When I went there for my sleep study the room was very rundown and not very clean. I also saw lots of bugs. When I was sitting watching tv waiting for the technician to hook all the cables up to me a bug started crawling up my arm.

I have been waiting patiently two and a half years without sleep for a new sleep apnea machine.... My old machine I have at home is over 10 years old. At five years the machine is discontinued. My machine is broken, it goes on and off all night long, so when you wake up not breathing cuz your machine goes on and off in the middle of the night gasping for air.. it scares me to pieces, wondering if Im going to wake up the next time... My insurance says they have no problem on paying for a new machine, but the doctor cant even fill out the right detailed paperwork. Ive paid Ive paid and Ive paid and done everything I was asked of.. Im tired and Im exhausted from not having proper sleep... The last time I went in to his office, he wrote a doctors note saying that my machine is broke and I need a new one. It went to my insurance company and they kicked it back to the Dr telling the doctor to make the note more detailed, like what is the name of the machine I need, what is the settings on it. The insurance wants that kind of detail, Im stuck in the middle and I cant get nothing done. And Im tired of paying and paying and paying and not seeing no results done...... I only gave one star because there was one nurse that was really trying to help.
