Im 72 years old, and Dr Speigel is quite simply the most caring, perceptive and sensitive medical professional I have ever encountered. I just had my routine annual physical and it took 2.5 hours, including 1.5 hours of face time with her. The idea that she spends too little time with her patients is ludicrous to those of us who are actual patients of hers rather than trolls.

One of the best doctor I have ever consulted. She believes in finding cure for root cause rather then prescribing bunch of medicines.

One of worst doc in Va. How could you trust someone just consulting you in 5mn? Due to her faulty diagnostics, now i am struggling with tons of medicines. If you, guys, in front of a doc that consulting you in 5mn, get out there quickly and do not come back there anymore, go somewhere and get sometimes a 2nd opinion, even 3rd if possible.

We never write reviews unless they are positive, but we felt we had to write one because the customer service and the level of detail needed to be put out there. After the first appointment with our daughter, the diagnosis was completely off. A second opinion with another physician found the real problem. We went back on another matter figuring mistakes do happen but after being sent to a specialist, the staff did not follow up and notify us about the lab results. Just a few short days ago, the staff said that Dr. Spiegel would follow up with the results and get back to us, and yet again we are left waiting for days and days. If you are looking for customer service and the level of detail a patient expects, go somewhere else. Your childs life may depend on it.
