This clinic is all about making money rather than caring for their patients. This is why it is so important for you to cancel your appointments or its 3 strikes your out. This is your body and you get to choose how you want to take care of it. Is what my doctor tells me, but that is not always the case. I called today, early morning, asking if the front desk could get my doctor to prescribed my medication, since my appointment is not till next month. She sent a note back with a high priority. I never got a call back, called the pharmacy, and they said I had nothing filled by my doctor. I also called the on call after hours and the nurse said this clinic does not do any prescription filling after hours.Thanks for caring and all the help.

Neglectful and could care less about people. Failed on an epic level to give my mom proper care and now shes dead.

Not worthy of the one star. Out of all the medical offices I’ve ever been to, I have never been somewhere that made me feel like they literally couldn’t care less until I came here. What a mistake. The front office staff is incredibly rude, and the nurses/assistants do not care to call you back. Everything is fine and dandy until you actually need help. The doctor that I saw ran test after test with no explanation and no answers. No follow up. Nothing. My experience at the Corvallis clinic has been a night and day difference. Do yourself a favor and make the drive, it’s worth it.

I like Dr Salisbury. He isnt my ob/gyn, but he is my primary care physician and even tho he doesnt treat me as thoroughly as Dr J Hickey did, but then Dr Hickey was at a different clinic and I had him for many years, through out most of my neck and back surgeries its hard to find a Dr as good as he was. Dr Salisbury just isnt as familiar with my medical history but its very hard to find a Dr that takes the time to be. Every visit, although, not often, I feel he knows more and more about, me. I really like him!

This place has no courtesy for call backs. The nurses are rude. They don’t listen, and my results on my chart say one thing but they have no clue what they mean when you call to check on it, nor care. Save your time. Don’t go here. Also, my daughter went to get her immunizations here and I said she doesn’t need the flu shot, the nurse gives her one anyways. She’s 2. I wasn’t happy at all.

Find another provider if you can. The doctors here do not listen and will not be helpful. Plus they randomly leave and cancel your appointments. Moved my whole family away from this clinic.

Dr. Salisbury ordered labs without explaining anything to me. Even order HIV test WITHOUT my consent. They charge a lot of money for an initial visit and the labs.

Im trying to switch doctors. Kate lane is aweful. She refused to send my son to someone else. 14 ear infections later she finally referred to ent. Every time he got an ear infection she would see him and she would say that oh his ears look good. Ive always had to rush him to the er with a fever of 102.3 to 103.8 and thats when they found the serve double ear infections. I switched him to a pediatrics. When I have questions about my meds which is an easy yes or no question instead of answering she wants me to come in waste money and still not answer it. She dances around the answer. I dont know were she got her md liecenes from but oh my

Wouldnt even leave them a 1. Such terrible doctors they dont care how you feel! They just Cate about getting paid and the nurses are the rudest Ive ever seen! So glad I dont go here anymore they so wish washy cant even tell yo whats really wrong just wanna fill yu with druvs not even help.
