I really appreciate the staff and Dr Dominguez for the excellent service, I came in shortly after a car accident with a lot of pain, aches and headaches, with their therapy and knowledge they were able to guide me to recovery fast. Now that I am healthy and well, I really appreciate their efforts for excellence. For that reason if I could I would give them 10 stars but only 5 are available lol. I hope I never get injured again but if I do, I know where to go!

The girls here are incredibly attentive to you in therapy’s , but also with all our appointments. They open early and close late, they work crazy hours in order to ensure we feel our best , they really do make you you feel like family.

Every-time I come to therapy it’s been a great experience. First let me point out the cleanliness of this location hands down amazing. They sanitize after every patient with urgency and are very accommodating. The staff is always smiling which is a plus. Now the 3 ladies at the front (insert applause) when I say chick-fil-a customer service has nothing on them I mean it. Great job ladies. Keep it up. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I made a LIFELONG friend in Brenda who is there ! Every single time I would go to the Chiro I would make sure she was there because her energy is just everything. She is so positive and gets along with her coworkers so well you can tell she really enjoys the job she works and is always staying on top of it ! There have been plenty times I needed someone to talk too so she way more than an employee to me . She was even so sweet that when I was pregnant she got a box of diapers out of her car and that was my very first present being pregnant before my baby shower. I love her so much even when my therapy was over I still visited her baby and all ❤️🤣

For starters Brenda is Nice, Honest,Beautiful af, etc.. so your going to want to come in everyday. Brenda does her job extremely well. Dr.Dominguez is the most helpful, nicest doctor you will ever meet, she acually pays attention to you. Dash is A1 with the electical shocking thingy/massage bed thingy, she is very direct and will have your pain gone as soon as you come off those tables. Id highly recommend Dominguez Chiropractic to anyone with any automobile injury they acquire.

Went here 5 months back to get checked and later that week they told me that progressive didnt want to cover the visit. I said fine they mentioned nothing about fees and told me they would give me a call later on to check back up about the bill. They never did... earlier this month I got a large bill of 1150$ in the mail from that visit. When I called they said that they would get it reduced to a lower amount to 300$ being that I didnt go in to press charges only as a customer. I called back two days in a row to make sure they didnt forget to call me back this time because I didnt want to get sent to collections. Thats when the lady over the phone told me I would need to pay 900$ I then let her know about how they said they would call me back with a payment and never did before and then told me that its not my fault that its the managements fault for not training the staff correctly. thats when I asked if I could still do the payment plan and she said no that she could not trust me to pay on time since I waited 5 months before calling. So thats when I mentioned again that someone said they would call me back 5 months ago and never did about the bill. She then told me Mr. Sherman I am not your mom I cannot hold your hand and get you to pay this The rest of the conversation from that point was very rude and unprofessional not happy with the service I have received at all.

I finished my treatment with Dominguez Chiropractic and I am very happy that I chose them. The staff is very friendly and thedoctors are knowledgeable and take the time to answer your questions. The facility is clean and the hours are great if you need to go before or after work. It does get busier in the afternoon so i suggest going earlier if possible.
