Lindsey Borne helped me she was the most patient, sweetest and professional worker I have met in a long time. I felt welcomed from the moment I got there, she also answered any and all questions I had which in itself was a lot because I have never been in a position to pamper myself like this before. I was truly lucky to have found this place and even luckier to meet someone that took the time to walk me through every service. Be back soon thanks to my membership. Great price and service.

Love how CLEAN the spa is kept. Love that you get results in a quick 20-30 min spa session! Love how I can customize everything to my liking. Being able to do relaxing spa services while getting results in a short amount of time daily all while being kid free having me time is a WIN!

I went in to look around, maybe tan and the place is so clean the beds were cleaned perfectly (left my previous salon because dirty beds) and the employee Kendall was so knowledgeable about the products and the tanning process She helped me with a smile on her face the whole time great place all around! I will be going back and trying other services they offer!

My dad recently passed away and while working at the hospital battling to maintain his life and the endless amount of others, I decided to try something new for a quick “me” break. I approached the door for the first time and saw their sign posted on the door saying appointments only...I slightly opened the door to verify assuming I’d get turned away since I didn’t have one, but I was wrong...I was welcomed with the biggest smile from Kari. She went over and above making sure I was taken care of and had the most positive hardworking attitude I’ve needed to see. At the time she was a complete stranger...but having been a member for a couple months now I can say this place is more than just Planet Beach. Her girls and team are rockstars. I’ve previously worked at tanning salons and tanned at other facilities, but you can’t beat the atmosphere or the intensity of all their products,bulbs, and beds. Leaving happy and tan is a pure understatement. Thumbs up for me ☀️

After being a member for 12 years the newest owner(5 yrs) refrused to answer my calls. I was going to tan one last time since I was paid for the month of Sept. I have been on autopay for 12 years so they never missed a payment from me. Once I arrived owner refused to allow me to tan and made the excuse she was busy and could not answer phone(yet she answered phone while I was there waiting to speak with her). I had a copy of my contract that I signed in 2008 which stated that I must give 30 day notice but if my autodraft payment fell in that 30 days the spa owes the customer (me) services during that month. She refused to let me tan on my last day and tried to tell me I had to give 60 days notice. I am not one for change and should have left yrs ago but that is my fault. Owner had staff charge me extra for using certain services even though my membership had those services included. Horrible to be treated that way after all the years. Never complained when they were closed when they bought from prior owner or had to relocate they always took payment. Never complained when services were not working. Never complained when I had appointments that somehow got put on the back burner. Never complained always allowed autodraft and never missed a payment. Wow

Was a member for 2 years. Like to think I was some what valued all the girls knew me and it is family owned . I fell on hard times..not going into it but I was unable to refreeze my account and my cards where frozen. My husband had called later to cancel my account because I was unable to yet I just got a collections notice for $711. I understand maybe owing a month or 2 with some late fees but thats literally 7 months of dues.. So instead of caring where their 2 year regular went they charged me as much as possible and now messing up my credit. I had every intention of resigning my membership in the summer but how could I after that?

Absolutely AMAZING staff and services!!! I was introduced to Planet Beach by a friend who nonminated me for a complimentary spa day. Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. The services were great and this was the only location that offered the Slim Pod. I come here every other day after the gym, super convenient! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great spa to relax and detox. I was also impressed with how attentive and courteous everyone is. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff & all so friendly. Always up to date on their products and absolutely love the mystic, its the only spray tan I will do. Its my home away from home & such a nice place to go to relax :)

I absolutely love Planet Beach. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and pamper yourself this is it. Their spa services are amazing. I always look forward my appointments and seeing their smiling faces.

Great facility for lots of spa and body contouring activities! Only wish the has brand name beds like at Glo or Malibu but I love all of what they offer here! I typically spend 2 plus hours here just relaxing, sweating, tanning, and feeling new.

I love everything about Planet Beach! Kari and the staff are beyond awesome and so helpful. I am addicted to this place; it has everything I need from working out in the Hotworx (love it!) to the relaxing facial and everything in between.

I would suggest that you think twice before signing on the dotted line they will bleed you dry with no care about your bank account being overdrawn due to losing employment I decided to cancel my direct pay and had actually been paying $5 for over a year due to financial hardship and never used their services more than three times before that. I cancelled and was told that I could not stop them from deducting the payments no matter what if I would pay a full month they would then cancel it. WHY would I be able to pay 69.00 when I cant pay $5. In addition to that I purchased over $150 of their overpriced products to use while I was still employed and they suggested I leave them their for safe keeping and easy access well when I went to pick them up they had disposed of them and refuse to pay me for them. I would think that a good business Manager would try to keep customers by working with you this is not the case BE CAREFUL...

False Advertisement. Paid for a $130 package that included numerous services. After payment i was notified that several of the services required additional fees to be used even though the package ad stated clearly the services were free and all inclusive. Do not recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. The Owner, Paula, cant keep employees due to being highly unprofessional, and petty! Her machines, and system are periodically going out, which makes it highly ineffective for anyone to use the services they pay for. She will send you to voicemail, and is overall not a good business womanSTAY FAR AWAY.

The staff here is great! Always smiling and very professional. The rooms are all kept very clean. The only only issue I have is that the slimpod is broken. I have asked multiples times about the aromatherapy option and the answers is we will look into it. After 40 minutes of 178F temp a little aromatherapy helps you relax. With the exception of that one small issue I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Spray tan was awesome except for the fact there is a $10 cartridge fee and a $6 scent packet fee in addition to the cost of the spray tan itself. Melissa and Meagan are both sweethearts; HOWEVER, the two Owners, Mother/Daughter team are extremely unprofessional and very rude. My daughters purchased a gift card for me specifically for 3 spray tans. Keep in mind All spa services INCLUDING spray tan are priced exactly the same. When I called to make an appointment for my spray tan I spoke to the daughter (Keri). I told her I had a gift certificate and wanted to schedule a spray tan. She never once said to me that I couldnt use the gift card for spray tan so she has the young girl Meagan do her dirty work. Once I get there Meagan tells me that Kari had left her a note to tell me that I could not use the gift card for spray tan, that I had to use it for a spa service. Not sure why Keri didnt tell me herself that I couldnt use the gift card. I explained to Meagan that my daughters purchased 3 services for me and that I was choosing to utilize the spray tan. The co-owner (mother) jumped into the conversation telling me my gift card was only good for 3 spa services because they want people to use the spa services instead of spray tan and that spray tan was not included. I proceeded to tell her the whole purpose for the gift card they purchased was for spray tanning and she tells me it doesnt say that on the gift card. After going back and forth for about 20 minutes I tell her to give me my gift card back and that I would go to Malibu Tan for my spray tan. She holds on to the card, wont give it to me and tries to negotiate by offering one spray tan as two spa services. I asked again for my gift card and she finally says she will allow me to use the spray tan (that my daughter purchased) but that the two other remaining services have to be spa services which by the way require additional cost to you with their products. These two have no business running a salon. My advice... if you want to purchase a gift card for someone to spray tan you had better have them write SPRAY TAN on that gift card because they will not honor it.

Staff is very helpful and informative. Prices are reasonable. Great salon. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Im so very Disappointed. I went there for over a year and when I try to Cancel my membership Paula charge me during the pandemic I left messages to cancel and sent her Messages on messenger and she still charged me for 2 more months. So try not to give her your credit card number for she will take every penny she can

Watch out if you purchase a Groupon for this business! They will make up their own rules when you try to redeem it. I purchased a Groupon, and they refused to honor it. Even though it says in the fine print, May repurchase every 30 days. The last one I purchased was over 5 years ago. They refused to take responsibility, laughing and blaming it on corporate. They were completely wrong. Groupon thought so too because they gave me a credit for the amount of the purchase. (I feel like I should have received a refund but had to accept a credit because of Groupons policies.) Under new management! Whatever! The previous management was way better. At least I wanted to go back with the other management. I will NEVER go to this place again!

Okay Im not one to normally post about drama or stuff but never in my life had I had managers so disrespectful and unprofessional like Kari Keuthan and Paula from Planet Beach. To start things off both of these ladies are money hungry and will do anything to get some extra cash in there own pockets including screwing over the staff and not paying them what the deserve. Second the way you treat employees should be business professional NOT personal, Which neither of these ladies know how to do!! They constantly change the schedule to fit their needs and it ends up screwing over their employees just so they can accommodate there life when their employees have actual things to take care of. They are arrogant and immature. These ladies should not be allowed to be in business still. For you to bash your employee in a group text is so wrong, and that poor girl did not deserve that. You are mean ladies that do not care about anyone but yourself.

I purchased a groupon to try it out. I was given a tour and immediately told about their packages and if I was interested in signing up. HOLD UP! I told him I was there to check it out and see if this was something that I would be interested in. I was only able to try 2/3 of the machines. Not what I was expecting I guess. Just a bunch of machines that do all the work. You get put in a room and left to push start and hope for the best. The second I got to try the hydro massage, yet again not what I was looking for. I would take a live masseuse ANY DAY! The last time I came I had prebooked to finish all my appointments, because lets face it, I was dreading going but only trying to finish what I paid for. Again was asked by the male manager if I wanted to sign up, and I explained my reasons on why I wasnt interested (brutally honest). Then all of sudden my pre booked appointments were shuffled around for the members and he was brutally honest and told me they cater to their members first. RUDE! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER will I return or recommend anyone to go!

Ive used the tanning beds, hotworx, and massage bed, all great experiences and well maintained. Staff has always been beyond friendly....

First time to spray tan and I loved it !

Never experienced more childish, rude staff. Will also literally hang up in your face if you have questions and will let it go to voice mail to avoid talking to you again.So crazy and rude!

Terrible customer service & will bill you even after your contract is up.
