I was in desperate need to get in to see a dentist. It’s been several years since I’ve been. My teeth are currently in terrible condition, yes, I know it’s my own fault for not going. My husband actually called and made me an appointment. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The office was kept clean. Dr. Carter was very gentle when checking my mouth. My biggest problem I went in with a was a tooth abscess but I also have a lot of tooth decay. I was in quite a bit of pain so he put me on antibiotics and naproxen. Once the swelling went down, it took some pain away. I really could have used something more for pain because it’s not only the abscess that’s hurting. I do have a root canal scheduled in the next couple weeks and hopefully I will continue to learn from my past mistakes. Overall, I recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.

I found myself desperately in need of a dentist around a year ago. I checked with my insurance online to find a covered dentist and because of high ratings I chose Dr. Carter. It took me a while to get in but it was worth the wait. I have been seeing him since then having a lot of work done and I could not be more happy. The name of the clinic says it all, GENTLE Family Dentistry with gentle being the key word. All of the office staff has been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and Gentle Family Dentistry.

Great overall dental experience. From start to finish Dr Carter and his staff gives you an amazing experience and treats you like a part of their family. They are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The modern facility is pretty great too and lend to that awesome experience. Dr Carter was fast and very skillful! He is sure to get you in and out of that chair, plus he walks you through what he does and checks in on your comfort while he is working. Overall I am really impressed with the services Ive received from Dr. Carter and his staff! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Carter is by far one of the best Dentist in Lawton. He is absolutely patient and gentle with overgrown babies, like myself. Today, I had to get a filling in one of my front teeth. The numbing process was so easy and gentle it didn’t hurt at all!!! Dr. Carter’s work is superior, second to none. His office staff is professional and courteous and makes me feel comfortable and informed from the start to finish of each appointment. If you hate or dread the dentist, I highly recommend giving Dr. Carter a try. I always leave happy and pain free!

I cant express enough gratitude to Dr. Carter for working with the CCHC voucher program to help people in my situation get the dental care they need. Dr. Carter is so patient and gentle. Like many people, I have insecurities about my teeth and fear of the dentist. I havent had dental insurance in years either. The staff is really friendly and comforting to uneasy patients. Ive extremely happy with the work Dr. Carter did. It looks great!

Dr. Carter is probably the best dentist you can go to in Lawton. I just had to get 3 fillings and I didn’t feel any of it, I didn’t even feel the shot in my gum. He is extremely good at what he does and he’s a super nice guy and the staff is extremely nice as well! I highly recommend this dentist!

My daughter has special needs and everyone there was sweet, kind and patient. Everyone was very encouraging during the procedure telling her that she was doing great! The nurses were knowledgeable explaining the procedures and what comes next. The front desk was very helpful.

I highly recommend this office. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are in the best most capable hands. I honestly feel like I am with family when I am there. Dr Carter is accommodating and patient and his staff is the same. The girls are so fun and considerate, I never feel uncomfortable and I have had many years of being afraid of the dentist . I highly recommend this office to everyone . I absolutely love them.

Went in to have two teeth extracted pulled one then starts the other only to break it to where I have root tips and then tells me I need an oral surgeon to remove it cause the roots are crooked ...or since I didnt have insurance I could possibly go to okc to the dental school and have the student take it out if I could get in and then proceeds to hand me a number for the place yall who does that..he was gonna send me home with root tips and live nerves still in my mouth yall ...pluse he broke two other of my teeth that went broke to begin with ....but am thankfull to the dental assistant who called a local oral surgeon who was willing to work with me...i will not be back to this place.

The dentist Mr. Reggie Cooley, gave poor customer service. Please be advised to go to a different dentist for your care. A procedure was done to my family member without adequate medical attention that resulted in going to the emergency room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
