Ken Wooten has been helping me with hearing aids, information, guidance and advice for a number of years now. I trust him completely and he has gone the extra mile to help me resolve issues I was having with new hearing aids. I highly recommend him and the company.

Grandma (91 years old) can hear thanks to Dr. Ken Wooten. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong and customize the hearing devices. I no longer have to yell at her or buy sound bars for the TVs. American Hearing has changed our lives for the better.

Kristina is awesome. I had seven questions I sent her via e-mail and she replied within two hours with detailed answers that completely answered my questions. Even though I have tinnitus I can definitely hear MUCH better and clearer with my new hearing aids than with my old ones. I opted for the non-iPhone compatible ones so control volume manually and have a background noise mitigation program that helps. Would highly recommend Kristina and AHA.

Brought my mom to Dr. Jaime Parks. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time explaining and fitting my mom with the best hearing aids for her. Her follow up care is excellent also. My husband and I had our hearing checked by her also. She did not recommend hearing aids for us at this time. When we need them, we will definitely return to Dr. Parks

They were very patient with me, and encouraged me to wear each set for a few days before making my final decision. I couldnt be happier with the level of service I received.

Dr. Parks changed my world. I was so tired of not being able to understand people around me and having to watch TV and movies with subtitles. I had no idea that my hearing was as muffled as it is. Dr. Parks was very patient helping find the right hearing devices for me. She has been meticulous in making sure their settings were just right. It has made a world of difference. I can now engage in conversations in noisy restaurants and gatherings when I used to just sit back and pretend to listen or remove myself completely. Hadnt seen Dr. Parks for about nine years and sorely needed a re-evaluation which was done promptly and with her usual good humor. I lost tract of her after she moved from her former address but the folks now occupying that office, need some serious public service training. Im just glad I found her again and my hearing is once again restored to a better,near normal, level.

I took my early teenage boys in for a FREE!!! screening, and it was so quick and easy on them, they really were inquisitive about everything afterwards because they had such a good experience.
