The two women who assisted me today were wonderful! I was here for quite a while, and they could not have been more pleasant or helpful! I actually enjoyed chatting with them both. They were equally as charming to everyone that came through the door while I was there.

I get why everyone says the lady working here is rude; however if you have everything with you and in order, she’s the perfect person for the role in my opinion. I don’t need someone who is chatty when taking a drug test. I want to get in and out quick; which is what she clearly wants too. Took less than 5mins total (I timed it)! When can you say that about any other medical office?!Bring what YOU need to have and she will get you out fast!

DRUG SCREENS ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. Review: Would give a zero if I could. Staff is incredible rude. They resent being bothered to do their jobs. Horrible. Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. There are a number of other locations nearby.

I have never been treated so badly. The receptionist/person taking sample was so rude. She didn’t greet me or the other lady, just demanded that we have our paperwork. When it was our time to go back she just yelled from the back and didn’t even come open the door and had no clue what room she was in. This lady obviously hates her job and needs to learn customer service! GO ELSEWHERE and safe yourself some negativity.

The receptionist had little kindness towards anyone that walked in. She immediately demanded paperwork and ID and then rushed me through the steps of the drug screen. She treated me like I was stupid if I didnt immediately know what to do and was texting on her phone in between each instruction she gave me. The only plus side was that it took me less than 5 minutes to do the drug screen.

Second time I’ve had to go for a drug screen for a job hiring, same experience first as my second. I still cannot believe how rude that employee is. It’s remarkable how one can talk to a client in that manner. Regardless if clients are there for probation or job hiring... no one should be treated that way. I will never go back to that location if I have to drop a drug screen again, which is probably this employees goal, as she was on Facebook with her eyes glued to her phone as she was rudely speaking to me like I was a moron.What a shame.

I went in for a finger printing, this was my first time doing finger prints so yes I was a little clueless on what/how to do so, she made it seem like I should just know. She was extremely rude and made me feel like I was stupid. She told me to let her control my fingers on the machine, which I did. Then she would constantly be rude and say I was applying pressure or messing the finger print up, when she was the one controlling my finger pressure and movement! Then half way through the computer just went crazy and shut down and she tried to blame me, like how does me putting my finger on a screen shut down a computer? No. So I had to start the whole process over with this rude lady, yay me. I was very unhappy with how long it took with her constant rude remarks and treating me like I was stupid and an inconvenience to her day. I know this is a long post, and I could go on longer about her poor customer service skills. Not to mention my appointment was at 1:00, they close 12:30-1 I assume for lunches. I’m standing outside the door while she comes in 5 mins after 1 with her bag of chips, clearly no concern about opening the office on time either. Rant over.

Signed in and saw no one for 15 minutes. Someone shows up and smells like they just got back from a smoke break. Was one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered. She asked for paperwork. I started to say I wasnt given any and she cut me off mid sentence. She just treated everyone like crap and rushes you. Must be in a hurry for her next smoke broke. Wow, terrible.

This review is based on my experience at this LabCorp location at the beginning of June 2018.I will start with what was good...One star for nothing of mine being stolen (see below), and a second star for cleanliness. It was very clean here, and I appreciate that!Despite the cleanliness, however, the rest of my experience was awful. The staff is incredibly rude, and not helpful. When I walked, I spoke to the front desk lady, and I was ignored until she demanded PAPERS AND ID, without looking up. I honestly dont know how she verified it was actually me, because she looked at my ID, but not my face (which made me anxious). She then periodically barked commands from her desk into the reception room. When she hollered your name, you were expected to go through the door and just know where to go. I had never been there before, so I asked which hall to go down. Before I could even finish asking my short question, she interrupted me and barked DOWN THE HALL, GO RIGHT.When I got back to the lab room (I was there for a urine drug screen) the lady immediately told me to put my purse up on a shelf to be left while I was in the bathroom. I understand that we cannot take anything in with us as we are using the restroom, but it was very unnerving to just leave my personal belongings unsecured in a room with unfriendly people (and other patients who could be back there too). She then gave a few other commands, and I proceeded to the restroom to collect my urine specimen.I had been in the restroom about 15 seconds when she knocked on the door and hollered You got it yet?!? Now, I know that they have to stay on schedule, and I understand that we all have bad days, but when you are trying to pee on command and are getting yelled at (and have already been yelled at) it causes a little performance anxiety!!! I had barely sat down and got started when she knocked on the door! But I acquired the specimen and survived the rest of the experience (aka got out of there as fast as possible); and nothing of mine was stolen.I believe LabCorp needs to examine their staff at this location, and possibly other locations too (if they are at all like the staff at this one). Again, I understand that we all have bad days, and that they are busy, but as a doctor who has ordered labwork for my patients, I will never use LabCorp again; I cannot subject my patients to this sort of experience.

Can you even give zero stars. The lady in the office was very rude. Acted like I should know what she needed from me. Talking to another lady in the office like she was stupid. I got into the room where she was supposed to finger print me and someone else’s info was still up on the computer. SSN, address, everything about the previous customer. The only thing good about this visit is it was quick. Called their corporate office to complain and the guy wasn’t listening to me so I had to repeat myself a hundred times. He said I would get a call back within 72 hours but I have still not recieved that call. Don’t go to the LabCorp on Nall!!!

My second time there in two weeks. The lady’s there are very rude. This isn’t the first time this encountered before moving to this location she was rude. The hiring manager needs to re-evaluate who they hire. Do to customer service is not what they have. Rude rude rude...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The receptionist was rude, short and acted like she had better things to do with her time. Based on reading other reviews, I know she didnt just have a bad day. She is just rude and unfriendly.

I went today to get finger print and a drug test, WOW. The lady there was extremely rude and she was very short when I would ask questions. Its hard to follow directions when she gives barely any direction.
