I was taken back within five minutes of my arrival. I was treated kindly and respectfully. I saw three different staff members. No one was in a hurry to push me through. Everything was explained to me in great detail by everyone I worked with. I am excited about my next steps towards LASIK with Woolfson!

The office works like a well oiled watch. Every gear works and wait times are short, with each tech moving you along in the examination process. Dr. Brody and the staff at Woolfson Eye Institute on Riverside Parkway, Lawrenceville Ga. are all extremely helpful and very professional. I would give Dr. Brody a score if 10 if possible. Would recommend without hesitation Woolfson Eye Institute and Dr. Brody.

Highly recommended by my optometrist for cataracts. Comfortable waiting area and friendly professional staff. Thorough examination required a couple of hours. Meeting with the surgeon was not rushed and all my questions were answered. Surgery scheduled but not done yet.

Dr. Brody explained the procedures to me so I could understand, his anesthesiologist explained what to expect from him, and the safety and security met my expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasing. I would recommend Dr.Brody and this surgery center to others. I will return for eye checkups each year, and if I need eye surgery again, to Dr. Brody.

Dr. Leff and his staff are the best! Friendly, professional and courteous as well as efficient. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room, as they stick closely to the appointment schedule instead of running behind. Dr. Leff always takes the time to listen and explain and it feels like visiting with an old friend. Really knows his stuff too!

The Woolfson staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and they have state of the art medical equipment. Ive been seeing Dr. Salmenson every six months since 2016 to monitor what could potentially be Glaucoma. Hes a very conservative provider and is good at explaining what and why hes doing what hes doing.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Leff’s at Woolfson for years and never had a bad experience! You must have total trust to let someone stick a needle in your eye! The entire staff is super nice, doing everything possible to calm your nerves.

Dr. Woolfson and his team at the Woolfson Eye Institute were amazing from start to finish. Very responsive from a scheduling standpoint and the day of surgery was as smooth and painless as I could have hoped for. If you are looking into LASIK eye surgery I couldn’t recommend this team enough!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Salmenson and all staff members especially Jennifer were a pleasure to deal with. My cataracts were extremely bad and hard, but Dr. Salmenson removed it. Very grateful for his talent and expertise.

This is my second time having Doctor Brody doing my eye surgery, the staff treated me so kind, explaining everything that will be done and I being senior citizen with disabilities was no problem with them they were able to tell me things that I should do after the surgery I would recommend Doctor Brody and his staff to everyone thank you to everyone at this facility.

I just received a bill of $130.00 when they said it was a free consultation. I specifically asked because I’m in over my head with medical debt from Scottish rite. $130 may not seem like much to them but to me it’s a lot when I’m constantly paying other medical debt beyond my control. I was going to see if he could correct my issue and made that clear when I booked the appointment. That ruined my trust in this clinic and I will not be having surgery with them.

A trusted resource for your vision needs!

First I need to say that the staff and Dr. Day are wonderful! However, they NEVER run on schedule! I had an 8:30 am appointment and wasnt taken in back until 8:50. I was passed around for several different tests (billable hours need to be maximized!) and didnt leave the office until 10:10. During that time I spent a maximum of 20-25 min with an actual person and most of my time was spent waiting. I saw Dr. Day for a total of 5 min tops! This is a scheduling factory. They stack appointments and dont run on time. This has been a consistent problem since my first appointment and I will not be going back.

Went to Woolfson for Lasik surgery. It has been one week since my procedure and I have never seen better. The staff is fantastic. From the initial consultation to the day of the surgery, everyone was nice, supportive, and informative. Dr. Woolfson takes the time to explain the procedure in detail and is extremely personal. He answered every question and even responded to my questions after hours. If I could give them 1 million stars I would. If you are thinking about having better eye sight, there is no better place that Woolfson Eye Institute. Thank you for my glasses free life!!

If you want to go somewhere where you feel comfortable with professional staff, woolfson eye institute is the place to go. My doctor took the time to explain the procedure and he answered all my questions in an honest way.

Everyone at this office is very friendly. The doctors are kind and explain everything to you in laymen terms so you understand what is going on. I went in for a Lasik consultation and this facility was my third consultation. I was turned down by another and accepted by one other; but none of the other facilities gave me a breakdown of what was going on with my eyes. I’d definitely recommend them for their experience and care!

Never on time. 7:40 appointment, its 9:00 and still waiting. Third time this happens. Complete disregard for patient time. Very unprofessional. Once the doctor finally shoes up, rushes you out.

I cant believe how easy it is to get perfect vision! I was approved at my first appointment and two weeks later I went into my Lasik appointment to have the procedure done. I would say having lasik is about as difficult as having your teeth cleaned, but it takes less time. 10/10 would use again.

Why Did I Wait SO-OOOO Long.?The entire staff and Dr Jason S. Brody handled everything VERY warmly and professionally, ... including me. What I perceived to possibly be a painful experience, turned out to be a short-lived, minor inconvenience.I now have 20-20 vision in both eyes and aced my GA drivers license vision test. There is no requirement for glasses anymore, ... to drive at 75 years of age.! Everything is brighter, clearer, ... and the COLORS..!Now, anytime I hear someone speak about THEIR cataracts (or vision problems), I tell them about MY story / Dr Brody / and the Woolfson Eye Institute.Robert A. Dr. Woolfson is amazing. I was heading back to school in a week and didnt think I would be able to schedule my LASIK appointment before then, but he was able to schedule me for the day after my consultation. They made several accomodations so I could get one of the final necessary tests done in time for my surgery. Even moreso, Dr. Woolfson gave us his personal number and called the day after the surgery to see how I was doing. They even sent a handwritten thank-you letter in the mail. Its obvious they care very deeply about their patients and the surgery went off without a hitch. Dr. Woolfson definitely knows what hes doing and they do everything they can to make sure you feel as prepared and comfortable as possible. The fee for LASIK includes several consultation visits throughout the next year and they found a doctor for me near my school, so I wouldnt have to come home. They paid the doctor and scheduled the appointment so I didnt have to. 100% would reccommend this place to anyone considering LASIK.
