The one thing about Walmart that works fairly well. Nice people that work hard to get it right. There are glitches, but its that way everywhere anymore. These people try hard and care and thats not true about the other places.

I got a text that the prescription was ready for pickup. I arrived, sent my cash through (exact change) and was told “one moment “please.” Ha! 12 minutes later and I am STILL sitting here! When the pharmacist finally comes on she asked what questions I have, what the heck! I don’t have any! I understand busy but this was outrageous! 15 minutes and I’m finally through!

Bust as all get-out, but efficient and friendly

We drop off scrips after my wife’s surgery. The screen at the drive through specifically stated that the pharmacy closed at 9:00 pm. I got there 2 minutes after 7:00 pm just to find out it closed at 7:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm. Have some decency and get the hours your open correct. You would think a pharmacy of all places would do that.

Pretty helpful staff and they get ya through the line quickly enough.

Called in a refill for my script. Was told could pick up anytime after 3pm. Got here they hadnt even bothered to fill it because I needed prior authorization through my insurance. I dont have that insurance and was going to pay cash. In the 5hrs they had they couldnt bother to call to say that. So now feeling like Im dead or death would be a blessing I get to sit and wait...and wait

Been waiting here 1 hour 10min now. Been to the window 3 times a she keeps telling me to come back in 20min. At one point she asked me why i was picking up the medication, then she said they could only fill 7 days even when the prescription says 40. If i could give this place no stars it deserves that.

Long wait times usually at drive thru... recently had a dosage double, I was told by a woman that she needed to contact my insurance for approval and never heard back. Long story short, MEDICATIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT so dont forget to follow up PLEASE bc it could mean life or death for some people

Very rarely have prescriptions ready when they tell you they will be done. Always have to wait.

I was picking up a prescription for someone else. I called ahead of time and was told a prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and was told that it wasnt ready and come back in 20 minutes. Asked if they could text when it was ready. Was told no. Came back in 20 minutes. The attendant had the prescription, but told me that I needed to go to another attendant. That attendant was busy, so I waited some more. Finally got the prescription. I dont shop at Walmart anyway, but now I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT INSIDE A WALMART AGAIN. I cant believe people put up with this!

Average but neat, clean, and stocked as it should in the pharmacy area.

Not always busy but even when they are, they normally have 1 person checking out medications. Really dont understand the use of mobile checkout when they wait just as long as those waiting in line.

Said my script would be ready yesterday, I came a day later and was told 45 minutes... get it together

My husband needed an OTC to take before a surgery. He could not walk far due to pain, but could drive. Having a similar problem myself, I could not get it for him. Usually nice pharmacy employees, but the woman my husband talked to on the phone was short with him when he asked if he could use the drive thru for an OTC medicine & said why. She told him he had to come inside the store and get it, so he called Walgreens and they couldnt have been more helpful. Great service from Walgreens!!! Walmart pharmacys customer service, concern and helpfulness for ailing customers was sorely lacking in this instance.

They will go out of there way to help you. 11/28/17. I was at Walmart pharmacy drive through today to pick up my son meds. I really like the way the text when they text a message to you for picking up your meds. When then meds were ordered I was at Children Meracy Hospital when they ordered by the doctor. We was heading home and in 20 minutes got a text telling me they were ready for pick up. Again friendly staff and helpful to.

Horrible. Been using them for years and didnt think I had much choice. I am changing pharmacys immediately. They never have them done and I even got someone elses prescription in my bag. They have forgotten to fill my scripts. Never have a full supply of 2 of my meds, so I have to make a second trip to Dr for a second script. Just done with them and their horrible service!!!

They made us wait 30 minutes to tell us the prescription is out of stock.
