This place is terrible at communication. Had a family member here and could not reach her for days. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody returns calls. We are about to call the police to have them investigate. Terrible.

Called admissions to find out what the cost would be if I were to pay out of pocket and they hung up on me, wow!I heard rumors about that place but never thought they would be so unprofessional!

Everyone is friendly and its a homey environment for a business. You can talk about anything and they dont judge you. They really do care and it shows in their staff.

The atmosphere here is very comfortable. The counselors are also very easy to talk to. Many people who attended with me had legal issues as well, and this place was more then willing to work with them on their issues. This location is easy to find and has both of street parking and free parking out back. It is easy to notice from the street.

They dont ever answer. Whats the point if even having a phone? I literally called over 20 times over the past week or 2 to get something setup and it rings then says to leave a voicemail. But noooo one ever gets back to you!!!!. Very displeased with this.

My girlfriend had recently gone to the impatient ND I havent heard from here in 12 days now I call up there nobody answer smg
