Had a great experience while getting my first pair of contacts. Laney, the receptionist did an amazing job of helping me and teaching me how to properly wear contacts, put them in and take them out. She made sure that I was 100% confident in how they felt. She answered all my questions and the doctor made sure that the contacts were a perfect size. I’m very happy with my experience and will be going back for any of my optometry needs.

Very friendly staff. They were able to get me an appointment quickly. During my appointment they were friendly, helpful and very efficient. I particularly liked that they asked about the type of glasses I was looking for and helped guide me to frames that I would like. My frames came in quickly and looked great. All around great experience and I recommend you try them out.

Had a wonderful experience at New Era today. The doctor was great and explained things that my previous doctor didnt take the time to do. The staff member helped pick out frames which saved me a lot of time, as her recommendations were spot on! They were also very kind and helpful working within my budget. Highly recommend.

Very good experience. Dr Tofigh was great. She was very competent, thorough, efficient, careful, and caring. She took the time to answer questions and explained her findings during my exam. My wife and I both felt that we were in very good hands.

Great Place and staff! They have a fabulous selection of eyewear and top quality lenses. The place looks amazing and they provide eye exam too! I highly recommend them!

I went to this place because I work for the county and they take our insurance. However, their prices are so high that you end up spending more here than you ever would at Costco or Walmart. Their sales tactics are very aggressive and they dont want to help you unless you buy their products. Save your money and go someplace else.

Had an appointment today that I was able to get very last minute before I head out of state back to college. I was in and out in just over half an hour including the exam, ordering lenses, and checkout. Super friendly staff, great optometrist, and very clean! I was looking for a new optometrist and found new era through my insurance’s preferred provider and was nervous because the last one I tried was a horrible experience. And yet, new era eyecare absolutely made up for that experience with a different (well known) company. Also, were so helpful in having my lenses delivered to my college apartment instead of home. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My whole family now plans to switch over to new era - cannot recommend enough!

Great service. The young lady who helped me provided honest advice while helping me pick frames. I felt like I had brought a friend with me to help me choose glasses. Also, she worked to get every answer for the questions I posed. Great experience. Thank you.

Every time I go to New Era, I get outstanding customer service from everyone who works there. Kaylin H. really goes above and beyond for me, whether Im scheduling an appointment or ordering contacts over the phone. She truly understands the value of customer service! I cant imagine going anywhere else for my optometry needs!

Dr. Karina was very attentive and knowledgeable and took her time to examine my eyes and explain my options. The only reason for the four rather than five star rating is that it took a very long time to get the details sorted out afterwards when the assistant was working that through the system and had to do it several times before everything was finalized. She was very kind and apologetic but it seemed like I was there for a long time.

My visit was a great experience. The place is clean. The staff were friendly and courteous.They valued my time and personal needs. I highly recommend this place for the family.

I’ve only had an exam and prescription so far, but Dr Adair was very personable, patient, careful, & thorough in making sure it was right.

Nice doctor, but hate the lobby chairs that swallow you up and you cant get out of them without assistance. Overall I like this place.
