better too. And he was perfect, in the way, that he did everything I asked of him. He didnt skimp or glaze over. I will be back to see Jason...after I leave the massage profession in 3 months!

If I could give more stars I would! The office was clean and had a calming atmosphere, and the receptionist was friendly and professional. I had the most amazing massage from Brianna. We chatted for a few minutes beforehand about my problem areas. She was incredibly receptive to my needs and was communicative through out, making sure I wasnt cold, the pressure was good, etc. Brianna concentrated on my back, shoulders, and neck, releasing so many knots and a ton of tension. I feel like a new person! She also gave me a few yoga poses to practice to help keep everything open and aligned. I cant recommend Brianna enough and Im so looking forward to my next visit!

The scheduling process was very easy. The facility was really clean and nice looking. The staff was incredibly friendly. I love this massage studio. I’ve seen a few therapists but Brianne is my favorite. She is extremely talented, patient and thorough. She has a wonderfully calm demeanor. We are working our way through all of my issues and she is healing me one wonderful massage at a time.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. In my experience most massage places are a revolving door of therapists. As soon as I find someone I like they are gone in 6 months. Massage Hope, however, is different they dont have the revolving door of therapists that most places do. I have been seeing Johnny and Donnie ( most recently Donnie) almost exclusively since Ive been going there. I cant recommend Massage Hope enough, especially Johnny and Donnie. Dont waste your time or money trying to find a better therapist someplace else, you wont.

Brianna gave me a wonderful massage. I was dealing with muscle spasms in my back and she was able to give me relief. Her knowledge and skills were evident as she gave me a massage. I would recommend Massage Hope again. I hope to go back monthly.

After another bad experience at one of those strip mall massage places, I recently started going to Massage Hope. So far Ive had three ninety minute sessions with my favorite and preferred therapist Karlee. I usually book exclusively with Karlee because she was my therapist at another location, and I know her work and skill level. I went for my most recent session after work and when the session was finished I told Karlee, that massage felt so good I could almost taste it.Having undergone spine fusion surgery and a total left hip replacement, I am very particular about whom I allow to work on my body. I have complete trust in Karlee. I am very comfortable and relaxed on the table because I am confident that she understands my body and knows what she is doing. I am a big guy and I believe 90 minutes is needed to cover all of my body. Karlee consistently provides me with a full body massage from head to toe in the 90 minute session, while employing a relaxed pace and even pressure throughout the session. Ive lived in 7 countries and Ive had massage therapy in most if not all of them, so I know what Im talking about. Considering Karlees education, training, and background in massage therapy, it stands to reason that she is very good at her chosen profession. Karlee gets a five star rating from me, but the Massage Hope lobby area, rooms, and music system, get three and a half stars. That being said, Im sure the aesthetics and appearance is attributable to this being a new location and will improve in a short time.

There are not enough GOOD words I can say about Massage Hope. The second you open the door and step into their facility, you are instantly greeted with a warm smile and feel so at ease. The staff is super friendly and the masseuse/masseur really listen to your needs and what kinks you would like worked out. This was my first prenatal massage and I had Karlee. She was very helpful and kind. She was patient with me while I was getting around with my big belly. It was really relaxing especially with all the aches and pains I was having in my back due to being in my third trimester. Karlee is very personable and I loved having her be my massage therapist. Great deep tissue therapeutic massage. I have lots of issues and this massage did the trick to help address them. As a new resident to this area I was a bit dismayed at the price and the add-ons ($5 for hot towels, really?) but my therapist was very responsive to the amount of pressure she used which helped a lot. Highly recommend if its in the budget.

I went in for my first massage yesterday. I have had two major back surgeries and more injections and small procedures than I can count. I walked into an extremely calm, warm, friendly office and met with Amber. She really took the time to listen and asked questions about the pain I experience every day. She told me exactly what she was going to do and why. After an amazing hour long massage, I cried tears of joy on my way home! I have had CONSTANT, debilitating pain and it was 100% GONE. I was absolutely amazed! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They really care about their clients and so such an amazing job!

The team Johnny has put together here is phenomenal and they continue to amaze me with their skills. While each one has their different individual styles, my back pain (from kyphosis and associated tensions in my neck and shoulders) has always been eased no matter who I’ve seen. They truly care about the person and what they’re going through and how to make them feel better long term! It’s so hard to pick a favorite. But seriously they ALL rock. And they each bring something different and useful to the approach to help my body’s aches and pains. If you’re looking for pain relief for any ailments, you need to visit the team at Massage Hope!

It was my first one ever and she explained the process and what she was going to focus on. She showed me some stretches to work on in the meantime and explained why they will help. My only regret is signing up for the 60 minute and not the 90 minute! Just one more thing....scheduling was wonderful- so nice over the phone and when I needed to reschedule-due to some last minute stuff with my two year old- I was able to do it all via text message. It was a very nice therapeutic deep tissue massage. I have neck and shoulder issues and my massage therapist focused the entire &hour on my trouble spots. It is located in a medical building so think relaxing comfortable physical therapy vs a day spa. They had a choice of essential oils to use during massage.

I thankfully know how to process, but was happy that Jason knew and planned to explain.One big complaint...those tiny bottles of water should not be used. There are better options than plastic. Our environment is being destroyed and single use plastics, like those bottles, are a threat to our world. It would be better for Massage Hope to begin using something else soon because many people are focused on recycling and NOT using single use plastics. If it werent for Amanda, and Brianna (shes worked on my husband, I get her tomorrow) I would no longer frequent the company due to this blatant disregard for our society.

My back and wrist had been really acting up lately, so I decided to try and get a massage around where I work. I saw Massage Hope had recently opened up in my area so I decided to give it a try since I havent been too ecstatic about the other places Ive been to, and I am so glad that I did! The place itself is gorgeous, and I automatically felt relaxed when I went in. I got a massage from Gena and she was amazing!
