I arrived early so I expected to wait. The nurse took me back with a cheery happy smile pretty quickly and checked me out. Dr. Sheerin also came by with a smile and took me back. She was very thorough and also personable. I enjoyed my visit with her and got the results I needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

The gals up front and Drs assistant were great and personable, and thats why Im giving two stars. Experience with the doctor wasnt so great. The office wasnt even busy, but I felt like I was just another cash cow herded in and out. She didnt listen, got my testing requests wrong and had no interest in figuring things out. She was interested in who my pharmacy was though! Well find another place...

We love AA&A and Ms. Carty-Davy is great. She doesn’t rush our visit and responds in a caring and friendly manner. She is knowledgeable and offers great advice. And she’s great with kids—my son has allergies and she’s very good with him.

Came here because of the good reviews but I was let down. Maybe I came on a bad day but the doctor only saw me for two minutes and my nurse kept forgetting about me until I came out to use the restroom. I did not feel important as a patient. I am just disappointed. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Dr. Wang is so very patient and share a deep concern over my well being. Yesterday, she took one look at my eye during the video chat and wanted to rush to the nearest clinic to have it looked at. She offered to help me in any way following my visit to a clinic.

Waited for a call back. No call back and it’s been a few days. Not even an email from a request I made online. I’ve tried all the options to make an appointment except for going in the building. I seriously don’t get it. I can’t even talk to a person over the phone. Ridiculous. I’m so done with this place.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Lily G Hwang, MD, for my allergy. The call lasted less than 20 minutes and even with my concerns, I was denied the ability to receive testing for my allergies. Beyond that, setting the appointment took more than 45 minutes, and the pay portal to settle my statement didnt work. When I called in to fix this issue, I was received by very rude customer service, and I was hung up on at the end of the call. Please take your money elsewhere! I had to pay $80 dollars for Google information and wasnt even able to get testing to confirm my allergy. I do not recommend Atlanta Allergy & Asthma to anyone, there are places that will give you better and more attentive care!

Fast efficient and friendly staffDr listened to my history and developed a protocol to address my allergy needs without adding a lot of unnecessary pills or shots. Answered all of my questions do that I was clear as to what i needed to do.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a patient at the Lawrenceville location of the Atlanta Allergy and Asthma Clinic for about two decades. I have always received excellent care, and my care providers have been prompt to address urgent needs. Their patient portal is excellent for communications, too. Big Shout-Out to Dr. Sheerin and to Kareen Carty-Davy....they are the best!

Appointment was on time. Orderly with social distancing and masks required. In and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Sheerin punctual and thorough.

I saw Dr Lily Hwang she was great!! She explained what she was testing for and what things I could try to help with my condition she was very helpful. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend them.

My experience was GREAT! My results for my allergy test were not so important. Allergic to ragweed & Bermuda grass. BUT NOW I KNOW! But what WAS awesome, was the speed of my appointment, the friendly caring of the staff and the results from them. They gave me a sample of a med for my problems and it is working WONDERFULLY! Problems Ive had for YEARS are now fixed or gone. Not sure, only been a week. I thank them for listening to my frustrations and helping. Other Doctors could not fix it.

Dr. Sheerin I think she has allergy herself as well time to time she sniffs you and same time she does not care about you she’s more of focusing to your pocket rather than Effectiveness of care it’s all business she treats the symptoms rather than the causes.

Dr. Hwang is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my long life. I have been a patient at this Lawrenceville facility even before she arrived. She thinks out of the box, beyond allergy and asthma. I had a terrible cough that had lasted 9 mos. My PCP had ruled out everything he could think of. She correctly identified that it was an esophagus problem, and Ive been seeing a great gastrointeroligist for a year. Dr. Hwang has the ability to give a patient 100% focus and won’t give up.

Every person at the Lawrenceville location was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The nurses were so sweet and patient. Not only with me, with other patients. I heard a child patient who was clearly nervous and the staff were being so encouraging and kind to her...it made me smile. Dr. Hwang is very kind and compassionate. She truly listens and is very upfront and honest about what is going on. Her bedside manner is truly a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Doctor and nurses were excellent! The nurses were very friendly and doctor showed a lot of concern for our sons issues. The only thing I didnt like was the behavior of the front desk staff. It was like she didnt want my family to see the doctor. Persisting I go home since I came 10 min late to my sons allergy exam. She insisted they wouldnt do the exam so its better to go home. Since we would definitely have to come back another day for the exam and it was better to see the doctor then. When I asked to see the doctor anyway she finally agreed and handed me the papers to fill out as a new patient. I was super disappointed and almost went home. But after seeing the doctor and nurses, they actually ended up doing the allergy test and taking good care of us.

I was a patient of Atlanta Allergy and Asthma when I was a child over 30 years ago. Im currently visiting from out of town for about four months. Im on monthly Xolair injections that need to be continued while Im in Georgia. Atlanta Allergy and Asthma was the first clinic I contacted to continue my asthma care while here.

I had my first appt on Wednesday November 7, 2018. Everyone from the moment I walked in was very friendly. All my questions were answered testing was done in a timely manner. My only issue was that they asked that patients not wear perfumes and lotions due to allergies which I was extremely happy to read/hear, but 2 different employees had on perfumes/ lotions that drove my allergies/Migraine crazy. This was my only complaint. If not for that I would give 5 stars

Dr. Lily Hwang is simply amazing, my son has severe food and environmental allergies, and with testing and the right medication, Ive seen a complete transformation in how he reacts to his environmental triggers. Dr. Whang gave me great tips on avoiding my sons food allergies, and she has such a great way of taking care of her patients. All of the ladies who administer weekly allergy shots are so great with my son. I highly recommend Atlanta Allergy and Asthma Lawrenceville to anyone who has food and or environmental allergies.

The staff are very kind. The waiting room (you have to wait 30mn before leaving after receiving a shot) is comfortable with a long desk for anyone who needs it. WIFI is available.

Dr. Sheerin and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They truly care about their patients and take time to listen to patients concerns. I learned more about allergies in one appointment than I ever have. If you want to go to a doctor that treats you with respect and cares about you and what you say, go to Dr. Sheerin.

The clinic is itself is clean and professional, unfortunately the nurses that give the extract shots are very inconsiderate and impolite. Plan to spend at least an hour at the office for every visit, not just doctor appointments, but weekly immunotherapy visits too. Like many doctor offices, they seem to have lost empathy for their patients and lack the understanding that their patients are also busy and everyones time is valuable.

I have been coming to Atlanta Allergy and Asthma clinic for allergy shots for several years now (6+) and have always had a pleasant experience and I tell people all the time how life changing the shots have been. The staff is always friendly and its always clean.However, I was quite perturbed today when I went in for my shots only to find no hydrocortisone cream for post shot itchiness and was told that it would not be back, at any locations. I imagine the poor cystomer service oriented person who made this money saving decision must not get allergy shots or they wouldve found something else to cut.This is a place that pretty much specializes in making you itch, between the allergy test and shots so some hydrocortisone cream doesnt seem like so much to ask for...
