I love Dr Berry but trying to get thru to them is practically impossible. I called directly, went though the hospital line. Looked up Dr Berry’s number. All was the same. Went to refill line. I really needed the front desk. Finally able to leave msg. If I can’t call them then I will have to find another Doctor

Dr. Berry is on of the best Doctors Ive even seen and believe me the list is very long especially with all the injuries I got. Ive heard negative comments around town about him but, I did not have any bad times with him or his staff just be honest and open and he will treat you right and put you on the right path

I love Dr. Berry and now he has Dr. Mychek who was my General doctor while he was training and I love both of them. I have never messed up on my pee test. I have accidentally messed up with my meds once and Dr. Berry fixed it because he knows I don’t abuse my meds. He is such a blessing because without his help I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. I at least get a few hours a day I can clean my house and do things I need to do. His staff is very friendly and I hug them all when I come in. His lady who takes care of pee test runs up and hugs me and she’s always got a smile and is sweet to everyone. His nurse practitioner is a wonderful young woman and always has great suggestions and knows a lot about meds. I had been raving about them to my aunt for years and she recently stayed in their rehab and it was one of the best I ever saw. She had a extreme back surgery and she walked out of their with not even a walker. She said She loved the care Dr. Berry and Dr. Mychek gave her while she was there. I’ve been going to Dr. Berry about three years. I don’t know how anybody couldn’t love them and give them five stars. But...they expect patients to take their drugs correctly and if you don’t he won’t mess around.

Dr. Berry is great and listens to the patients needs. The nurse staff is nice as well. The only problem I have with the clinic is difficulty speaking with anyone over the phone due to being put on hold for 20 minutes or more each time I try calling them.

Dr Berry was awesome. My issue , I went there well over a year with NEVER ONE ISSUE. Then 2 to 3 times in a roll i get admonished about my u.a. each time they claimed my body didnt contain one of the meds prescribed. Then I get a letter saying I was not to everyt come back. They said the u.a. claimed I didnt have fentnoyl in my system. Really? I mean that 25mc patch is on me 24/7 7 days a week and it was on when I was u.aI call the office to see whats going on but they wouldnt speak to me.This had been few years back but Ive ....not forgotten it. Had i been guilty Id certainly not bring it up here and now.Pretty embarrassing to have to go to another doc and tell him why your there....due to failing not one but multipul u.a.s ALL One after another. Looking back Im positive I didnt fail a one because I took and still today I take my meds. There was a gal there that didnt seem to care for me, was it her? I find that hard because Im a well liked person but its the only explanation I have. I DID NOT FAIL those u.a.sI go to another pain management doc now.Same one I went to after doc Berry. Its bee maybe 2 years now and not once had the been a issue...just as the wasnt one then. Something happened there.... and it wasnt me.I wonder how many other people got kicked out unjustly? I remember how in shock I was. Then nobody would give me a voice....A nurse said I was not taking my meds when in fact I was.Doc Berry was one of the best docs ....ive ever encountered but evidently somebody on his staff then picked and choose who he would and wouldnt see.By no means dont not select him because of what Ive said here....Im just letting you know if that nurse is still there theres chance of this happening to you too.How do you protect yourself when your doing everything correctly to start with?

Ive been going here for pain for almost 2 years. They are a godsend. The nurses bring you water, help when needed, make you laugh. Dr. Berry is very thorough, prompt & will crack jokes & go out of his way tø help you. No matter how many times you need meds changed or injections set up, they help anyway they can. Refills are the only hold up sometimes, but they have a policy tø get them sent out 3-5 days early so theres no medication lapse.

Been coming going on 11 years. Very good Dr and professional staff.
