I love the diverse classes that are offered at Hot Yoga Lebanon. This studio has the best instructors! The classes are challenging and I always get such a great workout.

Every instructor here is kind and encouraging. Whether your skill level is beginner or advance they push you without making you feel weak, especially for something as physically challenging as hot yoga! Soon as I leave class I’m ready to book another one.

Hot Yoga Lebanon is truly my happy place, even when the classes are hard, I never regret going. Heather has created and exceptional business, and all of the instructors are top notch. I cant say enough good things!

Clean ... professional... non judgey... safe space... intense... helpful and kick your hinney. If you wanna sweat it off and feel it in your core fiber of your being... here is the spot. Baby steps but hopefully I can power challenge myself to stick with this. Also supporting local!

The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. They do not charge for mats or towels and provide a variety of classes. The leadership is great! Of all of my group excercise experiences, this one is my favorite.
