This facility and people are welcoming and wonderful! It is clean and comfortable. Love Dr. Boorstin! He takes the time to explain and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. He is gentle and caring. I noticed the white noise machine in the exam room which I think helped my dog keep calm during her visit. Nice touch! The technician ( I unfortunately don’t remember her name) was so sweet to my dog.

I was really scared and the caring way everyone I encountered handled our visit helped to melt away my fears. They used facts and education so I could understand just how My cat was doing. I also appreciated the explanation of what My Cat’s heart was doing so I could understand the various tests done to understand his situation. The fact that everyone I encountered wore a mask was important to me also. The way John Michael explained how a cats blood pressure is taken and the other procedures set the positive tone for the entire visit.

Every aspect of the appointment was handled efficiently. All of the staff members were very professional yet simultaneously friendly. I felt that I received a thorough explanation of my cats condition, conveyed in simple enough terms that I could understand. After the appointment was over, I was impressed by how quickly the results arrived in my email inbox. I cant think of any way that the appointment could have been better.

CVCA Leesburg is wonderful and I would definitely recommend. I loved how everyone took care of my very nervous dog. They were very sweet with her. The doctor was very clear and helpful with her explanations of tests, results, and plan of care.

While I wish I did not have to visit CVCA, I have been thoroughly impressed with all the staff. Their office is nicer and more technically advanced than a lot of human doctor offices. Every time I come, I feel like they are genuinely concerned about my dog and give their full attention. They are quick to call back when I have called with prescription issues, appointment scheduling and other concerns. Amazing communication all round!

Ive taken my dog to the emergency hospital here as well as the cardiac center and all around the service and the people here are excellent! The time Dr. Emily took to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with my dog was amazing.

I have never seen such amazing team work, your staff not only made me feel at ease, but made our boy Coal feel as comfortable has possible. ( He is a bit fearful when going to the vet. ) They could see that I was tearful and brought me tissues and gave words of comfort. Bonus they loved over our boy, and said how handsome and good he was being .Job Well Done by everyone The compassion and concern for not only our beloved furbaby but for us as well. I was very impressed that CVCA was able to notify me that someone had cancelled an appointment so I could get my baby in to see them quicker. The staff was very responsive! compassion toward our fur babies! The staff was very easy to work with and the Doctor emailed me results right away.

I was so impressed with the entire operation and visit, from the excellent communication of information regarding COVID protocols prior to the appointment, to the ease of getting in and to the exam room, to the kind and excellent care Sawyer received. Dr. Pasieka was very efficient, very caring with Sawyer and very good at explaining everything in a way I could easily understand. John Michael is at the top of my list of favorite veterinary assistants, he was so calming and friendly, he put me immediately at ease. Im not sure Sawyer felt the same way but hey, hes a 19 year old cat at a cardiology appt. so only so much can be expected! Both John Michael and Dr. Pasieka went to great lengths to talk to Sawyer, give him nose rubs, keep him calm and just generally be sweet to my hissing and confused kitty, which I greatly appreciate. The long drive was well worth it and we will be back.

My dog Winnie has been treated by Dr. Pasieka for about two years for heart disease. Dr. Pasieka is very professional, very knowledgeable, and kind and gentle with my old dog. I believe that my dog has had a longer life and a better quality of life due to Dr. Pasieka. The staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is very nice.

Not knowing what to expect in the age of COVID, I was pleasantly surprised that the Dr. would be coming out the parking lot to explain his findings. The clipboard drawings, and Dr. Boorstins clear descriptions were very helpful. He explained my pets condition in clear terms that I could understand.

Having a pet with health issues is difficult enough, so we are very fortunate to have a pet medical facility with such excellent people and technology as CVCA. They make everything as easy as possible, from all the logistics to understanding what is going on with the patient. Great staff and a very well-run organization.

Dr. Paseika, Dr. Tyrrell and Donna are some of the most caring individuals that I have ever met. My Pom was diagnosed with severe cardiac disease in January 2018 and with their guidance, medication and care, he lived a very happy life for 1.8 years....he was a warrior. If your pet needs cardiac care, you are in great hands at CVCA in Leesburg.

I was referred to CVCA by an emergency veterinarian due to an abnormal heart rhythm in my 12 year old dog. My dog suffered from severe anxiety while he was there, panting profusely. Instead of halting the tests and treating the anxiety, they continued with the tests until my dog ended up in emergency with bloat. He hasn’t been the same since bloat and this is the second time we have him at the emergency vet from a complication from his experience here.After my dog was released from your care he went into respiratory distress within hours. We called out of extreme concern and received no call back. He has since passed from being in distress. I will not respond to your request for a follow up to this review if I couldn’t even get a call back when my dog that was under your care was in distress.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with the Leesburg office of CVCA. To start the wait for an appointment for any CVCA office was a month or more with very long waitlist. I called the Leesburg office and they fit me in the next week. Dr. Boorstin came in to the office this week to help out is my understanding. The appointment was right on time and very quick and efficient! My doggie gets very anxious with new people and new environments and shakes profusely. She seemed completely comfortable with the technician who took her in and apparently loved Dr. Boorstin and she doesnt like many people - that says a lot! They brought her back to me immediately after her evaluation rather than keep her until I spoke to the doctor and checked her out (as most Vets do) so much less traumatic for her. Having my dog feel comfortable means a lot to me. Dr. Boorstin was very nice and thorough and explained all his findings and recommendations very well. Every person I spoke to, from the person who made the appointment, checked us in, technician and doctor, was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this office and was extremely grateful for the care they gave my dog! I rarely ever post about any business but was so happy about how I and my dog were treated that I felt I needed to share with others.

The people who work there are nice enough and give you plenty of information, but the cost was overwhelming. $610 for being there for 20-30 minutes to have a 3 month old kittens heart checked out. Unfortunately, we will not be able to bring our cat back to see how his progress is because we can not afford it, so we will have to hope for the best and that our long time vet will be able to tell if his condition is going in a better direction. It breaks my heart to have to accept that. After bringing him home we are also starting from square one with re-acquainting him with our other cat, as the smell on him from being at the hospital is so strong that she does not recognize him at all.

I have seen both doctors at CVCA Leesburg, and I genuinely feel like they extended my dog’s life. It may be expensive, but they are beyond knowledgeable and can give you the added time with your beloved, best friend that you need.

The doctors are amazing and the staff make you.feel like family! I wouldnt go any where else to have my baby taken care of.
