My husband and I went in for an appointment and as we walked in it took 5 minutes for the receptionists to acknowledge us. The receptionist ignored us as she hung up the phone to make another phone call and still didn’t acknowledge They sent us back and forth to different areas to figure out our appointment situation. The second receptionist was also rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They are unorganized, distasteful and rude.

I had an appointment at 2:30pm. I was the last person served in the waiting room after people who had gotten there later and were scheduled at 3:30pm. I was the only black person there. They entered my number and address incorrectly and I dont see how because I wrote down the correct ones. They wouldve sent my medical card to the wrong address had I not noticed and said something.

I received good care! I hadn’t been told I had any issues last appt 4 years ago. But at this appointment I learned I will need hearing assistance and have since last appointment! Need to make another appointment!

The receptioould be little bit more friendly. More welcoming . She is a little dry. But other then that. My doctor was amazing and had a great sense of humor and Dr. S.

I was tested almost 4 years ago at this clinic. All the nurses and staff have been very professional and caring. I see Brenda Swain, nurse practitioner, and she is amazing. Love her.

You can’t go wrong with this company. I’ve been 2x now and the treated me very well. Everyone is super nice, got right in.

What can I say? Ive had nothing but major issues and stress regarding my tonsils for nine years and never was taken seriously because my strep tests are always negative despite my tonsils always having white patches, cyst, and stones. Today I had my first visit with NP Swain, and her and Dr. Kaiser, and Dr. Snell made a plan to make my life much more pleasant. Im extremely thankful especially to NP Swain offering compassion and a very educated opinion on my health issues. Thank you ENT of Oklahoma for helping me.

Front office staff is always welcoming and I never have an issue scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. Dr. Snell and his staff are extremely professional and always answers my questions. Thank you for everything your clinic is doing.

Was a waste of my time.... Dr. didn’t even introduce himself but wants to put my 9 month old son to sleep for no reason. Nurses were not helping at all juggling a cranky 9 month old and a bag and they just sit and watch. Spent more time filling paper work out and waiting for the Dr to give me 5 mins of his time and made me feel like we were wasting his time. Will not be going back and will not be letting these people put my son out for a Lip tie that they couldn’t give me a reason why they didn’t think it would help anything getting it fixed. Over all not impressed what’s so ever!

The receptionists were not all that friendly, but from the moment I walked back with the nurse it all went downhill. Horrible bedside manners from the PA, and the nurse was simply rude. Between the two they lacked personality, no sense of patient care, and as a medical worker myself, I simply did not feel like neither of them enjoyed what they do.

Love these guys! My PCP tried to get me to use the Memorial ent guy, after 2 visits I went back to these guys for ear vacuuming!!

I have been a patient of Dr, Snell previously, emergent, and was highly impressed with not only his but the staff he employs professionalism. Being in the medical field myself, I have a set of standards that I have set for myself and my family that I would want any provider to not only meet but exceed. Dr. Snell, his PA, Mr Torres, and the complete staff at this facility not only met those but set a whole new standard for me. I would not choose to see a different ENT no matter the distance I have to travel to remain a patient.

Dr. Kaiser is the worst. No help, rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Snell is a patient and caring physician, and he has given me and my wife great care. His staff have been caring, friendly, and helpful. We drive 210 miles one way for care because they are the best!

Dr Snell and the entire staff are excellent beyond messure!! Dr Snell is caring and listens to all concerns! I actually fly from another state just to see him because I know he will carefully consider my symptoms and give me a correct diagnosis. Dr Snell is also an exceptional surgeon and has operated on most of my families sinuses. I breath better and have complete trust in his skills! I appreciate Dr Snell and the entire staff so much!!

Recommendation: Send a text once the medication has been ordered or put into the pharmacy.I liked when the technician was not sure about something she got a second opinion from one of the more experienced members of the team.Excellent appointment. Staff very professional and friendly.

Great staff, auditory (young man, can not recall name) and Ms.Swain have been great. Wait times can run long every once in a while, but not too often. To be expected sometimes. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Snell is great and so is the allergy department. The front office staff is rude.

My husband and I have used Dr Snell for 20 years. My husband has to use a CP machine at night. Hes very happy with his ability to sleep peaceful. Ive had a problem with my right ear it was holding fluid. He used a small tube implanted in that ear but it would come out and had to be redone. After several years doing this, he suggested we try just letting it alone. Hes been very good to both of us. We hope he doesnt retire.

Ive been taking to my son to the doctors since August. I kept being told he was fine. Maybe an ear infection with another antibiotic, but no solutions why hes sick constantly for months. Yesterday the nurse and doctor both listened to everything I said. They heard all of my concerns about his condition. Finally, after all this time, I was told my son was a very sick boy. They gave me a plan of action to get him taken care of as quickly as possible. I was almost in tears that someone finally heard me and acknowledged that things were not okay. I will forever be greatful for such amazing care.

I really like this place! From reception to the doctor, I feel like they care! They have always been nice and answered my questions about my 3 year old. She is not the mist cooperap, but, they treat her well and I haven’t had any more war problems thus far!

If I could give them a zero I would. Very rude staff as well as a snobby receptionist. Apparantly its a normal procedure to mix medicine when the patient is not present then try to charge them for it. The only positive I have to say about this place is that the voided the charge, but not without legal threats. Im a pharmacist technician, I am shocked that they would mix medicine before a patient arrives Im pretty sure that breaks some rules. Then they also told me what my exact words where about what medication I wanted as if they recorded me saying something 2 months ago, please lady. So freaking rude, I said I was unsure about the medication I would use for my child because a shot is covered by tricare the other was not. I dont need that kind of practice in my childs life we will find a more professional ENT.

What a wonderful, efficient, and caring staff! Dr. Snell really listens to his patients (even when they are 4 years old) and so does his staff, a quality that is seriously lacking in modern healthcare. This office is a cut above the rest and a pleasure from reception to checkout.

I just had a tonsillectomy. I dont mind the pain. It is better than being afraid to drink or eat because of the choking. Thank you Dr. Kaiser and your team. You listened to me. Years of suffering is no more. All the strep throats, sore throats and waking up hoarse and sounding like a man is no more. Thank you once again. Im so happy I could cry.

I actually went here for Ideal Protein Weight Loss, so I have no experience with the ENT side of it. Marguerite is the one who talks with me and weighs me in. She is awesome!! I look forward to going to see her each week!

I was having some pretty strange symptoms for two years. My doctor finally sent me to an ENT. They were friendly enough, but diagnosed me with TMJ after just giving me a quick look over. Told me to get a massage therapist. However, over the course of a few days I lost my voice and could barely talk. I went to another ENT who placed a scope in my nose and throat. I was diagnosed with something way different and was placed on medication. My esophagus was pretty swollen, as well as the area around my voice box. I do give them a little credit, I do have a bit of TMJ. I am glad I went with my gut instinct and asked for a second opinion. I was not far from complications and it could take up to nine months to heal.

When I first came to ENT of Oklahoma, my sinuses and allergies were aweful. After surgery, allergy shots and my allergy medication, I’m no longer allergic to Oklahoma. LOL. The staff has always been courteous and helpful to me. Denny is great at what he does! The ladies providing allergy shots are always smiling and engaging. I love their customer service!

The doctor is really nice. The staff are all nice.

Staff is friendly. I am especially grateful the B. Swain, NP saved me an unnecessary trip to Duncan. Shes the best.

Dr. Snell has been my ENT doctor since 96, treating my severe sinusitis, slew of allergies, complications from numerous broken noses (required four surgeries and/or procedures), and helping deal with awful migraine headaches. For the past 20+ years, Ive been very pleased with Dr. Snell and his staffs medical attention, treatment and care. Though typically always busy, the ENT staff still attempts to respond reasonably quick to patient voicemails, inquiries and requests. Dr. Snell has a great bedside manner, is quick witted and humorous, hes a Harvard Medical School graduate (obviously) which certainly works for me. Hes no doubt, the best ENT doc Ive ever had in my 50+ years fighting my severe sinusitis, allergies, headaches, etc. I would not even hesitate to recommend Dr. Snell and staff to anyone requiring his unique medical skills and specialties.
