I’ve had many massages over the years and the Hand & Stone in Leander is consistently the best for the price that I have ever used. The owner, Becca, (who is my favorite massage therapist) is professional, personable and well-versed in the qbest techniques for helping me relax and feel pampered. I highly recommend Hand & Stone - especially the Leander location.

My wife went there today. While she was undressing the massage therapist knocked on the door and asked if she was ready. She said 3 times that she was not. He then cracked the door and looked in! Maybe he didnt hear her, but there was no apology! She was able to cover herself, but this made her feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! This is very unprofessional. She will be not be using your services again.

I l’ve been a member for quiet some time, I wanted to get one of my package credits transferred to a gift card for my mother in law. I emailed something on 12/16 and they told me it wouldn’t be an issue just costs $10 to transfer to a gift card. I called this location on Wednesday, 12/23 about 730 pm to ask when they closed just in case cause online it says 9pm. A man answered and said that they close at the end of the last service, I asked when that was and he said probably 8pm. I was in the area so I drove over before 8pm, upon arrival I was told by the same man that “they don’t do those there” I told him a person emailed me from the Avery location and they told me this could be done and told him what I stated above. He said again we don’t do those here I don’t know what that is. I asked if he could please call the Avery location to be sure and ask how to do if so I don’t have to drive all the way over there to get one cause they can. He unenthusiastically called over there and they told them they indeed do those and I could hear here explaining to him how to do it, he then hung up and said that they need a special form to do that but they don’t have those of his knowledge. I then hand to drive across town back where I just was when I first called at 730 pm to go to the Avery location. Not a great experience and I’ll be canceling if that’s the closest location to my house cause of this person customer service or lack there of I should say.

We love this place! Hand and Stone goes above and beyond the traditional massage experience by incorporating multiple disciplines in its approach. It offers a safe, comfortable atmosphere that helps you experience some different approaches to getting a massage. The staff is wonderfully attentive and you emerge from your session refreshed, relaxed and better balanced. Highly recommend!

I usually go to the Hutto/Pflugerville location but decided to go to this location as they accept spa wellness gift cards. Daphne did great with my facial! She’s very professional and sweet. Walked me through the entire facial. Would definitely go to this location more often if it were closer to me!

I have had a lot of massages but I received one of if not the absolute best I have ever had from Tracy. Do yourself a favor and book her. You wont regret it. Social distancing and proper face mask wear respected at this location.

Ive been a membership client of Hand and Stone in another state for about a year. I recently relocated for work and decided to check out my new local Hand and Stone. The massage was excellent and the front desk staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Membership credits are transferrable between locations, so the transition was very smooth! H&S are 3/3 for me so far, which reflects well on the brand as well as this location.

I had my first facial at this location this past weekend with Monica. I appreciated the time she spent asking me questions about my face care at home and what concerns I had about my skin. She knows her stuff and applies the different products with just the right amount of pressure. I will be back!

The hair removal services here are cheaper than European Wax Center, and not as rough as traditional wax on my skin type. Facials are amazing. Great deals and free gifts offered when booking with new esthetician to promote those services. I really like that the management supports their technicians in this way. I love that this location is locally owned. It feels like home. :)

Sandy gave me a great hot stone massage. My back was really hurting before the massage. It felt so much better that afternoon and the following day.

As a person who is in constant pain I am always very reluctant to let anyone mess with my neck and back. Hand and Stone was very professional and listened to my needs as well as offered suggestions and ways to help reduce the pain. My massage was one of the best Ive ever had. I will definitely be back.

This was hands down, the worst customer service I ever had! My Moms birthday was this week, I was trying to get her a facial or massage as part of her birthday gift. I visited there website, (which looked professional) and saw they had a gift card special for fathers day(attached picture). I called the number listed on their website, I had a couple of questions about this special and what massage / facial services they offer. I called once on Wednesday with no answer, called Friday no answer, called Monday of this week, with no answer, and I left a voicemail. Stupidly I thought they were very busy and decided to go into their location to get some questions answered and grab two $100 gift cards. When I went into the location yesterday, it was a ghost town, their was one young employee at the counter talking to his friend when I walked in. I wonder why my phone calls were not answered nor returned, this young kid was too busy talking to his friend to answer my phone calls. He hangs up the phone, and I proceeded to ask him about the fathers day deal. He replied (sir we dont offer any deals or packages). I told him its on youre website. He stared at me with no answer, or reply. I told him if you pull it up on your computer Ill show you. He again stared at me with no answer or reply staring at me awkwardly. (getting frustrated now) I firmly said, OK Ill pull it up my phone and show you. Showed him the deal on his companies website (attached picture), showing him and telling him we they had a gift card deal on their website. He AGAIN stared at me with no answer. I finally said I need to talk to a manager, he said Im the only one here, he told me Ill be right back. Thinking he was getting a manager or some answers to my questions, stupidly I waited again. He came back and told me we do have a gift card special for fathers day. I asked what about any packages (attached picture) or what massage services you offer). He replied we dont offer any packages or massage services. I shook my head, in disbelief. And proceeded to walk out, they lost my business. If you looking for great customer service, this is not the place for you. I found another spa place nearby with a totally different experience. I would recommend to call and talk to an employee before you go in. If you looking for a GREAT EXPERIENCE TRY the JON RIC SPA!!

Julie was phenomenal! Ive gotten deep tisue massages for 10+ years now and She can give out the pressure just like i need! I have huge stress knots all in my neck and shoulders and after 2 visits Julie has me feeling like butter!! Will be booking with her from now on! They did an awesome job! I tried the standard Swedish massage with medium pressure and it really helped reduce the tension in my neck/ lower back.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Was hired here back in the beginning of April in the spot and was told that I was gonna make good money yada yada blah blah. The girl that was supposed to train me left the same week I got hired and was supposed to open up the rest of my company training for me to complete and she didn’t do it. The manager is rude and cut throat and was telling me the licensed Esthetician how to do her job and didn’t even know how long Dermalogica scaling fluid is supposed to stay on a clients face. Fired me bc apparently I took too long on clients and I was up selling my packages which means more services which means more time it takes to do the service and I’m not the type that’s gonna sit there and rush and slap products on a clients face. Some of the stuff I needed to do a Dermalogica facial weren’t available. AlsoGot fired for not having enough rebooks when they were clearly rebooking my clients with another esthetician. I was even told by the manager that maybe I had a personality problem. No I was clearly sabotaged behind my back and felt disrespected. I even sold more product than the others and even witnessed the manager telling the client that she didn’t need the sunscreen that I the licensed Esthetician recommended for the client! Talk about overstepping boundaries. I knew my products I knew what the clients needed and also was the only one who knew how to wax. None of the others girls were even comfortable to wax a client. They were Not even comfortable enough to do a Brazilian. I was fired well before the 30 days. Very unprofessional, unfair, sneaky, and will do u dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone to work. Funny how u can call people out for their behavior and they try to flip it on u like you’re the problem and tell u that u have a mental problem. This is like going to Supercuts to get a great hair style. Pamela was sweet but way too gentle. I basically got a really long massage. I wanted my pores unclogged and that is not what happened. Very very disappointed.. Receptionist under educated regarding the service they provide. Will not return.

When I can get an appointment it is great but they have cancelled back to back appointments with me. When they say they can reschedule it is weeks out. If you are a working professional with only nights and weekends available it is very challenging to get an appt. I cancelled my membership and still havent gotten a call back from a manager.

I canceled my member ship last month due to being displeased with services and they keep charging my card after the fact.. My husband and I have both reached out to them.. We have been told niw for a month they would talk to the owner and contact us back with out doing so, yet have no problems with running our credit cards!!!!!!! Very poor customer service..
