I had got prescription added to fashion glasses through a vendor. This vendor had used Devlyn Optical services to get my prescription done. Vendor did not make measurements correctly and as result my glasses did not turn out right. Devlyn Optical team redid the order for me for at no additional cost. And glasses were ready in 4 days. Awesome service, I highly recommended them. Thank you Jesse, Gilbert, Justin, Rosie and team , you guys Rock!

After the second pair of glasses prepared were worst then the first I asked for a refund. It was obvious this business did not know how to prescribe. After waiting two weeks for a refund the business said it may take a few more weeksSeriously. Stay away from this place.

I was not happy at all with my experience. I went in to get reading glasses. My vision has been fluctuating due to an aneurysm on my opthalmic artery. I wanted plastic frames so I could put them on my head. The only pair I could find with a narrow bridge were a cheaper frame. I had to insist more than 5 times it was what I wanted. My insurance would have covered more but I wanted the narrow bridge and it was the only one out of 50+ frames I tried. Got my glasses 2 weeks later and they hurt my head even worse. Dr. revised my script to take out the prisms and I went back with the revision, drop off went ok I explained my dr. wanted to keep the old lenses just in case the new ones didnt work, no problem, the pick up was a WHOLE other story. When I went to get the new lenses there were 2 newer employees in the store with no trainer. Melissa was a younger employee and when I explained I was picking up my new lenses and she opened the package from the back and said am I supposed to put these in? I looked at her dumbfounded, Um yes and I need to keep the old lenses per my doctor just in case I need the prisms She went to the back to put the lenses in. It took her quite a while she came out and said Sorry that took so long I had to use the heat thing to get them in I asked her about my old lenses she said You cant keep those its Devlyns policy I explained my anuerysm and what my drs directions were. She said I will have to call someone. So she made a phone call and then came back and with her hands on her hips said almost word for word this So not that I am calling you a liar or anything but we will have to call your dr. tomorrow to make sure what you are saying is true, we will call you after we speak to them I was astonished. She basically did just call me a liar! They did confirm the next day that they needed to hold the lenses for up to 4 weeks in case I needed them switched back out. 2 days after picking up the lenses I noticed that the lenses werent even all the way in the frames when I noticed lent was getting trapped under the lense inside the frame where the lense should be. I went back and a more seasoned worker was there but she was trying to train Melissa but said she would help me. I got about 50% of her attention and she took the glasses to the back and came out and said there they are fixed. I looked at them and said are you sure because the lenses still doesnt look all the way in. She said yes see and she pushed on the lens and I showed her that my nail would fit between the lens and the frame. She said no they are good let me clean them again. Today I used a spray cleaner on my glasses and the cleaner is now in the area the lens is supposed to be, the lens is still not in correctly, sooooooo frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work with 9 ladies who recommended this place. None of them will be going back after watching what I have gone through. I and my husband will not be back. I will be contacting corporate to find out what to do about my lens not being correct STILL

Easier purchase, better service, good products

No doctor on site. Only a tech. You do not leave with your prescription !!! You have to wait a few days!! Not a place I would recommend!!!
