We are so happy with Just Like Family. Despite the on going pandemic, they have done their best to go above and beyond. Thank you for all of your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.

1 Star is to much! I can not Recommend this company for any services! they have horrible scheduling procedures not giving the client a schedule or giving their workers time to travel between locations! because of this the workers are almost never on time. My grandmother can not get my grandfather out of bed and showered in the morning. They have been inconsistently sending people when and when not scheduled. Then out of the blue Cancelled their service and left them Stranded. My Grandmother called them in the morning asking when someone is scheduled to show up, she was transferred to the owner who said your service has been terminated. that was the first time she or any of the family were notified about the cancellation of service, on a Monday morning when some one was supposed to be there already. I would say the company is more focused on the money than the actual care of people! Some of the people didnt even get their time cards signed. Meaning they would have had to forge the signature to get paid for the time they were working! So if exceptional customer service is getting hung up on repeatedly, and you like paying for people to not show up. Then this is the perfect company for you.

I want to say thank you for the care that JLF did for my father. During this time due to staff shortages in the health care industry they provided the care he needed the past six months.Thank you

Just Like Family cared for my mother in 2020. During our initial contact they laid out a care plan for my Mother. They performed an evaluation to learn what services would be needed and tailored a plan to suit her needs.My Mother was hesitant to have help at first, but JLF always made her feel comfortable and assured her that they were there to make her life easier. They helped her organize her medicine, took her for groceries, reminded her to used her cane and spent quality time getting to know her.Their attention to detail such as taking my Mother to her favorite stores and helping her keep her puzzle books organized gave me the peace of mind I needed when I could not be there to help my Mother.These are just some of the reasons I would highly recommend theJust Like Family care team!

I went to orientation. I was there for 1hr & 6 minutes. Unfortunately, it didnt work out but I was officiallyworking there. They refuse to pay me for the time I was there. It wouldnt have even been a big paycheck. This shows how stingy/ cheap these people are... I do NOT recommend working here. There are plenty of reasons to not work here!

Just Like Family is an amazing place to work. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend it as a place to work or for someone looking for exceptional care for their family.

The Just Like Family team of caregivers has been a godsend for my father. Each caregiver understands the value of compassion and empathy and this exceptional level of care and commitment has allowed my father to live at home. “Care Comes Home” is truly a fitting motto for the JLF team.

One star rating is too much. Rosa spent three years caring for my parents while stealing jewellery, silver and anything else she could get her fat hands on. Dont buy the Bonded line - thats for the companys protection - not the victims!! Beware..

This place is GREAT!! They took care of my mother excellently and proud to have used them. Thanks JLF!!!
