Pamela is back! Ive been going to Innovations for almost 4 years now. Pamela was there when I wanted to drastically alter my hairstyle, cutting off the majority of it. Shes incredibly meticulous, doesnt miss a single detail, and always makes sure to check in with you that everything is alright. When she took some time off, I was nervous to try other hair stylists, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were just as skilled and friendly as Pamela. Walk ins are almost always accepted, though some of the stylists have a loyal customer base and can be booked for a few hours each day, so you may not get your favorite if you walk it. Thats a good thing though! It shows just how much their customers love them. I highly recommend Innovations if youre looking for a new hair place, theyre by far the favorite Ive ever ben to.-Zac

I did not at all get the look that I was looking for. I am not a hairstylist, so when I go to a salon I expect the professional to know the techniques they need to use to give me the look that I want. And if they cant do it, then tell me so I can go elsewhere. I paid a crazy amount for highlights that barely show. From the front, I cannot see them. I wanted a lot of dimension. My hair just looks brown all around. Then I was told to just wash my hair to fade out the toner. My roots also came out brassy and the stylist was never able to fix them. The highlights are also brassy, not caramel. Its been about a month and I am still very disappointed because I spent years waiting for my hair to grow out to get it dyed to avoid serious damage. Now I will have to get it redone somewhere else in a few months. Too expensive for what youre given.

Don’t come here for curly perms. My hair looked only a bit wavy after getting it done on a Saturday and by Monday it was completely straight again, only now it was damaged. I called immediately and asked for a refund but they denied it and told me they’d re-do it. No change in results, except more damage. 3 months later my hair still faintly smells like chemicals.

My boys haircuts were done so good! I was very pleased.

I have been here twice and probably found a place I wouldnt want to change for a long time. Both the times, I was attended to by Claudia who takes her time in making sure all the grooming is well detailed and theres no cutting corners. I think this place is also very well priced in terms of quality and service they offer. Mario (owner) also makes sure of a fairly personal interaction himself even if hes not the one attending you. This shows the places intent of valuing the customer relationship. This place is a 100% recommendation to anyone who seeks some fine grooming.

Took an appointment for myself and my son, showed up before time but the lady didnt seem to care that I have an appointment and instead took the next person waiting now I am here 50min in my wait time and the lady is busy taking her sweet time with the other customer and when I questioned her how much longer was this going to take she gets all strung up and says I cant help it cause I am alone... If ur alone why did u give an appointment... There is also cockroaches running around in this place, took a picture of it what an unsanitary place...

One of the best places to get a hair cut, they provide a really good experience and really provide a professional hair cut. Not many hair salons take the time to really perfect the hair cut as you wish but in innovation they take a long as they need to get your hair perfect. I really recommend the barber lily because she is really nice and really enjoys perfecting the hair cut and also make you feel comforting. Would really recommend this place to many people !!!!

Claudia is an amazing hair stylist. I have never once had an issue with my hair after she cut it. She is always takes her time, is super friendly, and we have amazing conversations.

I called and scheduled an appointment, told them what I wanted only to get there and be told they cant cut my hair. I was there early and the lady who said shed be able to do it another day was standing there not even working 30 mins prior to my appointment. Unorganized and unprofessional. I would rather wait until my other hairstylist is in town.
