The lab tech was amazing!! I came in just before closing on a Friday and he took me as a walk in. Then he got a good stick on his first try! This may not sound like a big deal, but I usually look like a pin cushion because people can’t get a vein. My hospital surgery I left with 5 IV points and ended up with a central veinous catheter. So...yeah...he’s a rock star!!

Jamal was awesome!!! I am a person who has to get their blood drawn regularly & I have never had a quicker draw than today! He was so friendly and the process was painless compared to many others I have experienced. The facility was clean and I was in and out within 5 min. I will definitely continue to use this location. Jamal was wonderful - quick and efficient and great bedside manner. I have small veins, but he had no trouble finding one and withdrawing blood efficiently, and I barely felt a thing. Definitely recommend!

Dont go here if youre a hard stick. Not only was the Phlebotomist rude to my permanently disabled partner, he gave up after 5 minutes and told us to go to Cedar Park.

Brought my 4-year-old in for doctor-ordered blood test. Could only find one mask when I left home so I thought, eh mask mandate is only for 10 years and older. Got there and after waiting 10 minutes, the dude told me he had to have a mask on to enter the building, and if we needed bloodwork done we would have to come before 11. Im a teacher so I dont usually get weekdays off. I didnt argue, I just realized this dude obviously cant/wont do his job and left for another Quest location.

They were efficient and and convienent ! And proficient , as well!
