Thomas and Robert installed a crystal chandelier in our 22-foot foyer today. Thomas was able to come give us a quote the day after we called and installation was done less than a week later. He and Robert did a great job! The chandelier had a million crystals so it took some time and a lot of patience to install. I thought they would only do an estimate and then schedule an appointment for installation… nope! They came within the same hour that called, put floor protectors on coming in the house (didn’t have to but it was definitely appreciated), gave a quick estimate after checking the wiring, and offered to install on the spot. After receiving an estimate from another company I really felt like they was over charging me. Called inchargeelectric for another estimate Thomas Tyson found what the real problem was saving me $600 from what the other company tried to charge and it was something completely different. Called them very late afternoon. The office personnel were very helpful. They scheduled Mike to arrive early the next morning. He efficiently inspected, checked for immediate parts replacement and quoted the repair job. He had Thomas dispatched shortly thereafter. Thomas had the sub-panel repaired quickly. Both technicians listened to and discussed our concerns, very knowledgeable. They were very professional. This was several weeks ago. All good and we will be calling this company with any of our future electrical needs.

Buyer beware! The first visit the Nick arrived 2 1/2 hours late. The work he did was OK so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and called for another appt. My father had passed away and we needed to get some minor work done to pass inspection. Again Nick arrived about 2 hours late only to inform us that he was just giving us a quote. We were never advised that he would not be doing the work that day. We needed 2 GFCI outlets replaced and a bathroom vent fan replaced. The quote was $643!!! They knew they had us over a barrel because we had closing just a few days after so we bit the bullet and allowed them to do the work which took about 45 minutes at the most. We will never us their services again and would never recommend to anyone.

A++ service by electrician Robert Bates! He worked on Mother-in-laws 35+ year old trailer home which had all the markings wrong on the breakers in the box. Had new water heater (WH) installed by another company but they would not hook up new water because supply line was not long enough. In reality they were lazy and left after getting paid $1,100 by Mother-in-law. Another appliance company came out to fix stove and ran new wire to WH by just splicing additional wire and wrapping tons of electrical tape over splices. Unbelievable! He replaced the spliced supply line with an inline box and then covered it in protective plastic tubing all the way to WH. Robert found the correct circuit breaker after I wrongly showed him another one that was mismarked. WH finally had power to it after 1 week of excuses from prior 2 companies that circuit breaker would not shut off the power.Back to Robert, he was extremely friendly and professional. His work was top shelf. Highly Highly recommend him!! I am new to area and I now have no worries about any electrical problems in the future. You can request a certain electrician when scheduling appointment. I guarantee you will be more than happy if you request for Robert. He turned a very frustrating problem into a very happy resolution. Thanks Robert!

I recently moved to Summerfield and into a house that Jack did the repairs in. I had a problem with a motion flood light that I tried to correct until I noticed too late that it was connected to the electric circuit in the garage. Omg! I had the worst experience with this companys customer service and ethical liability/advertisement. Let me note that my technician was phenomenal. I am appalled by the slickness of the manager. The manager failed to disclose the companys pricing upfront and pretended as though she did not book my appointment after she realized why I was complaining. COSTUMER SATISFACTION began with the manager. Someone please inform me on what are the managers clerical duties? What does duties of a manager consists of? I kindly voiced my concerns and she accused me of yelling at her when she insulted me by telling me that I would be foolish to think that technicians come out for free. As a retired Airforce Vet, I am well versed and skilled when it comes to providing the utmost customer service! Americans forget that we Vets risk our lives everyday, for you all! The disrespect was unreal! The managers attack came from a place of guilt because she was offended immediately by my reason for complaining. She also failed to get my verbal complaint over to the owner. For this, I will not be using this company and I certainly would not recommend anyone else to use this service.

Unfortunately the technician who performed the service severely smelled like smoke, which continue to linger on him and on the drop cloth used to cover the bed, setting off her allergies when she came into the room. I would advise to ask for a non-smoking technician if this is something that could be an issue for you.FYI…the company charges a $99 dispatch fee + their flat rate repairs, and won’t give estimate or fee schedules over the phone.

Called In Charge Electric today because our ceiling fan in our bedroom was sparking and caused an outage of power in some parts of our house. They came out a few hours after we called. Matt is very professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed the ceiling fan; there was a wire that had fallen down inside it and was rubbing against the motor, therefore causing sparks. This place is so greedy! They quoted me one price then quoted my fiancé a different price (we gave them the same measurement’s about our house). The two prices were soo far apart that I had to address it for them to pick the lowest price. If I didn’t say anything they would have just taken all of our money. They also stood me up when they were suppose to be present for an electrical home inspection. They arrived late to our home that’s being renovated to be flipped and didn’t even tell us they were there or was even on the way. I had to speak with one of the employees to see why i wasn’t Receiving any updates. She said “they are busy”. Finally after her telling me that he arrived, I Drove 30 min out just for them to not be there . They just don’t communicate very well. The service I received was horrible! This place is very sketchy, would not recommend. I’m sure they will respond acting as if they did nothing wrong. But some businesses will say anything to make themselves look good .

I had the pleasure of speaking with Sheila yesterday she was very nice, knowledgeable, informative, and very responsive to what was going on She immediately sent up an appointment for the next day between 11 and 12 . So today we had the pleasure of Alex and Brian to come troubleshoot the issues we were having, they did a fantastic job!They found and fixed the problem in no time, they were very personable, we enjoyed having them😊 will definitely call again if we ever have issues in the future! Thank you 🙏

I had a kitchen light that no one could fix! Multiple attempts had been made by other professionals in the business, but they were unable to figure out why my kitchen light had problems working correctly. Within 20 minutes, Mike D from In Charge Electric had it figured out, and completely working. Im so thankful for his help! What a great company!!! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electricial repairs of any kind.
