Dr. Ruff is an amazing doctor. The minute he walks through the door he makes you feel comfortable and well attended to. He is extremely knowledgeable, always providing and effective solution to each new problem I manage to present! He also takes the time to make certain that every question is asked and answered. I have never felt rushed or lacking in information during an appointment.

I really appreciated that I was seen, super fast and Dr. Ky was so professional. At the same time she was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Then, the staff in the area where I purchased the products were very kind and informative as well. Would highly recommend this office.

As a retired ED physician, I am extremely impressed by Dr. Ruffs thorough and complete examination. Its easy, as a physician, to look at a persons skin. It is not easy, however, to have the expertise to know exactly what you are seeing and what to do about it. Dr. Ruff is very good.

After seeing my primary care physician for a couple of hours I was left feeling helpless and frantic about my skin condition. I’ve never been to a dermatologist, and I was intimidated. I called Friday evening, and was immediately scheduled for a Monday morning appointment. I saw Judy Ky, and all of my stress and feelings of helplessness went away. I started seeing Judy KY at US Dermatology Partners about 3 years ago for a routine full body skin cancer check. She removed a mole on my arm and it ended up coming back melanoma in situ. Judy called me herself and stayed on the phone with me for a relatively long time to first talk me down when I panicked then answering my questions. Since then Ive had to have multiple skin checks a year and Ive always had a great experience with Judy and her office. My appointments are always on time which is a big deal to me and the staff are always friendly and professional. Ive referred several friends and will continue to do so. Get your skin checks people!

My overall experience was excellent. Dr. Anne Miller was very patience and spent the time to address my questions and concerns. Nowadays, many doctors do their best to rush through their appointments for various reasons (like spend 1 hr in the wait room but only see the doctor for 5 minutes). However, my experience with Dr. Anne Miller felt like the old days when doctors took time to talk with you.

Dr. Ruff was great! He educated me about basal cell carcinomas, since they run in my family. He took time to listen and answer my questions. I appreciate his patient friendly manner!

Had a great experience at Dermatology Partners yesterday, the lady at the front desk was polite and efficient and Dr. Blake was timely, took care of what I needed quickly and answered all my questions. Best of all was Nurse Lisa, she made a dry visit fun and entertaining, she had a great wit and could roll with my sarcasm or sense of humor (not sure which); its not often that the staff can put a smile on your face during what could be a tough visit for the patient. The friendliness of all and the banter with Lisa made it as enjoyable as it could be. If I messed up her name (Im old and never wear sunscreen), she knows who I am talking about. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to Dr. Ruff at US Dermatology Partners for about 4 years now. Since Im of Celtic heritage and have had cases of melanoma in my extended family, I routinely get a skin check once a year. Dr. Ruff carefully examines every inch of my skin and scalp and removes anything that looks even remotely suspicious. He listens to my concerns and gives sound advice over issues such as thinning hair and products to help keep aging skin healthy. Dr. Ruff is a gem!

Do not go to US Dermatology Clinic or have Dr. Ann Blake as your Dr. - Your life depends on it.Dr. Blake was supposed to give me a body scan, to look for cancerous skin lesions, however she did a terrible job. She checked a few into my hair, where it parts, and she did a sloppy job everywhere else on my body.Dr. Blake has terrible bedside manner – I asked her a question about a skin condition called actinic keratosis and how she can tell the flakiness on my nose was actinic keratosis and she responded flippantly, “Because I AM THE DOCTOR.”I was appalled by her lack of professionalism and her being unkind with her tone and .I am also appalled by the mishandling of my phone calls and concerns with the US Dermatology office manager. I have placed a total of 5 phone calls into the office manager at US Dermatology office and yet have any of my calls returned.

A great visit with Dr Neubaugher. Frozen many pre cancer spots and biopsy on my ear. Got in quick and got exactly the care needed.

Dr. Blake was great. She was very kind, she listened, and she was helpfully informative. I’ve had an annoying condition I tolerated for a long time. I’ve asked three other doctors about it along the way and received various answers and sometimes treatments or suggestions, but it’s never improved and no one seemed to be worried about it very much. They all said it was probably just allergies, but I was never convinced of that. It just bugged me because I knew it wasn’t normal and had to be treatable. After describing the condition to her, it took one look and less than a minute to diagnose what it was and prescribe the proper course of treatment. This is an assumption on my part at this point since my visit was so recent, but based on what she described about the condition and after researching it online, it describes perfectly everything I’ve experienced. I only wish I had seen her sooner.

U.S. Dermatology Partners gets 5 stars from us with every visit. We have gone to Dr. Neubauer for over 10 years and trust her implicitly. Always working to keep patients from waiting too long, her staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Neubauer has diagnosed a melanoma early so it was easily and successfully treated. She has also diagnosed some basal-cell carcinomas for us. In addition to being an excellent doctor, she is incredibly pleasant and easy to converse with.

Dr Blake did a full body exam and was very detailed and spent time explaining various spots I was concerned with and if she had reason to be concerned. The office staff was efficient and my appointment was pretty much on schedule.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made an apt for 940. Showed up 10 mins early to get any paperwork done and waited and watched as several, people who came in after me go in. Finally when I asked how much longer after waiting a good 20 mins after my my apt time, I was told another 10-15 mins maybe. I told them I had to leave because I have another appointment and work to get back to. Just wow. Blows my mind.

Excellent practice! have spent a lot of years in the sun. I use this dermatology group for mole mapping and most recently went to have some clogged oil glands on my cheeks & forehead fixed They are a full-service dermatology practice.They are also paired with plastic surgeons if that is something that you want.

The doctor came in within in 5 minutes and di a thorough check of all on my skin, hair and nails. Dr. Ruff asked about any places of concern and checked those out. he froze 2 places that needed attention and di a biopsy on 1 place and will get back to me with the results.The visit was pleasant and I felt confident that Dr. Ruff and his staff were concerned about my privacy, well being and comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Ruff and his staff.
