Nicole was the best as Always!!! 🤗🥰😁However I think that the practice should highly recommend the gas to patients and maybe give out more educational information about it so people arent scared of it.Maybe an incentive program for the technicians like $30 a patient. We all know your making good money on it.This would bring more $ into your office, happier patients who are Much more Relaxed and Super Happy Technicians!! Win win all the way around!! 💃🕺😁Lets face it some people just really need to go into LA LA Land and chill for 30-45 mins. 🤗

Everyone at this office is very nice and helpful, they really make you feelso comfortable. The doctor is very good at explaining all the issues andthe recommendations. Top notch establishment!

Dr Jonathan Thomas was very condescending and talked down to me. I did not feel comfortable with his prognosis which appeared to be a treatment much more expensive than what he told me previously.

She’s also at Northland ofc on Fridays...Dr Thomas is also a top notch DDS/Periodontist and the leawood ofc staff always seems to go the extra step to help with scheduling.I love my Perio office!!

Zero stars, if possible.Dr. Daniel Thomass behavior was unprofessional, in my opinion. Dr. Daniel Thomas never asked for the reason I was there or took a chief complaint. Instead, he asked a multitude of non-problem related questions and went over the questionnaire I filled out. He even asked me how much money other dentists charged me for other non-related dental devices. At no point did he look in my mouth and when he told me we had to take photos I told him we are just here for a periodontal consult and photos were not necessary at this stage. He then stated that if they dont take photos then he will not proceed with the exam and I can not be his patient. We stated that was fine and my husband and I left.On our way out we were told we owed $103 for ~ 7 mins of nonsensical questions! For what? He was 45 mins late and made very little to no eye contact. Poor bedside manner, ridiculous questions, he didnt even examine my teeth/gums! In my 15 years of health care experience and my husbands 17 years as a physician we have never encountered this unprofessional approach to patient care. This was my experience, hope it is helpful.
