Facility refused to bring patient to doctors appointment with no cancellation notice. Not a caring approach. Would avoid.

The employees are nice! The food is horrible! The clients all seem to sleep all day; little stimulation. On one visit I smelled Propane BAD! I informed the staff; employees went outside; the residents were left inside. Pilot light on the stove was leaking propane they said. We called
