Large facility, great equipment. Always clean or always seeing their employees cleaning. Wish they went back to their 24 hour schedule instead of this Post-Covid pandemic schedule. Due to my work hours Im mostly available after 8 or 9pm. I try to squeeze a quick visit when I can.

It’s sad to see the Planet Fitness in Lebanon going downhill and the owners of the place not doing anything about it! I’ve been a member of this gym for 8 years! First issue, the recent staff this past year. Not only are they rude, but they don’t care! They are constantly buried in their cell phones, hanging out at the counter talking with their friends, or off somewhere not even in sight when you need them. Why should I have to walk around the gym looking for a staff member or wait at the counter for 20 mins for someone. Which happens on a regular basis. The bathrooms (at least the women’s) are nasty… ALWAYS dirty, no hand soap, no toilet paper in all stalls. You can tell the bathrooms aren’t cleaned for days!! Lastly, apparently there’s a theft issue, too!! I know the owner had a staffing theft issue, in 2020. The issue must still be continuing there! Most recently my jacket was stolen from a locker. I forgot my jacket in a locker at closing time and the next morning it was no where to be found! Hmmm…According, to the staff “there is a ton of stuff stolen all the time”. Well, if that’s the case, why would I even want to continue going to this gym? I’d rather pay more money somewhere else and not have to worry about dishonest people! I never seemed to have that issue at New York Fitness or at any other gym for that matter! Everything that Planet Fitness is suppose to stand for is DEFINITELY NOT what the Plant Fitness in Lebanon represents!!!

The way you treat your employees is insane, never have I ever known of a place where their workers are treated so badly. Who ever is in charge of this location doesn’t seem like they care too much about anything really. Properly train your staff, schedule fairly, and actually keep your loyal, well rounded employees. This place has been such a disappointment.

Nothing but issues with this location and membership, after communicating with the manager over email for multiple days over a multitude of charges on my account she went and closed my account and opened another which I questioned at first but happily paid the new fee to resolve the issues with my other account, upon going back in another manager told me theyre not going to honor that and revert me to the other account and that I would have to resolve a balance after they have charged me multiple times. Now Im going to have to deal with customer service to handle the issue. Sad when I enjoyed planet fitness other locations, whatever you do just avoid this location if you have another near you!

Large facility, good equipment and people mind their own business.

Ive been a member for about a year and come in about 6 days a week the employees have always been nice and during the pandemic have made sure to put in the extra work to keep the place clean now Ive seen employees come and go but recently a manager that was always freindly and doing her job wasnt there and I found out today that they fired her and a couple others for not doing there job when Ive seen them everyday working, cleaning and doing there best for everyone who comes in for a non judgment zone the high ups are extremly judgemental they even underpay there staff close to minimum wage honestly dont know what stick is up the higher ups but I cant stand to see wonderful people be treated this terribly

The Planet facility in Lebanon is a great gym place to go to, it has affordable membership plans, the facility is well maintained and very clean, friendly staff.

What are you talking about when the payment is automatic you don’t know what you Talking about you just fire the manager week ago because she been messed it up with people account ? And I’m talking the real I’m not using nothing on mine convenient. Just to clear that. Thank you I don’t need no help. Have a good one.

Its a nice place too workout at.

Great place to go when youre in need of a workout or relax. I go just about every other day to burn off some steam so to speak. Its always a great thing to have a place where you can go and focus on yourself. If youre a parent and you need to get away from your kids, they do have a tanning booth and hydro massage beds, and massage chairs (I believe.) So, if you just want to come here and relax - you definitely can. I advise anyone to come and check it out.

Employees are very friendly and helpful, and the equipment is in decent shape and has variety. My only complaint would be that it is not big enough for their customer base and it’s a hit or miss with the cleanliness of the women’s locker room. Their tanning and massage services are awesome, would recommend a black card membership

They need to enforce cleaning equipment, people dont do it at all. Employes should walk around enforce it instead of being on cell phones and standing at counter and playing around with each other, do your job right. Not there to play.

I was standing at the front desk waiting to tan for a good 20 minutes and called the desk 3 times and stood there while the phone rang and everybody was looking at me and still nobody came to the computer to put in my tanning minutes. you have horrible staff that are not doing there job

The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. I go there several days per week. I am looking forward to longer hours on the weekend. I am looking forward to an earlier opening on Saturday and Sunday.

This location itself is O.K. The Harrisburg location, which is my home planet fitness is so much better. This Lebanon location is dirty & I will not be going there anymore if in the area. Black card is so nice to have and I love planet fitness but this location itself doesnt have hardly as much as the Harrisburg location off of 22. The biggest thing that bothers me about Lebanon is moreso the cleanliness of the place.

Gym is very well maintained! Gym floor has a nice set up not too crowded or close. Women’s locker room was just remolded and it’s beautiful! The floor, wall and shower tiling is just gorgeous! Sometimes the locker room cleaning can be neglected as all gyms can get but overall it’s a great space! I’ve been to my fair share of planet fitness’s across PA but this one is great for a small town gym like Lebanon.

I love this place! They are open all the time and you can’t beat the prices :-) :-). Great gym equipment and massage chairs are a blessing after a long work out. This place is highly recommended :-) :-)

Staff are friendly enough. Equipment is up to date and equipment is added regularly. The tanning beds look as if people shave inside them. I enjoyed a brand new one in NC over the summer and the Lebanon tanning beds have looked bad since, probably me. Great programs and trainers.

I like how they have so much equipment, cheap membership, and is a no judgement zone.

The facility is clean and well laid out. I go in the afternoon which is busy and I am able to still get in and out in good time.

This planet fitness is well lit, has tons of machines, weights and space for all. My only recommendation is to avoid going after typical working hours if you dont have a lot of time... it is always really busy at this time. You can still use machines and weights etc. But just lots of ppl so you might have to share/wait.

The facility it self is great, plenty of exercise equipment and weights however some of the patrons and staff have left a bad impression, ive seen alot of patrons and STAFF not wipe down machines after using them. I have also had issues with patrons carrying out face time phone conversations while occupying exercise equipment.

Like this gym.. And Ive been to almost all around Lebanon Pa. area. Cant beat $10 @ month!!! Good equipment and always clean...

People are nice willing to help if needed. I go after work and there is always open equipment .

Very large, clean, with friendly employees and free WiFi. I love it. Also, something of note for those who might be short on cash: if you have a water bottle, you have endless free access to water. Additionally, theres showers and safe lockers to use (although you might need a lock). With a black card membership, one also has access to a massage bed and massage chairs, as well as a sauna to de-stress. Its an amazing experience.

Always friendly staff. I often go in the middle of the night, and Roarke and Frank are easy to find. Clean gym with a lot of amenities for black card ($22/mo) members. Spring the extra for the black!

Its a basic gym in the old Ames wing of the mall. Its planet fitness, they feed you pizza, theres limited free weights, and its dirt cheap. At the end of the day everything you need to be fit is there, but dont expect more.

I like this gym because of its location. It is easy to go to the mall, after exercising. The staff is very helpful and always willing to answer your questions.

The staff members are friendly and the gym has a very good environment. There are plenty of machines as well as TVs with different channels. Both membership options offered are an extremely good value!

I dont know I dont know if I ever get fit all this planet. great parking place seems clean always a lot of smiling faces in the window I dont know how the Judgment Zone works but Im not ready to find out either

I did enjoy planet fitness because of all the machines they have. There are certain times when it is really full to go in though.

Planet fitness charged me $10 fee for 2 weeks late fee. My credit card that paid the account was lost and when I tried to pay my bill they assessed me addition $10 or double their monthly rate. I tried to negotiate with to no avail. So cancelled my membership. Poor business practice and I will not participate with a business with such a rigid rules!

Ive been going to PF on and off for a few years. Upon moving to the area, I signed back up. Recently they added battle ropes, kettlebells and other good equipment and Ill say it again...you cant get a better gym for the price! Additionally, theyre gonna be updating the bathroom / locker rooms. Yay! Now if it just wasnt so packed after work lol.

The employees will go out of there way to lie to you. Equipment is nice and clean. Very few free weights.

The equipment sucks and doesn’t work right half the time in the 12 min ab room and is dirty. The tanning bed bulbs are out in places and u don’t know it until u start tanning and then when it is stopped and ask to be put in a different bed the manager wants to give you a hard time and says she can’t because of the computer system but then when you ask for the corporate number then all of a sudden she can give you an employee tag to go to another bed. I have never had the problems with any other facility I have gone to despite being owned by a different corporation. If there was an issue they would do everything they could to make it right. Not the Lebanon one. All the manager can say is sorry I can’t do anything about it. Maybe they need to get a manager in there that knows what the hell they are doing!! I will never go there again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about it

Very nice and clean gym. I have to go in pretty late due to my schedule but I see the staff constantly cleaning the place. The equipment is nice and well maintained. The only downside is the discrimination towards Lunks, kind of defeats the whole judgement free zone concept.

Worst PF Ive been to. Hydromassage is always taken bc theres only one. Massage chairs old af and painful. They do have yoga mats which is cool and the showers are nice.

Cheap and easy to just get in and out. Sometimes dirty but staff is nice and some knowledgeable.

You guys let too many people use the hydrobed, even those who are non black card members. Other planet fitnesses, the hydrobed needs to be activated by an employee at the front desk, but not this one. As a result, people lay on it for a half hour at a time. By the time the next person gets to use it, error messages keep popping up because the machine is over usedPS. To respond to your reply. I have talked with management. You pretty much swept it under the rug, and nothing has changed. This is your chance to address the issue
