Doctor Chen seen my Grandfather at a time of need when we were having trouble getting help, for that I am much grateful. His notes were thorough for care at home and he addressed later concerns. This place isnt a money scheme either, Ive been through that mess with the medical. I believe this man truly cares about what he does and I will choose that over a Harvard degree any day. Thank you for your help Dr. Chen God Bless.

Before this appointment, I would have rated Dr. Chen and Lacey with a five star. This appointment was different. There was no communication from Dr. Chen that a new person was going to be seeing me. He did not know me or my history. After just under 20 years of monitoring Squamous Cell Carcinoma I do not play around with the cancer.I got the message loud and clear.Following the initial review, Dr. Chens office reached out to me to make things right. Due to that, I have increased the rating. As indicated in the first line prior to this the rating would have been a five star. The fact that he reached out says much to the heart of the Dr.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Drove 1 and a half hours to see Dr. Robert because I saw his affordability, expertise, and compassion; advertised all over the internet. So upon arriving at his office for my 11 am appointment, I sat down and told the good Dr my quandaries. I spoke of an atrophic white plaque, located in the middle of my cheek, that coincidentally appeared after a severe sun burn episode I had sustained 6 years prior. Dr. Robert briefly glanced over this lesion with a flashlight and stated to me it doesnt look like skin cancer...even though I told him that the lesion appeared there specifically after a sun burn 6 years prior.. Furthermore, I was experiencing 2 years duration of scalp inflammation, that was progressing to involve the hairs on my legs and other hair bearing surfaces as well, I told him that folliculitus was a possible aggregator of such inflammation, and that there was tufting and hair loss associated with this as well..I showed him my leg and scalp for visual confirmation.. he briefly glanced over each and every issue I presented to him with, and instead of conducting simple 1.5mm-2 mm punch biopsies on the areas I had concern with, and giving me absolute peace of mind in my situation, he prescribed me a random antibiotic, and a random antifungal, with the addition of a topical protopic, and on top of that being very condescending towards Me during the end of my visit with him today. None of my questions were actually answered. No relief or piece of mind given whatsoever.. Oh its nothing. You must be having conflicting inner-dialogue in your head about these medications...You sound intelligent.. and I quote. I was treated less than a patient today. I was disrespected, my money was taken, and I received nothing meaningful to show for it other than a few prescriptions that might work, might not. I am seeking a dermatologist in murfreesboro to hopefully give me the real histological answers I was looking for with Dr. Robert today, because I received nothing from him other than lack of compassion and disrespect towards me. If I test positive for skin cancer, which Im almost 95% certain I will, given I know my own personal sun history, Fitzpatrick skin type and I know what skin cancer looks like clinically as a 26 year old man., heck I was ready and willing to pay for the freaking skin biopsies, OUT OF POCKET MIND YOU!!!!!! I will be looking into what can be done in terms of negligence and malpractice in a legal setting. This was without a doubt an example of that today. I am extremely upset and disgusted by this atm. I am a real person. Everyone reading this with the same concerns as mine are real people too. If you value your money and want real answers to yourskin concerns STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! You have been warned.
