Pharmacy staff and front counter staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

I do not understand why the pharmacy staff announces, rather loudly, which medication I am picking up. That is terrible practice. No other pharmacies, ever, have announced what medication I am picking up. What if it was Viagra? Would I want the entire staff and customers to hear this? Its no ones business. I will be reporting this as this borders on a hipaa violation.

I brought a coupon for my new medication and the lady could not figure how to apply it. Left the store to generate a new coupon for her, but she refused to take my information over the phone so that I would know that the new coupon would work before driving over from liberty hill yet again.

Rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. More concerned with gossip and complaining about how short staffed they are, rather than acknowledging customers in waiting.

“Store hours updated by business two weeks ago”I was having an allergy attack and showed up when they should’ve been open. Nope doors locked. Fudge this place. Shopping at Walgreens

If your employee is going to stand there and watch someone self check then they can get behind the register and check me out so I don’t have to wait. Every time the same guy puts me off instead of checking me out. I put the items back and left the store

The pharmacy staff always messes up with your Rx price, and all they find to tell you is: call your insurance. You go there for 5 min and you end up staying 30min. They are so slow and unfriendly on top of that. Im going to find another pharmacy.

I always shop here. Staff is always very friendly and very welcoming. They always go above and beyond my expectations and are always willing to help.

HORRIBLE experience at CVS Bagdad this morning. Husband made an appointment online (as suggested by CVS) for a couple of immunizations. He arrived early...waited ~ checked in ~ waited, and was asked again if he could be helped, yes, Ive checked in ~ Oh, ok she leaves to get the shots together. What should have taken less than 10 minutes at 8:30am ended up taking over 30 minutes. So much for making an apt online! Then....he tried to get assistance and recommendation on an over the counter product and the person at the pharmacy just sent him back to the isle he came from without providing a recommendation. Then....when he tried to check out it took over 15 minutes, there was an issue with the coupon , on and on. Not sure I would recommend making an appointment for your flu shot at this pharmacy.

Use there pharmacy here. Staff is always fast and friendly. The blonde haired pharmacist is very nice. The front register staff is always attentive as well. Clean store.

Most of the staff is rude and judgements. If I’m filling typical prescriptions like an antibiotic then they are cordial, but if it’s something like an ADHD prescription or any type of pain medication they treat me like a criminal. They do everything they can not to fill it on time, delay it, happen to be ‘out of stock’ or just flat out lie and say my insurance won’t cover it when I’ve already verified they will and already filled that same prescription with my same insurance.They’ve also made the ‘can refill by date’ longer than it’s supposed to be just to be pain. And they try and give me a different brand or manufacturer every time, which throws my body chemistry off. But why would they care? It doesn’t affect them.Their job is certainly to abide by the law and their store policies but it’s not to cast judgment on people based on what prescription they are filling or taking.They have zero knowledge of the details of people’s life. Talk about throwing stones in a glass house. I could make a dozen critical remarks about the people that work there just by looking at them, but I don’t.

A couple of the reviewers may be on to something. Whether by intent or neglect, it seems the pharmacy may not give our complete dosages. Picked up a 50ml prescription that was supposed to be administered at 6ml per day. I ran out after 7 days and a partial. The math worked out to about 44ml. I called the pharmacy and the flat refused to do anything about it except fill another prescription with another cost. There was no spillage. And this was over a simple antibiotic... I cant imagine how theyd act if you have an important and very expensive drug.

Cashier was rude only cvs near my house hate goin here I’m glad they have a self check out cause u don’t have to deal with the employees. But if there not working don’t say all machines are the same. One couldn’t be working one could be.

Waited an hour and a half only to be told they couldn’t help me. Tech problems and no one was answering for support.

I will always use this CVS for future prescriptions! The staff members here are so friendly and patient. I had to pick up a prescription the day before the Great Texas Snow Day of 2018, and the line was extremely long. The staff handled the drive thru and the inside like pros, despite the fact that it was the busiest any of them had ever seen the Pharmacy. Matthew, one of their staff members, was an amazing help to me while I figured out a dilemma I was having with my insurance company. I couldnt have asked for better service!

Very slow and very rude service

My wife and I come here when visiting nearby family. Always a very clean and tidy CVS. As far as the employees go, they obviously work hard at maintaining their work place. They are a bit on the dry side though. Not very welcoming or friendly. Not saying they are rude by any means, just dry. Which doesnt always make for a great shopping experience. Outside of that, we enjoy shopping here.

After going through phone hell trying to get my question answered, and then talking to an irritable person after I asked my question on whether or not they deliver to my mothers retirement apartments 3 blocks away, I would never do business with these people.

I have had a mixed bag of experiences at this CVS. One associate is consistently short and does not really seem to know what is going on, but most of the other employees are polite and professional. My Rxs are not always ready when I have been texted to say they are and the staff are not always communicative about insurance issues, but otherwise, I have had good experiences here.

The pharmacy staff are amazing as is James in the front of the store. Other staff, not so much.

Pharmacist was sweet. She made up for the delay in texting when your Rx is ready

Open late. Often have good prescription prices

The pharmacy techs will try to steal from you by lying about insurance coverage and change medication doses without telling the customer.

My daughter went to emergency room next morning i took her prescription its 5:00pm Im still trying to get prescription

The pharmacy has great service but product in the store is sometimes old and should have been tossed. Be sure to check any container that you pick up.

Always have to wait even if you drop off days before.Never friendly staff.Feels like its a burden on them to fill.Going elsewhere.

I tried to get a vaccine here but they could not figure out the Medicare part of it. No sense arguing.Very few people in there.If you want service go somewhere else.
