Stylist did a bad cut and color - the hair was curled before I left so it hid both of these issues. I noticed the color issue a couple days later and asked to come in and get a color conditioner, I went to get it and I guess they close the salon at randomly and they were already closed when they were supposed to be open for 3 more hours. I then had to leave for a trip so wasn’t able to call them again. I got back and called them to have them fix it - they said they have a 2 week policy and I called 2 weeks and 4 days after my appointment (because I was out of town) and they would not correct the visible issues with my hair. The layers were not blended at all - clear distinct line in my hair where one of the layers was. My hair was 3 different colors. The stylist was clearly new - I understand everyone needs to start somewhere but it is the salons responsibility to have someone watching the new person. I refuse to go back and instead went to another salon in Lebanon and love how they fixed it. If a salon will not stand by their artists work, they don’t deserve the business.

Needed my hair done on my wedding day which was far from where I live. My daughter asked around on Facebook and Salon Noir came to my rescue! Everyone is so nice and they take the time to listen and give helpful advice on hair styles. I love this place!!

I saw someone mention this salon on Facebook and I liked what I saw. When I first called to try to get in somewhat last minute notice I wasn’t able to get in before the date I needed for a wedding. On a long shot I left my number in case anyone had a cancellation. The next morning I received a call.letting me know there was one. I was so impressed with the follow up. I just left from my appointment with Aubrie C. She was fantastic! So creative and fun. The Salon is beautifully styled and the staff is super friendly. I watched a lot of great hair leave today while I was there. Also, a side note for anyone who may be visually impaired as I am. I have low vision and close to no peripheral vision. Many salons have low light and are designed in a manner that can be difficult to maneuver. This is an open concept salon with great lighting. No trip hazards for me!

Beautiful little place in the heart of downtown Lebanon. Lots of light and a simple, classic atmosphere. Kirstin did a fantastic job on my previously sad quarantine hair! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to support a local business and have a lovely salon experience!

I learned about Salon Noir about a year ago, I wish I had visited sooner! The salon is beautifully styled with obvious attention to detail. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, the salon was very clean. My year-old daughter was the client for this appointment and she can be A LOT. Halle was patient and kind. She didn’t act annoyed or overwhelmed, which can easily happen with a 6-year-old. I highly recommend Salon Noir!

I had an amazing experience with Taylor at the Salon Noir Lebanon location! It was my first time going to get a full foil with Taylor. I loved that Taylor was happy to share what she felt would be the best fit for color and style for my complexion. She took her time to show me the color samples to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I didnt feel rushed or hurried when I was explaining my needs. I felt that Taylor truly wanted to help make my salon experience be the best possible experience. I love my hair color and style and will definitely be rescheduling again with Taylor!

I love this Salon. You feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. Everyone is kind and considerate. I have been to other salons where I felt underdressed compared to high end clients and even stylists. I feel very welcome here just as I am. The prices are very reasonable. Amber has been doing my hair for years and knows exactly what I like. She can do anything you ask from very short to very long and I love my color. Its very natural. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in and a smile on my face. They are going the extra mile right now with masks and wiping down chairs and equipment to keep clients safe 😷

I absolutely LOVED my Dermaplane facial with Andrea st their Lebanon location! The salon is SO cute! I was having such a bad allergy attack that day my eyes were so swollen I was miserable! But after my facial my eyes had completely calmed down and my skin felt amazing. I will definitely be back!
