Convinced me to try ankle gauntlets ($74) and custom inserts ($379) that I didnt like from the beginning. I returned the gauntlet with less than a days wear because I couldnt stand them at my own shipping cost ($13) only to receive a partial refund ($52) over a month later after they put a rush on it. They did not inform me about partial refunds before purchase. The inserts were less comfortable than the old ones I had for several years from another state. I went back to have them modified and they were improved a bit by adding an extra layer, but I think in the process they removed part of the width making them too thin inside my boot and the heel was never deep enough. Not worth $379, not even close. They refused a return for disposal and refund for dissatisfactory. I refuse to give them any more money or time. I wouldnt recommend anyone else give them either in the first place.

The people working here are great and patient. They take their time with you so all questions are answered. Arron and Jennifer have aways answered the phone and returned all my calls fast. Thank you guys

They made a custom fit brace for my husband with drop foot, nerve damage, and it has given him the ability to walk with independent and confidence.. recommend highly!!!!
