As a community member, I just love the Oaks! Their staff is all so wonderful and friendly. The Oaks care about their community and are always giving back in any way they can. The residents are often seen sitting out in the courtyard or in the front yard enjoying the beautiful gardens. The rooms and building are very well cared for and beautifully decorated. I love that this facility is pet-friendly and I enjoy watching the residents with their pets. The Oaks is defiantly a place where they Engage Life and Have a Heck of a lot of FUN.

I work for The Oaks...so I dont know it that discredits me in your mind or not...but, I am the marketing director...My face and my voice are out there daily representing The Oaks at Lebanon...and I dont take that lightly...I would not work for a company of any kind if I could not go out in front of people and know that what I say I represent is what I actually represent...I can honestly say without any hesitation... that The Oaks at Lebanon loves seniors... and the whole team...management, nursing, dining, care staff...do everything they can to create a warm and engaging environment for our residents...there are 60+ human team members at The Oaks...we dont always get things perfect ...but we sure lose sleep and use a lot of energy trying! Our Executive director has been at the Oaks for 31 years! We have a lot of staff that have been here 10-15 years and some even longer...our residents and our team are extended family...We are The Oaks at Lebanon...where we ENGAGE LIFE and have a HECK OF A LOT OF FUN!

The staff here at Oaks are consistently kind and helpful. The Oaks are generous with sharing their facility with community outreach events. Especially fighting Alzheimers. They even won business of the Year 2019.

This is a great place with friendly staff and nice rooms. The residents have so many fun activities. My aunt stayed her several years and was very happy and well cared for!

When visiting a dear friend yesterday evening I came across some staff gossiping about one staff person...It is one of my biggest pet peeves.They were so mean about this person I just listened for a minute..I kept hearing the radio going off and this group just ignored it, they were so involved with bashing this person. Made me sick.When I asked my friend about it she said it was the norm... she has waited up to an hour to get someone to answer a call.This is unacceptable!!!!I will be getting information on wellness checks.As far as I’m concerned it is elder abuse period.

The team at The Oaks at Lebanon our second to none. The comfort my family had knowing that our father was being taken care of was priceless. we knew that he was well cared for and loved.It would be a disservice if I didnt mention the support they provide to the community as well. They are always willing to go the extra mile for everyone. Thank you Angie, Jenni, and team for making the difference in the residence and our community.

As a vendor for Oaks at Lebanon, we get a first hand look at the care and consideration the staff has for the community and the overall cleanliness of the facility. We have always had great encounters with staff and notice their compassion for the residents. The home-like feel is something you can definitely find at Oaks at Lebanon!

The Oaks at Lebanon is a wonderful loving environment. I have attended many events at The Oaks, and interacted with some of the residents and it ia a wonderful place. I would highly recommend it!

I have participated in a few events at the Oaks. The Oaks is an incredible community place where the residents seem genuinely happy to be included and enjoying their lives. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

They take great care my Oma, it is a warm and welcoming place for the elderly and visiting families.
