I had my hair cut and colored. I loved it. My issue is it is very hard to get an appointment with them. I work Monday through Friday and they apparently dont have Saturday hours since I never see any openings on Saturdays.

I told the woman that did my hair what I wanted , I tried talking to her about the dye I wanted , then she bleached in some highlights. Then She styled my hair and was done when I asked about the hair design I had asked for and why she didnt do it she said that you cant trust internet designs and thats all she could do charged 128$ for bleached highlights

Only have ever had one small issue with one hairdresser, but management quickly got back to me and put a credit on my daughters account for charging her as an adult. For the staff, talent, and atmosphere you get more than what you pay for and I am a single mom always looking for the best deal so usually Great Clips and lower end places, but once we discovered Bella we never go anywhere else. My daughter, my boyfriend, and myself all choose Bella everytime! Its a no brainer really. Even if we move and live a ways from Leavenworth I will still only choose Bella Vita for our salon. I went out of my comfort zone and tried this place for the first time today. I was so happy when I left! GREAT customer service from the staff as well as the stylist. They were so very accommodating and professional. The stylist was so easy to chat with! The services I got was a blonde balayage color and hair cut! She nailed the exact color and style I asked for. I went there expecting to spend way more than I did! The price was very reasonable! This is my new place and Im recommending this place to everyone! (My stylist was Laura)

I got my nails done a week ago by Kelsey (I believe) and they are already lifting and my hair is getting snagged underneath. Not at all satisfied for the fact it’s only a week and I normally can go every 3 weeks.

My husband and I had pedicure appointments today with June and Madison. The pedicures were amazing and relaxing. June and Madison were funny and so nice. Due to complications from a foot surgery, I have nerve damage so I was super worried about how my first pedicure would be after the surgery. Madison was amazing! She was so careful to be gentle so it wouldn’t hurt. This was our first time at Bella Vita but we will be back!

First time for a shampoo/cut. Was very happy with service with Brandi. It has taken me a long time to find a good cut with someone that listens and has ideas. I plan on being back. So far, so good.

I just recently moved to the area and heard so many great things about Bella Vita I scheduled a hair & nail appointment. The stylist did an amazing job on my color & cut and my mani & pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back & will be recommending to everyone I know.

First visit to this salon and my stylist was Brandi. I showed her several photos of the pixie cut I wanted from every angle and she cut my hair exactly like the photos. She styled it and showed me how to style it myself and what type of product to use. I love the cut and will be going back! The salon was clean, all my interactions with staff were friendly and none of the staff tried to push the sale of products on me which sometimes happens at other salons. I highly recommend! I was also able to get an appointment within a week of deciding to change my hairstyle.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time!!

This salon and spa is very clean, very organized. The employees are professional but very personable and listen to your wants and needs. They also did fantastic with my mom who can be a challenge with some of the memory issues she has. They were so sweet and kind to her. Basic pedicures were $30, and worth every penny for this style of service.

Product not worth the price. I paid around the same price as I always do for my sons hair to be completely colored. But this is the first salon that the product was bad, cheap, or maybe the stylist we picked didnt let it set long enough. His hair has faded so fast in less than a month. We color it once a yr. We normally get 3 months of a bright vibrant color. They got two stars for being able to make the appointment by text. Which is super nice. And for the decor.My son never went swimming after he had his hair colored. the stylist never even talked to me.

Just had a balayage and cut with Kaylee. It was a lovely experience and she managed to get my hair just the color and cut that I was going for, even though I can be a bit vague with my description. Another plus was she was pretty quick with the foils...I get a bit restless sitting there! Love my hair and her consultation before starting was top notch. Highly recommend!

I have very difficult hair - gray, colored, very curly. Its hard to find a salon who can even come close to understanding this hair type. But Megan is a stylist who has been at Bella Vita 9 years and has the patience of Job and takes a personal interest in taking care of my hair. Hair is a womans prized possession and signature. Not just any old salon will do. Bella Vita is the top of the line salon in every way.

Went in for my very first ever Brazilian wax. I dont have enough great things to say about my experience. Yes, moments were a bit painful, however to be expected. But Sarah was so professional and gentle (as she could be 😉). The outcome of her work was absolute Grade-A quality!! I spent the whole day bragging about it! I cant wait to go back! Now, who says that about getting a Brazilian?? Go see Sarah for your waxing needs, and youll be saying it too! Plus, every single person I saw leaving after getting their hair cut or dyed, left looking like Hollywood! Ill be getting my hair done at Bella Vita the next time also!

We have never ever found a place that will cut our childrens hair to our liking until we took them here. I went there for the first time today after someone (another beautician) destroyed my hair. What I mean by that is that my hair was cut uneven, the colors were uneven and very brassy instead of blonde. I was paired with Kate and she took on the challenge. She fixed my disaster! I was given a cut and coloring and at a decent price. To be honest, it was the BEST service Ive ever had and the best results. Ive tried many places but I have found, today, who I will be returning to every single time. Thank you ladies! Also, all of the employees were super friendly and helpful. Recommend!!

This review pertains to the massage I received from Sonya Brown. If youre looking for a great masseuse, look no further. Sonya is great! I had a medium to deep tissue massage and it was amazing. As a military man thats well traveled and had many of massages from different locations, I can honestly say that Sonya exceeded all expectations and I will be back.
