She did not show up for my appointment. AND when she issues a refund, she wrote in the notes LMT at fault for missing the appointment, though client did not try to reach out to LMT and LMT tried to accommodate the client to reschedule to a later date or the same day. Client was persistent for a refund, due to her traveling alot. This is only time LMT will issue a refund, per company policy. just be careful before pre paying!! i had to text her many times to get my refund. OF COURSE i wont reschedule if you missed an appt lol.

100% coming back again. I had pain & tension in places I didn’t even realize until after we got done and I felt so relaxed. I came in because I had this persistent pain in my shoulder/shoulder blade area and I came out with no pain. It definitely felt amazing & was different then any other massage I have gone to. Simply AMAZING! i have fibromyalgia so i have to be very careful who i go to because they can hurt me.
