I was a walk-in and, as the waiting room was full, as was the parking lot, I knew I might be there for 3-4 hours, however, my wait time was only an hour much to my pleasant surprise. The staff was very professional and friendly and the facility was clean including the bathroom. If I had an issue with my own primary care doctor and staff, I would definitely use Reagan Medical for my medical needs, but will definitely use them again if I am in need of emergency care.

The PA, Paul, was very relatable and answered all my teenage son questions with ease.Wait time was reasonable.Triage was efficient.I would consider visiting again, should the need arise.

This is the best place to go for urgent care, scans, as well as regular check ups. Ms. Sherry was so nice and professional and made you feel like family. Mekole is by far the best at what she does. Ive had problem with people drawing blood and its second nature to her. She makes you feel comfortable and before you even know it its over. I recommend this place to anyone that cares about their health. Dr Johnson and Sean Garcia are excellent at what they do. Keep up the good work

Registered in the morning for Covid Testing. Arrived on time and was advised to register. 😒After 45 mins the test was finally administered. Expected a quicker process since this was not a walk-in. Assumed that the front office didn’t perform their duties in a timely manner to ensure that staff had what they needed to test.

The staff is very professional and all the Doctors I have seen in the last three years have given me great medical help in all areas I can get fiscal and pap smear and blood work and mammogram and wound clinic was excellent . Dr Denise and Dr Stephanie were great treatment of pitt bull wounds not getting infected. Regan Medical is a five star staff of great doctors nurses and staff. I highly recommend that great group of kind and carving people. I am trulyblessed to have as my doctors.

On thing Regan Medical can really improve on is being more punctual with the appointment. The wait is always tooooooo long. And also the receptionist are not very professional and not friendly at all!! The need more training, please!!!

I made and scheduled my appointment at 1030.am at Lawrencville Suwannee location. At 1110 am individual walked in to see doctor. When I asked receptionist why individual walked before me she told me that individual had his appointment. My argument : if I make appointment at 1030 am and I forAny reason walked in 30 minutes later then my appointment should be rescheduled and then rest patient should not penalize for that behavior. I am waiting here now for an hour , individual walksIn after his appointment and still get received by a doctor is ridiculous. No management at all. No plans and no strategic planing. Receptions supervisor making his own rules. Don’t come here. This is worst place I have ever seen. There is so many places in Lawrencville where some rules exist. Unprofessional and poor ! Look how many patients waiting for an hours at this location. Please chose different place or location.

Small and Great place for medical care. Very efficient Doctors and Nurses infact all staff are disciplined with respect. Dr Paul Becks and many few I came across were awesome is their time to understand their patients.Reagan Medical Center its a home to visit in distress especially when you are confronted with illness. Service is horrible!! This is the second time I scheduled an appointment and it did not reflect in the system. No empathy or apology for the inconvenience but instead I get attitude from the front desk receptionist. They always have an attitude and there is never any accountability on their behalf. I love Dr Gould and Garcia but the front desk is the reason I will be leaving. Their service is horrible and no empathy or accountability. Just excuses and attitude. I wish you the best Reagan medical but until you start recruiting better front office staff and training them appropriately you will lose good customers.

I like the doctor I have, he cares about his patients and thats the only reason Im not giving a 1 star. I cannot stand your billing department. I was seen back in August, and never received a statement. I received an email notification from you guys a couple of weeks ago saying I had a statement available so I went to the mobile app and it is nowhere to be found. I called your billing department and left a voicemail stating the situation, and the recording said I would receive a call back within 2 business days. I never did receive a call... On Monday, I finally received a statement from you guys but it said that my account was now past due and that payment was due upon receipt. I tried calling yesterday and today and was immediately sent to a hold queue saying that I was the next in line. The hold music played a couple of minutes then I was automatically transferred to your scheduling department who couldnt help me. That individual transferred me a few times to the billing department. One of the times the phone rung a couple of times and then I was given the mailbox, another time it rang and disconnected. A different time, when I was finally able to get someone (unknown if she was in the billing department because she didnt say) I explained the situation and said I needed to make a payment and was again put on hold with the rep never returning.

Well I was took my friend to get his vaccine and after talking to the nurse , Sherri , she explained to me all the details. She was so sweet and professional that it convinced me to get my shot also. We’re both doing fine and my shot actually opened me up and and I’m feeling really great for three days now. I’m glad I went Regan Medical Center it changed me mindset about the vaccine and I’m on the way to being fully vaccinated

This was my first visit there. The people up front could probably be nicer which is why Im only giving a 4 star review. It took a while to be seen in the parking lot with slap full. They were on lockdown when I arrived due to a gun being pulled on someone in the parking lot. So it took a while to be seen but it wasnt terrible. The x-ray technician was really nice. So overall I guess it was a decent visit considering the circumstances for that day.

This facility was referred by my mom’s orthopedic doctor for mri’s on both knees. We asked that her gastrointestinal dr send the referral for her cat scan so we could get it all accomplished at the same place… Reagan Medical treated my 85 year old mom with compassion and empathy and were extremely accommodating. Very very happy with the service and all testing was completed quickly, no long waiting. Worth the 5 stars ⭐️

I (unfortunately) was directly exposed to someone who had Covid and was unaware for several days after the encounter. Reagan Medical was amazing to get me in the same day for a rapid test. They came out to the car, did the swab, and it was only a short time later that my results were in. So thankful for these sweet people and their great “bedside” manner. Definitely will be a patient as long as I’m living close by!

I saw the doctor on Sunday, September 5 because l couldnt wait to make an appointment after the holiday with my primary care doctor. The young lady asked me questions, she was very pleasant, kind, funny and sincere. As l was about to sit down,l was called. As l went through to the back, l had my vitals taken and then had to wait. Within minutes I had seen the doctor. The doctor was very pleasant, he listened carefully to what l had to say and he in turn, carefully described my diagnosis and quickly sent my prescription to my pharmacist.While l was getting ready to leave, there was a lady who demanded to have a Covid-19 vaccination and couldnt because the office had closed. The staff handled the situation very well. They remained professional throughout the time she was rude to them.Would l go there again? Absolutely!

Not only was the staff nice but facility was super clean. They were fast and showed how they really cared for their patients. Nice to not be another face and $$$ but to really be seen. Great job!

I haven’t write reviews before but after this awesome, awesome experience i took the time out to actually write one::I went into the Reagan medical center on five forks to see a doctor and boy I was absolutely blown away by the way I was greeted, when it was time for me to checkout I couldn’t believe the service could get any better the lady at the desk who I saw last she was super super nice!!!! Her name is CAROLE RAMSAY i felt healed walking out.

Reagan Medical was able to provide short notice appointment and was very supportive during the process. The main support person called back and walked though the process with us. It was a intense day for our family and the care and service Reagan provided was great. Will return for the follow up.

Michael Johnson is the best! I have been seeing him for the past couple of years and he is always concerned about what is best for the patient. Reagan Medical used to frustrate me with the long wait time, but this is so much better now - even with Covid-19 staying around. Their staff is friendly and takes good care of you, too. I am happy to have a medical provider that is close to home and tries their best to get you scheduled in a timely manner.

I went for a rapid covid test. I was scheduled for 6:30. Got my text at 7:20 to fill out the form which was very extensive and difficult on a phone (small). That took 15 minutes. They called me to 7:35 to come to tent area. Very quick after that.

Came for COVID testing. Appointment process was easy. Testing was very well done by the nurse. Received test report promptly. There was a wait but the sign up had warned to be patient. Professional friendly service.

I needed a COVID test done. Was able to schedule online for same day testing. Process was quick and easy. Able to get in/out quickly. Results back in 15 minutes and they even called me later to confirm results. Quick and efficient.

Drove in, registered and was out in about 25 minutes. They have great customer service! I would recommend to anyone needing fast service for on-site COVID exams. Now Im relieved and can get moving along.

My PCP is here and I also go for urgent care visits. I’ve only ever been treated with respect and dignity and care. If the doctor is running late with other patients, those up front keep me informed about how long it should be. I wouldn’t choose a different PCP. George Rafeedie is the absolute best! As is Reagan medical!

Every one was really helpful and polite at the front desk. Especially the woman who set the appointment. She was sitting by the check out window when you leave to go out. She was very inviting, warm welcoming and asked the right questions. Honestly the whole experience was amazing including my nurse Sam. I have been a pt of Dr Rafeedie for many years! I live in Hamilton Mill but drive to Five Forks as I will not see anyone else! Jacob & Marcos are the best! After my neurosurgeon did my neck surgery, Dr. Rafeedie & Marcos checked on me every day if not every other day. I would have been in pretty bad shape if it werent for their calls! I have been a practice administrator for a long time so my standards & expectations in care are very high.. sometimes I can be hard to please but I love this office! Calling in is another experience but hopefully theyre working on that!

The wait was long because the staff was very busy. But the care and service was worth it. Complete attention to my needs was what I wanted and received. I have been affiliated with RMC for over 15 years and I will stay with them.

My mom went in not too long ago and Emily was called in to translate, because my mom doesn’t speak english very well. Emily helped her through the process & translated thoroughly to help my mom understand what the doctor was saying. My mom was really grateful for her!

Our daughter needed a COVID test. We could not find an appointment anywhere. Someone suggested Reagan Medical Center. They had same-day appointments available. When we arrived, we texted them. They took all our information electronically, had us park in a designated parking spot, and then they came out and administered the test. The tech did a great job working with our 8 year old, autistic daughter. They delivered her test results quickly, and then someone inside the clinic called to make sure I got a paper copy of the results and to answer any questions I might have. They also advised me of some things I could do to increase her immune system. It was a great experience!

The medical staff was on point I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Even though the parking lot looks full give them a try theyre fast and efficient. Thanks Reagan Medical. The urgent care thats still an urgent care and sees you as a walk in.

I had been prescribed a medication for a UTI& had a violentReaction. To it. I notified my Dr. @ 7:30 AM when I had not heard back by 4 PM I went to Regan Medical to get a replacement medication.They were great & efficient. Did a urinalysis & prescribedA new medication. After 2 doses I am feeling much better.

This facility is wonderful. The staff is very helpful & the doctors take the time to really listen. I highly recommend.

Be careful if you get Denise Stemp NP. She will tell your child the have to get checked out for cancer. Claims she is good at spotting it. She is not a cancer specialist. I have worked around Medical professionals for 30 years and never were they that direct on a symptoms to patients. They also were not that specific first observation. This especially not knowing any patient backgrounds. She panicked a child and did not discuss it wit the parent. There is No telling how many families Denise Stemp panicked. Recommend another medical professional.

This has to be the WORST experience Ive ever had with urgent care. I had to call 50 times today to get a doctor on the phone to explain my MRI results and I still never received a phone call from a doctor or a nurse. I had to go up there myself to go pick up the results and still no one came out to explain them to me. I paid 75 dollars to be seen by a doctor who did absolutely nothing and walked in the room still chewing on his lunch. He told me that Ill most likely need an MRI. I said ok and made the appointment for the next morning. Which I paid 400 for . I feel like my 475 went down the drain. Also when I kept calling the representative told me that regardless we cant help you any further you should just make an appointment with an orthopedic like what ? I paid 400 for those results why wouldnt I want them ? or have to go somewhere to pay to get itdone again. I had to google my results to figure out what they mean. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Reagan turned out to be one of the few options in my area for weekend Covid testing. It took a while to locate them because they dont show up on most of the Google cited testing locations. That said, it was a positive solution that yielded a negative test result.

I was exposed to Covid so I went online to schedule a rapid test. The process was easy. Upon arriving at the facility I checked in by texting. A short time later a nurse called to instruct me where to park. She came out and swabbed my nose and in no time was back with the results which thankfully was negative.

My appointment was at 4pm. I went for a simple blood test and prescription refill. I was not seen by anyone for 2.5 hours. I had to leave the room to find someone and ask how long did i seriously have to wait. Someone finally came to take blood but was never even seen by the doctor. Had to ask the checkout lady to send my prescriptions over so i could freaking leave. Appointment at 4pm i left at 730. Absolutely ridiculous. Will probably never go back again.

They have always been very thorough, and the doctors I have seen are very nice. They seem to really care and want to help, and I appreciate that.

I do like the doctors and nurses at this place. I dont really like the assembly line method of health care, though. I dont like repeating my health history every time I visit. I cant complain about the quality of care, it just takes so long to explain every time, its exhausting.I know they see hundreds of patients and cant remember everything, but Im talking basic stuff, like remembering that Ive had a gastric bypass. Ive lost over a 100 pounds since Ive started going there, youd think they would notice.

I came in to get Covid tested near closing time. They were so sweet and allowed me to do so in a timely manner. They also helped calm down my nerves and were really reassuring. My test came back negative ! Please be safe y’all

Worst “urgent” care I’ve ever gone to. Made me wait in my car 3 hours before they checked me in after i had an appointment. There excuse was the front desk forgot to check me in. Mind you i went in to remind them i was there and they were texted to the process they provided multiple times.

Dr. George did an excellent job, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and made my son feel very comfortable during the examination.

Registration was easy. Staff is very friendly! I was in and out within 1hr 30 min. Lastly they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Overall my experience was A1! Keep up the good work!

I just recently went to Reagan medical for a Covid Test and the person working the front desk I believe her name was Emily. She helped me out tremendously through every step of the way from down to filling out any paperwork needed and even when I was lost she had helped guide me to the location I need to park my car and get ready for my screening. Great Customer service skills and very kind person. Definitely will return!!

Very professional courteous and quick. I like how I was able to be handled like Urgent Care but not billed like it. Only and I mean only thing negative I’d have to say is that their web site when checking if they take my insurance it was not listed. I would have gladly brought my daughter here a couple of months ago but when she checked she did not say they excepted my insurance. Where it list the insurances they do take iT does say to call the number to confirm and had we done that then we would’ve known that they do take it. It appears the website does not have enough room to list all the insurance names. So while it’s a negative it can be overlooked as they actually had it covered.

They were very friendly and prompt. I might have only been there for around an hour at the most. Not too bad for a walk-in visit.

I can’ say enough about Dr. George Rafeedie. He is an awesome doctor. He is straight forward and very thorough. It can be a little difficult to get records or a referral but again Dr. Rafeedie makes it all worth it.

After being a patient Dr.Hirshenbaum for nearly thirty years yes30 years Id never go any other Dr but him. He listens and takes what I say to heart (lol) and he knows what he is doing. Theres no one I trust more than him.

Dr. Stemp was patient, kind, and blunt, three traits that I value above all others. My triage was non invasive and quick. My initial contact was also quick and I appreciate everyone I had contact with. Thank you all for helping me feel confident in my ability to properly manage my constant finger cuts (because I’m extremely clumsy and bleed a Lot).

I went for an emergency situation. I was anxious and quite upset. The nurse (Carrie) was so patient with me and spoke with such a kind tone to meThen the doctor (Dr. Beck)was AMAZING so much so I think Im going to make him my primary doctor . The lady at the checkout was really nice as well as the ladies that checked me in.AMAZING

The doctor was great, but the receptionist was rude and the office was very disorganized. I had a 10:30 appointment and the receptionist argued that I didnt as someone else in the office was calling me on my cell phone about my appointment. I finally got to see the doctor 1 hour later. They also had too many people in the waiting area, all seats were full except 2. They also had patients waiting in their cars.. was not impressed

The imaging department is great and explain procedure every step of the way. Mekole is excellent in lab. The x-ray tech was very helpful when I needed x-rays for my accident. This place is just hands down the best experience Ive had and everyone seems to enjoy their job. Dont sleep on Reagan Medical on five forks trickum Rd. This is a one stop shop for physicals, any imaging needs, COVID-19 testing. Ask for Ms Sherry to get yourself vaccinated and protected from this crazy virus out here.

What a waste of time & money. They are quick to take your money but not help. The tech wanted me to swab my own throat, really? I have fluid on my ear and the Dr. put down an upper respiratory infection. He gave a Z-Pak which will not work on me. I will never go back there.

I came in with pressure on my chest and labored breathing experiencing these symptoms and others several days after taking my Covid vaccine.I was able to be seen without appointment because of the severity of my condition. My wait time was minimal for triage and to be seen by Dr. Sean.Dr.Sean immediately knew what test to run and when one came back on the cusp of concern he herd my concern and pulled all his resources to ensure I would be able to safely return to my children, Mother, and Husband! He also followed up by phone as soon as he received my last test, imaging and prepared me thoroughly to expect his call and what to do if we herd option A or B. I felt comfortable going home.I cant express enough how professional and kind all the staff was, even the blood technician who was just filling in that day.Thank you all! From imaging staying later to see me stat to the ladies at checkin/out station and in between. Thank you for seeing and hearing me, and being kind as well a awesome medical professionals🙏🏽I abandoned this location from a visit I had years ago, and started attending Eastside Urgent care. I will be returning, not just for the staff, but also for the imaging capabilities if in need!

Things have changed here . The worse thing when not feeling well is to sit forever in the Dr.s office. I arrived a little after 8 and was out by 9. The staff and Dr. were very nice and efficient.

Reagan Medical Center has a good set of staff. I have had a few mixups with them that initially rubbed me the wrong way but the medical practitioner John Turner is a kind and compassionate person who cleared up my issues in a respectful and professional manner. I will be using Reagan for my medical needs in the future.

I had a great experience with Rheagan Medical. I did not make an appointment and I just stopped in. I love the fact that you texted your information to them and sat in your car in comfort. They then called you to ask you a few other questions and then when to come in from the car. The doctor that I saw was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me some great advice and wrote me several prescriptions and listened attentively to everything that I had to say. I would definitely recommend this facility.

2 hour wait for a walk in. Absolutely ridiculous, you are better off going anywhere else for care instead of coming here. Staff was unprofessional and on their phones half the time. Waste of time entirely!

I scheduled an appointment the night before online and was seen the next morning and assessed. Everything went smooth as I was in and out after having everything diagnosed. My experience was great!

In short, I made an appointment for 10am. I did not get seen until 1p. They literally forgot about me in the waiting room. Then when they brought me back I waited another 1hour and still no one came back. Finally I went to the desk to just check out because I was over it. A doctor came over and apologized, she took me in the room and proceeded to ask me about my issues. Overall I’m not sure if I’ll be back but the female doctor I had was great and very attentive. They need a better process for their waiting room because booking an appointment was literally useless.

Very bad place for taking a fast test for Corona virus. I was wondering that they try to not communicate with the person. Easy for them, stay in cooling place and send you out to stay im my car in hi temperature and to fill out some medication questions online. Finally they decided because they dont except my insurance. Around a one hour!!! Wauuu...i have to go in other places to test. So in other one i finished for 10 minutes. This can be much more organized with talking about the insurance and then to be filled out any paperwork. So,, good to know for next travel time. They want the money but with less commitments,,,because of Corona . Always a excuses! Reasons, reasons anyway.

I was seen and treated in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice. I am waiting to find out when my MRI can be scheduled. A very positive experience.
