I wish I could give zero stars. I went in March’21, half of the staff had no masks on, including the “doctor“ who was right in my face for my visit. All she said was “oh honey I don’t have Covid” like I’m supposed to know that and we are in a pandemic so we should be careful, especially a medical professional who comes in contact with hundreds of people every day.The whole place felt disorganized and was so busy and messy and loud. Two people came in while I was talking to the doctor to get a cart from the room. Whatever happened to privacy?Then 2 months later I get a statement saying my insurance isn’t paying, turns out they were billing to the incorrect insurer address. I had to call and have my insurance company talk directly to them. When they explained they had the incorrect address the billing person replied “how am I supposed to know?” Ummm it’s listed on my insurance card and isn’t that your job? This place is a joke and probably should be shut down.

I highly don’t recommend! their very slow at there work! over 2 hours for a freaking physical ?!?! like are you kidding me!noooo staff need to do better!

My husband was pleased with the courteous, friendly personnel. HOWEVER, we are appalled that face masks are NOT required to receive medical treatment. Even the physician and techs werent wearing one. WTH?? Even Wal-Mart requires one .

This is by far the best medical facility we have ever been to. The staff is amazing. They are experts in their field. Our insurance is not the best and they worked with us and gave us cash prices. My husband and I both we in and out in less than an hour.

They’re always speedy but thorough. I never feel rushed. The staff is incredibly caring. They’re gonna fix you up or refer you to a specialist if needed. Bonus: popsicles for the kids

Love it here. In and out quick. Wish they were open extended hours or on Sundays. Me n my kids all go there

Horrible horrible horrible. Be careful going there. My pharmacy is currently filling my BP meds until I can get into my new doctor. My husband recently died and I could not get off work...they refused to call in a 5 day supply until I could get there. Blood pressure is nothing to play with. I could see if it was another type of med...but not blood pressure. And the pharmacy had to tell them what I was taking because they had no record of what THEY prescribed. I usually dont get on these things...but I would not go back there.

I was searching for a new doctor and when I walked in the door they were so nice and they attended to my every need and they answered all my questions they have a very nice and friendly staff who is willing and able to take care of you I really like it here I give them a five star

Wonderful staff. Miss Stone and Miss Hutton always does a great job validating my sickness problems I have used her for my primary Dr. For 3 years now . Thanks for the wonderful job you and your staff provide.

Experience has been great with express med in Lawrenceburg tn but they close at 4 on Saturday

Great hours, knowledgeable and caring staff, short wait time. I like the fact that I can just walk in to see my family Dr and not have to make an appointment.

One unprofessional practitioner will ruin your business eventually. Still waiting on that apology.... NP told my husband she hopes we lose our home. What kind of treatment is that????
