I wish I could give them a 0. I called 7 times over 1 week period with no return phone calls. I had a surgery coming up so I stop my injections till after my surgery. I was trying to contact them seeing I just paid for a month and only received 1 injection. I wanted to make sure I can start back where I left off. After no call back . I drove there and walked in and the first thing they did was ask me to pay 250 dollars. I told her I wasnt here for a shot. And if anything they owned me a couple. So I went back and talked to the main dr. Im not saying any names. I was told i could come back after my surgery. Well she lied . Again no call backs. They just want to get your 250 a month and they dont care about you as a person. Very poor service and a rip off. Im going to go to the mens clinic. Please dont waste your money.

I have had nothing but issues with the Low T center from chronically late or no shipments to billing.They refer you to use the app for everything from billing to ordering injections.I asked in office to switch to insurance and was told i would get a call. This was three weeks ago.I submitted a chat help request and ive gotten no response after 12 days.I was prescribed a sleep apena device and ir was recalled.Im self inject and have been out of meds for two weeks and im blocked from ordering more because their app is asking for self pay money when switched to insurance.Ive literally had to pester them monthly for refills.I do not recommend this establishment for new patients and im actively looking for a new low t doctor.

The doctor there is very thorough very professional does all the appropriate blood work. And is there to help you live a better healthy life she is always checking to make sure your hemoglobin is not got too high and that youre estrogen is where it should be .No other doctor takes the time or does the appropriate blood work like the low t center in leawood Kansas. She even caught an unrelated had nothing at all to do with my therapy there infection that was in my foot from me stepping on something that was sharp.No place is perfect to error is to be human and doctors are humans too they do the best job they can they give the best care they know how no one is perfect nowhere!!! but I would say low ts the closest to perfection youll find in Johnson county.

Super long wait time 30 to 45 minutes every visit. I have been to two other low t centers and never waited longer than 10 minutes.

Still has not refunded two months of over charges. Currently owe me $200. Each time I speak to billing that act upset and suprises the money has not been refunded. A+ for acting, F for following through.Update. After 8 months I finally received half of what I was owed. Unfortunately the next appointment was met with some serious disrespect and my prescription called into the wrong pharmacy. I guess asking to simply pay whats owed and do there job is to much for this company.

These people are great. Nice to me every single week. Absolutely no pain. Quick, fast, easy. Super happy on the results

I underwent 5 very expensive and ineffective months of (diluted) Testosterone Treatment Therapy (TRT) at Low-T center until I found Optimal Health and Wellness across the street.The Low-T center is more about getting your money than about you getting your health back unlike the aforementioned clinic above. The cost every week kept going up, the testosterone cypionate used is poor quality and you feel like you are on an assembly line. You are herded in along with all the others who are unaware of such great people like Mrs. Woodworth who actually cares about your wellness that uses REAL, high potency medicine from a pharmacy and not diluted, ineffective, unstandardized Testosterone from who knows where.

Very Professional staff. Very efficient with scheduling patients. You can get right into receive your treatment and be on your way.

BEWARE OF THEIR BILLING PRACTICES!I have been going to this clinic for about 8 months. The staff is very good and the treatment as been beneficial in my case.But, beware of their billing practices. They will tell you that coverage by insurance is fairly common. That may be true. But, if you want to use insurance to pay, rather than pay out of pocket, the price quote goes up significantly. If your decuctible isnt satisfied you would be paying twice as much per visit than if you just pay out of pocket. If your insurance company doesnt like this pricing, you may end up with a co-pay higher than paying out-of-pocket..I was orginally quoted an out-of-pocket price for 6 weekly visits. After several months, I was told this was now a monthly fee. Thats a 33% increase. (It also means if you miss a visit, you still pay the same amount.) I have been paying with a credit card faithfully when I visit for treatment. I have never failed to pay on time.On my last visit I was told they have a new policy that if I didnt sign up for direct withdrawal, my cost per visit was going up by 54%. My suggestion would be to shop around for alternatives, as I am doing. Start with your personal doctor. I believe when I am quoted a price it should be honored.
