Apparently some of these people leaving comments and bad reviews because they “waited for 30 min” have never been to any Dr before. 30 min is nothing. I have never had an issue at CVG, and an often in and out before my actual appt time! I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Dr Romm did my emergency surgery (stent), and now I see Dr Patel. He’s great. His assistant, however… well, I can’t say the same for her following my trip to the ER two days ago. She disappeared and not even the nurses could find her.

Ive been a patient here for years. Yes, they are extremely busy. There is a reason for this. They are the best...... If you dont want to wait you can always go see the cardiologist at Q.T. Im sure they will get you in sooner.

What happened to this place? Very disappointing. This used to be the best place by far in Gwinnett. The doctors are great, but the office must be very under staffed. It is almost impossible to speak to an actual person to make an appointment. You can leave a message, but likely will not be called back.If so, it will be much later. They tell you to call 911 if its an emergency. Sometimes situations are important and need fast attention, but not always 911 emergency. Come, you guys used to do much better. Its a shame as the doctors are really very good, but its just difficult to get through office headaches.

Staff are professional and respectful to all patients. Self pay is decent, not overpriced. No referral needed. They do all types of testing here. There are a few bilingual doctors and nurses. The building looks nice but outdated. They seem to be taking COVID protocol seriously - you can wait in the waiting area or in your car. Masks required. We went in late 2020 and early 2021.

Dealing with a chronic illness that often leaves me barely able to move has made me realize how inaccessible a lot of providers are. The doctors here are supposedly good; I wouldnt know as my brother had to call for me when I was non-verbal after four trips to the ER for tachycardia. The schedulers sent him on loops for hours and passed his call back and forth. I tried calling and emailing for three days as well. Finally gave up and called another cardio provider who you could actually get in touch with. Customer service is not just for the hospitality industry, people.

Dr. Sandler gets 5 stars. The staff gets only 1 star. They never return your calls, the staff in the stress test lab did not listen to the patient and were rude. I witnessed this when I was there with my mother. I felt like she was cattle being herded through the facility. Sad thing is, both the patient and myself are in healthcare/retired nurse.

Ok let me start with Dr. Friedland himself. He definitely gets my 5 star review. Great doctor. However, I am giving it a 2 star review since some of the Lawrenceville office staff, specially the receptionist/ front desk girl (I do not know her name, she’s the one with the Southern/ Country accent) is extremely rude! She talks down to the patients who call in, makes rude remarks/ comments and does not seem to be willing to help! If she does not like her job, she can simply just quit and go somewhere else because we do not need to deal with her nasty attitudes every time! The owner should not let her ruin the business.

The doctor was very knowledgeable but could have been a little nicer. However, it was super busy and the staff all knew what they were doing. Its impossible to expect top notch customer service when the waiting room is completely packed on a Friday. I will definitely go back but earlier in the week next time.

I wouldnt of given 1 star but theres not an option to give no stars...my mother had Surgery a week ago and was supposed to be taking blood thinners since the day after the surgery....however when we get to the drug store we find out that the doctors office never got the prior authorization needed for the prescription and we called and spoke to the NP on call as it was a Saturday when this was discovered...she promised it would be taken care of on Monday...now here we are 3 days later and it still has not been done...we stop by the office this morning to speak with someone other than their voice mail that they obviously do not check as we have called multiple times per day every day this week with no return call only to be told that they have no record that she needs the prior authorization...How do they not know that she needs this when they know she had Surgery.. Maybe its on their voice mail they obviously never check....

Filled out the online form 3 times and was never contacted for an appointment. Called them. Call #1 was disconnected. Call #2, when asked for my insurance card #, when I said I didnt have the card on me I was told well call back when you have it. Woman on the phone was terse and abrupt. Doctors may be great but your front line sucks.

I gotta say it really was a great visit. Pam, the nurse who checked me in had a very positive attitude followed up by Dr Heller who is down to earth and just all-around fantastic in his communication. All of the front desk staff and appointment making staff were all very helpful as well. Like most doctors offices, it did take a little while to get to see the doctor but beyond that everything was great.Follow up: Back for stress test and the staff innthis section is prompt and friendly as well.

Sadly and inevitably, cardio/respiratory issues in the Deep South tend to be overwhelmingly caused or at least exacerbated by toxic mold exposure, which can be inescapable depending on the age of your residence and its proximity to water or foliage, and which the medical community cannot be authorized to treat or even diagnose unless you happen to be a homeowner without a mortgage. Otherwise, it would mean taking on a landowner on your behalf, which cant be permitted or out-of-towners would flock to the Region from all parts of the country to take advantage of the weather, jeopardizing the rigid control of landowners.

2018 visit I waited 3 hours in waiting room and others were getting called before me who had later appointments. I walked out after voicing my disappointment.Today I have arrived 25 minutes early to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork and sit next to the doctors office door. We are now 30 past my appointment time and waiting. The girls at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. I saw two patients who were upset and they voiced there concerns, the front desk girls just laughed as the patients walked away.Searching for a new doctor while in the waiting room. This place is ridicules.Unimpressed with this office to say the least.

I recently spent 5 days in the hospital because of being misdiagnosed by doctors from Cardio Vascular group. I was told that I had blockage in one of the main arteries to my heart and they needed to perform angioplasty surgery. I spent 5 days in the hospital between August 30 thru Sept 03, 2019. On Sept 03, 2019, I was informed prior to the surgery by a doctor from Cardio Vascular Group that I had 75% blockage in one of my arteries. Angioplasty surgery was performed and it was determined that I had less than 25% blockage and should have not had surgery. Although, the doctors were all nice and professional, this proved to be a very costly mistake. I was billed for around $60,000 in medical bills because of their big mistake! For this reason, I will never use the services of any Cardio Vascular Group Doctor in Lawrenceville or Dacula .

Super slow every time have an appointment it’s a 2-3 hours deal not respectful for patients time..so pretty much take half a day off if you want to visit...I am changing to a different group...it’s not worth waiting for 2-3 hours plus for a 10 min consultation...

These are the most un-concerned doctors I have ever met. The support staff must have someone come tie their shoes . Go elsewhere for your own safety. And the pacemaker lab will try to kill you. They never answer a phone and never call you back.

I have had numerous visits to the ER to have my heart Cardioversion procedures done. I have also had a Cardiac Catherization, E-Fib and E-Flutter ablations. Over the last 3 years or so i have been worked on by most of the doctors. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and everyone on Staff have been Fantastic and Professional. Thanks to all of them for helping me stick around for a few more years. My special thanks is to Dr. Patel and Dr. Lovelock.

If i could give this office a zero i would. I have been to this office twice and still have yet to doctor or physician assistant. May first visit i arrived 20mins early to complete paper and still waited and the lobby for 45mins without any update. I ended up rescheduling. Now July 5th i go in for my appt; just to be told my appt was cancelled due to doctor being out of the office.i never received a call, text or email. I will be going to a different organizations for evaluation and treatment. The most disappointing part of it all; i work for this company.
