I cant say enough positive things about Hendrick Counseling. It was an uncomfortable step to take to see a counselor. Kim made that easy. The value she has provided me and my family will forever be appreciated. There are people that are truly gifted at what they do. Kim fits into the top of that category and has surrounded herself with a team that has the ability to truly change lives.

Locating the Staff at Hendrick Counseling Services has been the best blessing Ive had... since the fatal cancer that attacked my husband in 2016 I have gleaned wisdom, courage and shared great pain and confusion with the lead counselor Kim Hendrick... she is easy to talk to and open up to, as well as having a demeanor of confidence and skills in the area of the mind and the way we play out our lives. While she listens and interacts her conclusions and suggestions are applicable, attainable, and helpful for the weeks ahead!The staff itself are all kind, welcoming and accommodating with scheduling and health issues. I am grateful for each and everyone who has helped me and continues to boost my mental well-being and confidence. My family have been going to Hendrick Counseling for about 4 years. We have always been pleased with the all the interactions we have had there. We love April Bowen, she is great with children and family matters. The office staff is always very professional and courteous.

I have/had a crippling anxiety thing going on. Lots of doctors till I found one that referred me to hendrix l, and it was a godsend. April Bowen, is in my opinion, the best counselor available. It took time, but I went from completely non functional to a year later almost completely back to my old self. I don’t believe that I could’ve made it without her services. Many thanks to Hendrix and to April in particular.

I have been seeing April Bowen for about 6 months now. She is very Attentive and loves to listen. Makes you laugh. She is helping me with P.T.S.D , anxiety, depression, stress. I would recommend her to anyone in need. She has the most wonderful personality and has a love for people.

I have been going to Suzanne for a little over 3 years every week and I have NEVER had a bad experience with this Office. She has always went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. She has always went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I feel as though we have more than a Dr/Patient relationship, we are also friends which for me that is a Great thing. She has always told me if I need to speak to her, she is just a text/call away.I have never been in the Office that I was not greeted with a smile. They have always helped me with insurance or anything I have had a problem with.I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and/or my family. They are all a Great bunch.

I have seen counseling staff for about 4 months. I find my therapist, Kim, very supportive and involved in helping me to get over my problems. Lori adjusts medication, the meds she has me on gets rid of my random thoughtsI would recommend this counseling service to anyone. The office personnel will be glad to help you.

Office is always peaceful and Suzanne is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and has taught me so much. Ive learned how to handle the stressful situations life seems to throw. I would tell anyone alive that therapy can help at some point in your life. Dont think its just for people who are sick. My daughter and I have separately been receiving service here and we have both had excellent experiences thus far with our providers.

All I did was try to become a new patient, they gave me the run around. They were never there to answer phones, they told me that I needed a referal for my insurance, which was not true, then on the day of my appoitment they told me that I needed a referal for the licensure of the therapist i was set to see. I was unable to get the referal with such short notice.
